Small but well-decorated. Reservations are recommended on Saturdays. The crusty pizza is good, and the farinata is even better. Service is fast and friendly. We'll be back.

Good, for a Saturday night with only one waitress running around like a spinning top, the service was pretty quick, and the place was small. The farinata was very good, even better than the pizza.

Excellent location on Corso Moncalieri for the crowds, but a little less so for parking (5-10 minutes to park). Nice location, nothing special, but a bit small. Service 4**** because we ordered two farinatas and one arrived early and the other later when there were six of us at the table. Otherwise, everything was excellent: unique pizzas with a pleasant, digestible dough.

The place is small and dimly lit. Service is slow due to the takeout service. We had dinner with 5 pizzas and farinata to share, 2 small beers, 1 glass of wine, 2 small bottles of water, and 3 coffees for €93. The farinata was very good, but the pizzas were undercooked and watery.

Il Mulino di Mattie

14/02/2026: A sign at the top of the hill as you arrive in Mattie points to the hotel. The setting is truly superb. The rooms are very pleasant and all the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive: it's an excellent place to stay.
04/01/2026: The cook, like all the people who work there with such passion, deserves top marks. The rooms are welcoming, the food is excellent, and what's more, the gluten-free service is excellent. Celiacs will find this the perfect place to satisfy their palates with handmade dishes like pasta, desserts, and bread. For those who aren't gluten intolerant, their bread is also homemade, as are the cakes, tarts, and ring cakes. The place is beautiful. My family and I spent New Year's Eve there and it was truly a wonderful vacation.

04/07/2025: Good piadina, fillings much less for my taste. The interior of the place is narrow, tables and chairs in the outdoor area are uncomfortable. Fast service.
