Really satisfied! I came here for dinner with my girlfriend on a weekday and there was no line. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to advise us and present each dish beautifully!
When we went, there were three tasting menus available, one of which was vegetarian. All were different and similarly priced, designed to leave you feeling full at the end of the meal.
As an accompaniment (I didn't notice if it was listed on the menu), we also had a wine tasting with a different glass paired with each course.
The chef was extremely friendly! Noticing our interest in the dessert he'd brought to the table across the way, he let us try it too and presented it beautifully.
The conversation we had before leaving was equally excellent.
The atmosphere could have been better, in my opinion. It was very comfortable but lacked anything special that would have made an impression, apart from the wall sconces featuring the restaurant's logo and name, which were much appreciated!
Overall, we felt well-treated and well-cared for by all the staff, including the chef!

A high-end gastronomic experience in a restaurant run with evident passion.
The start is technical and promising:
an entrée with a wafer and homemade whipped butter—extremely creamy and with well-balanced salt crystals—
– perfectly paired with an Alta Langa Brut.
The Cuisine:
Starter: The veal with tuna sauce, revisited with katsuobushi (Japanese dried tuna flakes) mayonnaise, was interesting. The idea of fusion was a winning one, even if the dish was slightly dry on the palate: more juiciness would have made it perfect.
First course: The highlight of the meal. Traditional plin pasta, masterfully executed. The idea of topping them with the cooking juices left over from the filling meat lends them an exceptional depth of flavor.
Second course: Pork cheek cooked at a low temperature in vermouth. The texture of the meat was impeccable, very tender.
Dessert: A revisited tiramisu on rum-and-coffee-soaked sponge cake. The mascarpone cream stood out for its softness and pleasantly buttery flavor.
The Winery and Pairings:
The wine selection was excellent. The pairing of the cheek with the artisanal "Controcorrente" vermouth was intriguing, although the vermouth's aromatic intensity tended to somewhat overshadow the delicate flavor of the meat. The dessert, however, was perfectly paired with the Recioto della Valpolicella: the red's structure beautifully balanced the cocoa and coffee (the vermouth also worked well at the end).
Service:
Superb. Attentive, never intrusive, and well-deserving of a tip. Highly recommended.

I had dinner here on Sunday evening with my boyfriend. Of all the places we ate in our three days in Turin, this one beats them all. The duck, agnolotti, and spaghetti were phenomenal. I still can't say which one I liked best, and I keep thinking about it... I can't wait to go back next year! Thanks!
