04/03/2025: Really terrible managers. I agreed by telephone on the price of lunch for a group of people with first course, side dish, water and coffee. Then I go to the cash register to pay and I see that this complete meal is advertised at the cash register for 6 Euros less. 30 people for 8 means that they cheated me of 180 Euros. Do we also want to talk about the fact that if I didn't ask for the receipt he pretended nothing had happened and that many of my friends who didn't ask for one were not issued? What can you tell me about this? Which will be an oversight I imagine... I know the tactic perfectly!

29/03/2025: Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti di pesce e frutti di mare, tutti freschissimi e preparati con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ogni portata è una vera delizia, dal crudo di pesce, che è un'esplosione di sapori, ai piatti più elaborati, perfetti per chi ama i sapori autentici del mare. L'atmosfera del ristorante è accogliente e rilassante, il servizio impeccabile, sempre attento senza essere invadente. sicuramente da ritornarci.

28/03/2025: Vorrei esprimere i miei più sinceri complimenti al Casale 93 per l'eccezionale pranzo di pesce che ho avuto il piacere di gustare. Me lo ha consigliato un collega e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero sorpreso. Ogni portata buonissima e piena di sapori freschi e autentici, preparati con maestria e passione. L'atmosfera accogliente e il servizio impeccabile hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. È evidente l'attenzione per la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella presentazione dei piatti.

27/10/2024: Simple and informal environment with Piedmontese cuisine and quality wines. Always a pleasure to return. The dishes are traditional but carefully prepared and made with skill and some innovation. For wines there is an interesting selection which also includes well-recommended and paired natural wines.

12/04/2025: Very nice place in the quadrilateral, the choice is quite wide. Inside well stocked with wines and spirits. The service is a bit confusing (but good in the sense that they are always full and the waiters fly from one side to the other). I would say to describe the menu better because for example I took an egg with saffron on it and it wasn't specified = I hate saffron 🙂‍↔️. For the rest all is well!

16/02/2025: Dinner with friends to enjoy the "bagna cauda". Calling it sublime is an understatement. Good, dense, accompanied by a mix of both raw and cooked vegetables. A typical dish of Piedmontese cuisine.

25/01/2025: Objectively we eat very well. Very well looked after location, perhaps too much if you think of a typical piola. Great selection of wines. Excellent service, the lady who served us was very courteous and helpful. As it should be (from a Piedmontese trattoria) I highly recommend making the mix of starters, certainly unmissable.
