16/02/2025: Sentirsi a casa seduti al tavolo di un ristorante non è facile. Eppure al Bistrot è proprio cosi.....sarà perché è un locale raccolto, sarà per la luce soffusa, sarà per il colore del legno o per l'accoglienza calorosa, ma quando entri è come entrare a casa di amici. Il menù, poi, non delude mai, sia che si scelga di terra o di mare, la chef mette un pezzetto di cuore in ogni piatto che esce dalla sua cucina. 15/02/2025: Ho prenotato per la cena di San Valentino.I cani di piccola taglia sono ammessi e considerati ospiti a tutti gli effetti. Il locale ha cambiato gestione nel giugno del 2024 . Proprietaria e personale sono molto gentili e disponibili, i piatti sono ben presentati e con discreta scelta. La carta dei vini potrebbe essere ampliata ma è una opinione personale. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Su tutto una menzione particolare per le linguine al granchio ,il dolce cremoso al cioccolato ed un passito di Carignano del Sulcis

04/02/2025: Tappa obbligata quando si va a Sauze! Posto meraviglioso sembra di affacciarsi sulle montagne sospesi nel cielo con una vista impagabile , il locale caldo accogliente ed elegante. La proprietaria ed il personale attenti professionali, molto gentili e disponibili, sempre sorridenti! Io e mio figlio abbiamo, sull'onda della fame, ordinato più di quello che poi siamo riusciti a mangiare ed al momento del conto ci hanno tolto una portata. Qualità altissima e piatti presentati con gusto e originalità. Ci torneremo sicuramente alla prossima vacanza. Voto 10 e lode!!!

29/09/2024: Siamo stati alla Marmotta per una intera giornata di fine settembre dedicata ad un evento privato. Una giornata che ricorderemo. La struttura che accoglie bar, ristorante e camere è davvero molto bella. Ci si muove tra giardino, terrazze, sale all’interno di una cornice di montagne meravigliosa. La gestione e il personale sono super disponibili, gentilissimi, molto attenti. Per il pranzo, tutto semplicemente ottimo: Taglieri di formaggi, salumi, fritti e verdure Polenta concia, carne e salsiccia Torta gigante per festeggiare Un posto da conoscere, da frequentare, da consigliare 👏👏👏

03/01/2025: Excellent family-run property located in the center of the town. Welcoming rooms with attention to every detail, cleanliness and good taste in the furnishings. The welcome from Mrs. Francesca is exquisite, a very kind and helpful person. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful in a warm and welcoming environment. Warmly recommended.

12/11/2024: After trying this bakery I have never changed. Varied assortment of both sweet and savory products, but above all all of excellent quality. Showcase always with particular and different products from time to time. Special mention to Pan Frutto. Unique and delicious product never found before, a real sweet/savoury treat for the palate. Absolutely worth trying

12/11/2024: Everything I have tasted is simply delicious. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the passion with which they are prepared. I'm not from Candiolo and when I can I travel a few extra kilometers to go to this bakery on purpose! The environment is welcoming and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

20/03/2025: Lovely place with two wonderful owners! Always clean and tidy bar. Quality products both classic and vegan pastries. The savory section is also very good (focaccia, sandwiches ..) Personally I love cappuccino, vegan brioche and pizza! Thanks Patrizia and Monica❤️ it's always nice to stop by your place!

31/03/2025: 'Passami il sale' is always a nice surprise; from the breakfast options to the excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes for lunch or dinner. Not to mention the labels on the wine bottles; for all tastes and all budgets. The hospitality of the owners and staff is also on par with the culinary offerings. To return or to try!

24/03/2025: I camerieri davvero simpatici, atmosfera accogliente. Abbiamo preso il vitello tonnato con una salsa spettacolare, gli agnolotti del plin al sugo d’arrosto davvero buoni, a tratti dolciastri ma nell’insieme gustosi, un secondo di ribs con purea di patate buono e abbiamo finito con i dolci con un “passami il sale” e un tortino al cioccolato. Chiusura magnifica ma il preferito rimane il dolce omonimo al locale, fresco e dolce, consigliatissimo!

29/03/2025: Sempre una certezza ma oggi abbiamo mangiato ancora meglio del solito. Quell'insalatina di Asparagi e il bollito TOP. Non voglio difendere nessuno ma a volte vedo delle recensioni che non rendono giustizia al locale... la gente che lo conosce sa da anni come si mangia. Grazie come sempre !

23/03/2025: In periods off the menu asparagus or mushrooms...so à la carte menu...or rather blackboard menu...the dishes are truly miserable and sad...based on the price!!! Disappointed!!!

12/03/2025: A park without infamy or praise. However, the thing that irritates the most is the early winter closure, which forces people to walk a longer distance to get to/from the centre.

05/03/2025: Truly a lovely place! The Park is Gorgeous! The Bar isn't bad at all. The managers are very polite. Too bad it's a bit isolated from the city. I think yes Excellent in the Spring-Summer period. Rating 9

11/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo al volo, quattro adulti e due bambini piccoli. La pizza era veramente buona! I personale gentile, l'ambiente semplice ma accogliente! Se dovessimo tornare vogliamo provare la cucina, passavano dei piatti davvero interessanti! Consiglio vivamente per la pizza!
