Impasto In Torino

I tried this pizzeria on the border with Moncalieri in Turin with friends. We had a farinata (very good), a pizza with a creamed zucchini and mint base (Umami pizza), and a pizza della nonna (grandma's pizza) with meatballs. The latter was good, although the intense tomato flavor overpowered the stracciatella and meatball flavor. The Umami pizza was fresh and unique, but I wasn't thrilled. The farinata was very, very good. The waitress was very kind and professional, and the prices were average. The dough was good: I'll be back to try other pizzas.

I went to eat here with friends and tried a pizza della nonna and an umami pizza with a zucchini and mint base. I also tried the farinata. The dough was very good, the pizzas were flavorful and had a nice crust. The pizza with the zucchini cream base was particularly delicious and original. Highly recommended.

Good, for a Saturday night with only one waitress running around like a spinning top, the service was pretty quick, and the place was small. The farinata was very good, even better than the pizza.

Small but well-decorated. Reservations are recommended on Saturdays. The crusty pizza is good, and the farinata is even better. Service is fast and friendly. We'll be back.

Excellent location on Corso Moncalieri for the crowds, but a little less so for parking (5-10 minutes to park). Nice location, nothing special, but a bit small. Service 4**** because we ordered two farinatas and one arrived early and the other later when there were six of us at the table. Otherwise, everything was excellent: unique pizzas with a pleasant, digestible dough.

The place is small and dimly lit. Service is slow due to the takeout service. We had dinner with 5 pizzas and farinata to share, 2 small beers, 1 glass of wine, 2 small bottles of water, and 3 coffees for €93. The farinata was very good, but the pizzas were undercooked and watery.

Fabulous pizza! First time eating at this pizzeria! Very special pizzas with top-quality ingredients. Perfect service. The chiacchiere appetizer was delicious. See you next time!
