18/04/2026: Excellent seafood dinner! I often order pizza (which is excellent quality), and last night I enjoyed an excellent tuna steak. Generous portions and perfectly cooked! Impeccable service, and a special mention to the staff: kind, attentive, and impeccable! Excellent value for money.

17/04/2026: Overall, the food was good and plentiful. The interior is a bit dated. The service wasn't exactly 5-star in terms of refinement. I'll definitely be back.

14/02/2026: A sign at the top of the hill as you arrive in Mattie points to the hotel. The setting is truly superb. The rooms are very pleasant and all the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive: it's an excellent place to stay.

04/01/2026: The cook, like all the people who work there with such passion, deserves top marks. The rooms are welcoming, the food is excellent, and what's more, the gluten-free service is excellent. Celiacs will find this the perfect place to satisfy their palates with handmade dishes like pasta, desserts, and bread. For those who aren't gluten intolerant, their bread is also homemade, as are the cakes, tarts, and ring cakes. The place is beautiful. My family and I spent New Year's Eve there and it was truly a wonderful vacation.

06/04/2026: Pizzeria in the center of Carmagnola, pizza overall quite good, good ingredients, the dough less so... not very leavened and my pizza was a little undercooked... On the other hand, the place is nice and clean and we waited a short time after ordering and the pizzas arrived almost immediately.

15/03/2026: First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is small but welcoming. As soon as I read the menu, I was in a panic, as I'm a vegetarian, because there wasn't a single dish to choose from. But after asking, they recommended some à la carte dishes that could be "adapted" by eliminating some ingredients that, in my opinion, ARE MAIN ingredients in the dish itself. One piece of advice I can give is to include vegetarian dishes on the menu, given the chef's skill. It's a shame not to give a completely positive review for this reason.

12/03/2026: My overall rating is overwhelmingly positive; it demonstrates how it's possible to maintain high quality and a wide selection at reasonable prices. Compliments to the kitchen, which offers a wide selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes, all excellent and plentiful. The service is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and tidy. The restaurant is popular with workers on their lunch break, a sign of quality.

20/03/2026: We had a lovely meal here on our first evening in Strambinello. I'm grateful for the staff's good English - I always try with my Italian, but it's not good - and we were made to feel very welcome and well looked after. Stand outs were the foccaccia genovese, and the risotto. Thank you - a lovely experience.

15/04/2026: Good and varied food and beers, but: - Rude staff - Mandatory drinks for everyone at the table (even non-drinkers) - Minimum €10 drink during sporting events - No separate bills - Satispay not accepted (ridiculous in Turin) - Cover charge joke (they wanted to charge us, but in the end they didn't)

11/04/2026: The Borroteca is now a historic pub in Turin, famous for its large selection of draft beer, which years ago was sold at a reasonable price. Prices have definitely gone up, but the draft remains very good, even though I haven't found any beers to my taste lately.

13/04/2026: Nice place, good food, but in my opinion the prices are too high. A half portion of potatoes, pizza, and dessert cost almost €40. I must also say I've had better pizzas. There's worse, but there's also better...

09/04/2026: We were greeted by restaurant manager Mirko, who led us to a private table reserved for premium diners. Afterwards, the restaurant manager Karim (known as the Pharaoh) explained the extensive menu, guiding us through the selection of appetizers, pizzas, and drinks, all absolutely delicious. A truly unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Mirko, Karim, and pizza chefs Nicola and Gabriele.

15/03/2026: We celebrated the baptism of our little Noah and were delighted. I'd like to start by extending a heartfelt thank you to the owner, who, with her kindness and helpfulness, was able to accommodate every request. The talented and charming chef cooked everything from appetizers to dessert, with truly inviting dishes. They let me arrive early in the morning to set up. The waiters were incredibly kind (in fact, I don't understand the negative reviews!!). They worked brilliantly, with professionalism and care. Recommended, and we'll be back!! Heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

21/02/2026: 5 Stars at the Paradise of Taste: Super Lasagna, Pocha, Baked Potatoes! It's not often you eat a meal that makes you feel at home and at the same time amazes you with its quality, but this experience was simply sublime. A triumph of homemade flavors that deserves applause. 1. The "Super" Lasagna: Imagine tagliatelle with a rich ragù, a light but creamy béchamel sauce, and a gratin that offered an irresistible crunchy contrast. A "super" lasagna in flavor and delicacy. 2. The Pocha (Homemade): The "pocha" are Petronilla's true specialty. Homemade, you could taste the texture of freshly baked bread. 3. The Baked Potatoes: Often underrated, these potatoes were a masterpiece. A golden, crunchy, and flavorful crust on the outside, and incredibly soft and creamy on the inside. Not a hint of excess grease, just the pure flavor of perfectly cooked roasted potatoes. Verdict: Food made with love, quality ingredients, and a craftsmanship rare these days. If you're looking for true homemade comfort food, this is the perfect fit. Definitely worth trying again.

16/03/2026: Beautiful, well-kept and welcoming "little place," run by the delightful Caterina. A delicatessen offering convivial meals in a family atmosphere. Everything is excellent, from the polenta with spinach and vegan béchamel sauce to the vegan sausages, the bean flour frittata, the vegan tiramisu, and the buckwheat flour dessert.
