06/07/2025: Positive experience confirmed after about a year and a half. Always very tasty pizzas, soft and crunchy at the same time, whether they are pan-fried or brick-baked...so substantial as well as incredibly light and extraordinarily digestible. The crepes souzette, speaking of desserts, prepared on the spot by the owner with evident commitment, perfectly embody harmony, delicacy and attention to detail. Humility and kindness of all the staff, on a particularly cool evening were more than a worthy setting for dinner. Cuisine, menu and venue highly recommended.

25/01/2025: Then the food was excellent and the service impeccable. I rate the environment 5 stars but it is very subjective: it depends a lot on what you expect. It is a fascinating place, full of books and furnishings to such an extent that the owner of the house welcomed us with a joking "welcome to the museum". I'm sure some snobs might disagree with my assessment. When in doubt: give it a chance, at worst you will have eaten well in a "strange" place

08/07/2025: This restaurant is in a nice area and offers excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The staff is very friendly! I made a reservation just before dinner, and they had plenty of room!

09/06/2025: An iconic spot in the center of Turin, we ordered vermouth and Bicerin for an aperitif. Great service, good prices, and excellent quality. A classic downtown spot where a stop is almost obligatory. You'll find it next to the town hall; a highly recommended spot.

24/07/2025: The service wasn't particularly interested in us as guests. It's so un-Italian. We've had much better experiences over the past three weeks. We ordered a Vitello Tonato and a salad as a starter, and two steaks for the main course with a good bottle of wine. Not exactly difficult food. The wine was served far too warm, so I asked for a wine cooler with ice. The waiter responded with a sneer, and they made a remark about it, as if we were crazy. Every table received attention, but we didn't. No bag of bread, we had to ask three times where our drinks were, and in the end, we waited over an hour for the steak, which was well done, even though we'd ordered rear. In short, a lousy experience in my opinion.

05/03/2025: Germano and his wife, as well as all the staff, are very kind, attentive and punctual to every customer need. In this restaurant you won't go wrong with any dish you choose: from the starters to the first course, from the second course of meat or fish to the pizza, right up to the desserts, everything is excellent. The wine cellar is also well stocked and, what's more, the price is worth the price. If the restaurant were located in Turin it would deserve to be paid double! Chapeau!

06/03/2025: Storica Trattoria di " una volta" con ambiente molto familiare, dove si possono assaporare i veri piatti della tradizione canavesana molto ben cucinati. Buona la qualità della materia prima, porzioni abbondanti , personale molto gentile e servizio adeguato. Scelta dei vini (oltre allo sfuso della casa) discreta. Prezzi assolutamente adeguati rispetto alla qualità ed al servizio offerto. Da provare sicuramente!!!
