27/04/2026: We were there yesterday for our son's baptism... friendly owner, expert staff, and a truly incredible chef... the food and drink were divine... beautiful location... thank you for everything!

06/07/2026: We came for an aperitivo after seeing positive reviews, including the prices. We ordered a mixed platter and two spritzes for the modest sum of €46, including a cover charge, though they only gave us cutlery. The staff was friendly, but the prices were too high for the quantity.

03/07/2026: Nice place! Indeed a bit hidden. But that gave us the chance to be seated first and get the service you want. He told us about the daily specials and what was already sold out. So no disappointment when you go to order. Aperol and water to go with it. It was fantastic. Definitely worth a look and a visit.

To simplify your experience, please note that the lady who served us, wonderfully by the way, is not very comfortable with English. Use a translation app, like DeepL, and you'll be all set to make communication easier. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

10/05/2026: A pleasant surprise and stop, exiting the highway. The products are excellent, the place is small and familiar. It obviously doesn't handle large numbers, but the products are high-quality and very well prepared, and the service is pleasant and always accompanied by a smile. Thank you.

The children had a blast thanks to the entertainers, who managed to engage and entertain them throughout the party. The service was impeccable: the staff was kind, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' needs. The food was also excellent, plentiful, and of high quality, much appreciated by everyone in attendance. We thank all the staff for helping make this day special. 17/05/2026: A historic bar in Polignano a Mare that retains its 1980s style, located on the town's main street. Here you can try the "special coffee," a true excellence. Everything is delicious, even the artisanal gelato.

The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, ensuring everyone will find something to their liking. A huge plus is the beautiful location, with views of the castle and water, which creates a unique atmosphere. The lovely atmosphere and friendly service make you want to come back. I definitely recommend it!

08/06/2026: Beautiful historic building in the center of Polignano. The restaurant offers parking for guests, very convenient given the summer heat. We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.

18/06/2026: I happened to be in Noicattaro, so I relied on Google to find a place to eat, and it recommended this lovely restaurant with excellent staff and an excellent owner. The food was delicious, and they recommended it. What can I say? Visit it and eat at Nonna Maria's.

16/06/2026: An absolute highlight in Rutigliano! We spent a wonderful evening here. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and the service is incredibly warm and attentive without being intrusive. Our absolute favorite was the spaghetti all'Assassina – it was perfectly cooked, deliciously spicy, and exactly as crispy as it should be in Puglia. You can taste the love for traditional cuisine in every bite. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back on our next visit to the region! Be sure to ask for Pino, who speaks excellent English.

03/10/2025: Last night, my son, Christian, and I visited this wonderful place, "MASSERIA SPINA RESTAURANT." Everything was perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. Fresh tuna and cod tartare with creamed turnip greens as an appetizer (all excellent). For starters, amberjack-filled ravioli with creamed zucchini and herb breadcrumbs, and fusillone pasta with creamed roasted eggplant with caciotta cheese and pine nuts, and for the main course, a truly fresh, light, and crispy fried fish platter. All washed down with an excellent "Minutolo" (a variety of aromatic grape, grown since 1200 in Southern Italy), recommended by the knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be back again and enjoy your fabulous, well-stocked wine cellar.

26/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful time with perfect dishes in an enchanting place. In addition, all the staff are very pleasant and professional.

10/06/2026: Once we arrived at the restaurant we went to the table and ordered the 15 euro menu. I took a puree with sausage which was served hot with two pieces of sausage on top and cold underneath and then the first course was orecchiette with bombette al sugo. I tell you that the sauce took on all the burnt flavour of the bombette, never again.

21/02/2026: Good gelato, but very expensive. A tiny pistachio cup costs €7, while a non-pistachio one costs €5. They also inform you about all the gluten-free precautions, but I still felt sick. If you have celiac disease, don't stop by unless you want to feel sick. I'm giving it two stars only because the gelato is actually good, but the sickness made me regret having it.

13/07/2026: Terrible. The "first course of the day" featured a fish sauce full of oil (I left half of it, it happens), and I found a piece of dish sponge in the sorbet—not exactly the cleanest item in a kitchen, let alone a restaurant. I returned the sorbet, which wasn't charged to my bill, and was offered coffee (a kind gesture), but I didn't receive an apology from the staff or the manager. The only explanation I was given was: "Maybe while cleaning the car, a piece of sponge got stuck inside." Unstable atmosphere (plastic chairs and tables), men's and women's restrooms not separated, and hygiene could definitely be improved. Not recommended.
