11/03/2026: This restaurant is located in the historic center of Moncalieri, in a beautiful, characteristic square. The owners are fantastic, two extraordinary men, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Friendliness, elegance, expertise, and professionalism are the hallmarks. I've eaten the best Piedmontese dishes at this restaurant, from veal with tuna sauce to plin pasta with roast beef sauce, all excellent both in terms of the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. We also tried the Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, the onion soup, and for a sweet finish, a fantastic hot zabaglione with meringue biscuits. Everything is homemade, even the pasta and desserts. The wines are local and high-quality. A wonderful place, both for the owners and the food, a must-try.

28/09/2025: We came for the hotel's 150th anniversary with Scabin's menu, and what can I say? An exceptional sensory, tactile, and gustatory experience. A menu that must be experienced and dressed like a bespoke suit. The dining room staff, Elisabetta and Nicola, masters of the place, are testaments to the soul of the chef and the hotel itself, whose soul they embody. A unique experience.

26/09/2025: An exceptional restaurant in every way. It was a great choice, as from the first moment you can feel the restaurant's special atmosphere. We had the opportunity to try the Michelin-starred 250/100 menu. Some dishes are very original, surprising (and fun), and together they reflect the chef's career and culinary experience. Both the food and the pairing are of high quality. The staff who served us made our stay very pleasant; they were extremely friendly and attentive at all times, elevating the experience even further.

02/04/2026: Besides the wonderful evening (Ricercatori alla Spina), we felt right at home. Delicious food with vegetarian options, remarkable beer and cider (aged in rum barrels), and truly impeccable service, especially because it was friendly and informal. Highly recommended for a casual evening, a chance to chat, and meet new people. Thanks for everything!

22/03/2026: After a few years we returned but unfortunately it was a disastrous evening, we arrived at 7.30pm with the place still not crowded we proceeded with the order of 2 simple pizzas, time passed the place filled up and slowly all the tables that had arrived in the meantime were served, at this point after an hour of waiting I asked for an explanation and I was told that they would take care of putting the order in the oven, I think it will be another 10 years before we try again.

30/03/2026: We stayed here for three nights. This inn is located in Corio, a small, quiet village about 30 km from Turin. This makes it the ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, away from the chaos of the city, especially if you have a car (otherwise, getting around is a bit difficult). The restaurant's food is very good and excellent value. The room is very nice and welcoming. I really appreciated the electric kettle in the room, a simple but very convenient detail. The bathroom also pleasantly surprised me: the hot water comes on immediately, something that's not a given and, personally, I haven't found even in hotels in large cities. The structure is simple and consistent with its surroundings, but precisely for this reason, the value of the experience transcends the small details. An added bonus is the staff. They were kind, attentive, and above all, human. In particular, one evening I had booked dinner but let them know I wasn't feeling well. I was experiencing severe anxiety and couldn't eat, but my mother could. I asked if it was possible to have something simple like a toasted sandwich or a sandwich delivered to our room, but they were truly helpful and welcoming: they reassured us, telling us to choose where we wanted to sit (at the bar or in the dining room) and to order whatever we wanted, even just a herbal tea in my case. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable or inadequate in any way; on the contrary, they put me completely at ease, allowing me to remain calmly at my table without pressure. This is certainly not a predictable attitude, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. I should also add that they often organize very nice events: we were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday evening when there was a truly unique event, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you can sense care, hospitality, and respect. Recommended for those seeking tranquility and a genuine atmosphere.

17/03/2026: Pricier than other places. Food is ok only. Cooked too fast, served fast as well. They just want to make money it seems. I ordered lobster pasta.. the sauce was just tomatoe sauce... Not even bisque. Just normal tomato sauce!! Disappointed.

14/02/2026: Welcoming place, with very kind and helpful staff. We had a New York pizza and a Cotto e Porcini with caramelized onion. The dough and ingredients were high-quality and very tasty. The prices for both were very reasonable. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

08/04/2026: The food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. There's a wide selection of high-quality teas, and Wi-Fi is available. The outdoor seating is also lovely. The smoothies and Moroccan tea are highly recommended. The staff is extremely attentive: we were about to order a dish containing a food to which one of the diners was allergic, and it was the waitress who pointed this out. Update: Despite the change in management and staff, the restaurant has maintained its excellent quality.
