05/08/2024: Pas agréable du tout. Je suis à table, je dois me déplacer pour commander une pizza. On me l’apporte sans couvert et me dit qu’il n’y a pas de service à table alors que d’autres clients sont servi à côté !

21/08/2024: Premessa: è complicato prenotare, ma ne vale la pena. Trattoria tenuta in maniera maniacale, ha una trentina di posti a sedere e quindi il locale si riempie presto, difficile che faccia un secondo turno. Tradotto fa il minimo indispensabile! Ma lo fa in maniera eccellente e si vede che ci mette cuore e passione. Dopo una giornata passata inutilmente a provare a chiamare siam passati alle 19:30 per vedere se il titolare ci facesse accomodare, aveva già tutto prenotato, ma visto che avevamo una bambina con noi ci ha promesso che appena si liberava il primo tavolo ci avrebbe servito. Aspettare ne è valsa la pena. Abbiam preso un tagliere misto ed è stata la prima piacevole scoperta, una composizione buonissima che abbiam divorato in due. Poi abbiam preso un orecchietta al sugo per la bambina, un orecchietta alle rape ed un piatto del giorno (tortelli con ripieno in salsa di funghi e burrata)... spettacolari. Credo che pure i secondi piatti fossero eccezionali, ma eravamo già pieni ed abbiamo optato per un semifreddo al cioccolato con ripieno ai fichi (per chiudere in bellezza). Prezzi modici e sicuramente bassi per la qualità mangiata. Da provare.

18/08/2024: Consiglio davvero, una trattoria che ti fa sentire subito a casa, personale accogliente, cibo davvero ottimo, complimenti tornerò sicuramente.

27/08/2024: Al Coltello a Bari was an excellent choice! The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our needs, even though we arrived late. The tartares were truly amazing and the sandwiches were delicious. TheFork discount was applied without any problem. Only note: it would be nice to see a better selection of beers, perhaps avoiding Peroni 😉. Overall, a fantastic experience!

08/08/2024: Insieme ad amici del posto siamo andati in questo locale e già la location attrae l'attenzione. Locale piccolo con dehor esterno pergolato, sfizioso, giovane e accogliente. Cibo ottimo e con tante tipologie di "sfizi e capricci" culinari, che ti invogliano a condividere le portate per appagare il più possibile la gola e provare le tante specialità. Ottime quelle a base di verdure locali. Non scontato, in questi tempi di avarizia, l'oste Fabrizio mette a libero uso e consumo degli ospiti l'olio e.v.o. di sua produzione per condire le pietanze o per lasciare spazio a qualche forma di intingolo; una goduria sulla tartare di manzo, sulla caponata e sulle cime zucchine. Per tutto quanto sopra, il personale non poteva non essere accogliente, disponibile ed attento ad ogni dettaglio. Ottima selezione di vini sia locali che extra regionali. E, Fabrizio, il padrone di casa un vero "Oste" di altri tempi. Il massimo dei voti, mai dato ad un ristorante "non stellato", è un riconoscimento di ammirazione per un Oste che ha saputo stupirci con l'umanità con cui ci ha accolto e per il format culinario proposto. 28/07/2024: Una chicca del nostro paese! Ambiente curato e pulito e gestori simpatici e cordiali.Si mangia benissimo ,cibo fresco e genuino a km0, i piatti sono curati e ben presentati.Ottimo il servizio in un ambiente intimo e familiare. Ho festeggiato diverse ricorrenze in famiglia e, che si sia trattato di cena o pranzo, il tutto ha superato ogni aspettativa , lasciando i commensali soddisfatti . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

11/08/2024: Bad experience. Pizzas very thin and burnt both on top and bottom. inedible. Pizza Fló e Ciccio fresh tomatoes and rocket. The photos speak for themselves. Waited 45 minutes for a takeaway. In my opinion the seasoning was poor, courgettes cut into julien strips and 4 cherry tomatoes, I couldn't eat the ciccio because it shattered in my hands and the burnt parts gave a terrible bitter taste, all this for €13, a price even above average.

26/07/2024: Buy takeaway pizzas. Pizza dough Bari style (thin), a little overcooked on the way out (edges of half of the pizzas burnt).

19/07/2024: The pizza is delicious. When I visited, employees were apparently drunk. If you don't speak Italian, they tried to get more money. When asked whether you could eat on site or whether there was only take away, you were ignored several times. We have observed this several times!

31/08/2024: It is certainly not the first time I go to this place that calling Pizzeria is an understatement. The first thing I want to underline is the education and courtesy of the staff, then the environment, delicate and attractive. Finally the food whose quality is simply to be tried. Finally, the prices are honest. For two pizzas, a bottle of water, a craft beer, a bitter and a coffee 41 euros.

07/08/2024: A great place. Both the food and the atmosphere of the place and the treatment of the waiters was spectacular. We went with our dog and they put us at a very quiet table, with water for the dog and very friendly treatment towards all three. The house wine was very good and so was the food. 100% recommended!

15/08/2024: The pizzas are good, a location that deserves your visit, the bathroom needs to be fixed as no water came out of the tap and the light, even if equipped with a presence sensor, goes off after a few moments

25/08/2024: Excellent dinner, traditional dishes with a modern twist, excellent location. The raw appetizer was good and plentiful (presentation could be improved). Prices corrected. I recommend it.

12/08/2024: We came here on the recommendation of a travel blog. The food was very tasty, prices were a little higher than usual in Bari, due to the reputation. The arrogance of the waiter was somewhat unpleasant, as he was visibly annoyed at our refusal to drink wine. Of my 7 mussels, 3 were closed. When I told him this, they were opened, but again in a way that made it clear how impossible he found my request... and then we didn't even have espresso or liqueur for dessert .

22/08/2024: From Palermo towards Pescara....stop in Bari to taste the famous "raw", among the various reviews one particularly strikes me "I feel the sea without seeing it" never a more truthful review! Massimo, his "little" son, delightful people, top quality food! The only flaw is that they never came to Palermo... we await them with open arms

19/08/2024: Restaurant with very good fresh fish cooked impeccably. Very good raw meats, mixed grill ditto and also plentiful. The owner and staff are very kind and professional. I was here with my girlfriend passing through returning from a trip, I recommend it. The final discount and the kindly offered bitters were also appreciated.

28/06/2024: Typical Apulian place with an offer of dishes that are also revisited and modern. The quality of the products is excellent (even slow food products) and this also raises the cost of the same a little, also compared to the quantity; the portions are not very generous. The location is very intimate, with a maximum of 15 seats, perfect for a romantic dinner. If you are in Bari I recommend you try it!

27/06/2024: What a gem behind the closed door. Next to us was a businessman from Milan who only spoke highly of the TOP food and fantastic wines. The octopus is truly divine. We drank a white Gravina Poggia al Bosca from Botromagno 2021. Never had such a delicious wine before. Great restaurant, highly recommended!

07/08/2024: We were looking for a nice local place further from the touristic area. We had a very pleasant experience here. All the seafood were fresh and very tasty and the owner was super kind and helpful. I really recommend this place!
