13/04/2025: I think the fish from the spaghetti allo scoglio a few evenings ago wasn't as fresh as they advertised, in fact I feel sick from that dinner! Not even the fried food was that tasty, no crunch on the palate, just a soggy mixture Allow me some advice to the waiters: the professionalism of the service also includes smiles! I don't recommend it, alas!

09/04/2025: We have always eaten very well. Excellent quality fish, always and only fresh. Very well trained staff who are attentive to the continuous needs of customers. Highly recommended.

16/03/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant trying their "Confine" menu, with courses that combine pastries with traditional dishes. Pleasant, sensorial and innovative experience compared to the classic starred restaurant. The single counter with 10 seats allows you to create a convivial experience with the other diners, there are no waiters but only chefs who complete the preparations in front and serve you directly. The highly trained sommelier on whom I recommend you totally rely both for the aperitif with vermouth and for the tasting of 6 wines for €90.

21/03/2025: A fantastic dining experience! We chose the tasting menu with different selections, and the creativity in the cuisine was truly impressive. Dishes like the scallops mochi and the langoustine starter were remarkable. The handmade sort of pasta was also incredible. Every plate was beautifully executed, and the flavors were on point. The wine list was decent, offering a good selection to pair with the meal. Overall, an excellent and memorable experience!

23/03/2025: Fantastic experience. It's the second time I've been back and it was the confirmation. If you want to have seconds and thirds you can do it.. the only problem is getting up from the table at the end of the meal. Everything is delicious and genuine, like at home. Kind staff and owner who is loving with customers. I highly recommend it!

30/03/2025: Il tonno scottato esaltato dalle verdure cotte, scarola e friarelli, i bocconcini di focaccia morbida e leggera, gli spaghetti perfettamente al dente nel sugo di pesce: direi che sono bellissime soddisfazioni gastronomiche inserite in un ambiente autentico ed elegante, accompagnate da cortesia e splendida cucina a vista.

29/03/2025: We stayed in this widespread hotel located in the beautiful village of Usseaux. Our room, entirely furnished in wood, with attention to every detail, offered us an ideal accommodation, in the silence and relaxing atmosphere typical of the mountains. Last but not least, we took advantage of a small spa located right on the ground floor, a real gem, reserved just for us, which is however only dedicated to hotel guests. A special thank you to Elisa who welcomed us with such care and kindness. We then had dinner in their restaurant, very tasty typical local dishes, compliments to the chef Matteo. In short... we had a great time. Top! We recommend it!

21/03/2025: Very nice location, wall with a super selection of wine bottles, lots of lights and antiques. Very good appetizers, both the Vittoria platter with exquisite gorgonzola, cooked salami and other types of cheeses and the mixed platter with raw meat, tomini and Russian salad. I really liked the tagliatelle with cheese and bacon, I also tried the onion ravioli (also good), I didn't try the tricolore gnocchi, but unfortunately the portion was really small compared to the other first courses. The lamb was good even if not cooked "to perfection". The tongue with red wine was good. I liked the house tiramisu. We will return to try other dishes!!!

15/03/2025: Sono stato per cena in questo locale e benché avessi prenotato mi hanno dato un tavolo davanti al bancone del bar, oppure un tavolino traballante vicino alla finestra, antipasto niente di che, tomini, carne cruda e insalata russa il primo nella norma, il secondo richiesto un filetto di manzo con carciofi mi arriva maiale, dolci non fatti da loro. La cosa migliore è stato il servizio. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma. In conclusione da riprovare.
