30/08/2025: We had a delightful evening. The restaurant is located just steps from Lake Piverone and is one of the restaurants of the Tradizione Canavesana, an association of restaurateurs who celebrate the region and the unique characteristics of the Canavese area. I was immediately struck by the round tables and especially by the unique and characteristic arrangement of the chairs, which already demonstrates an attention to hospitality and detail. The menu is in line with tradition, with a few ingredients that make the dishes a little more "cool." There were eight of us and we ate a bit of everything (much to the delight of the kitchen). I preferred to try the specialty conegone, the river fish from Lake Viverone. I had it as an appetizer in carpione (pickled with onions, sage, and vegetables, a typical Piedmontese dish) and then as a main course I had it with fried perch with skirts. The perch was very, very good. Other diners enjoyed the Fassone battutala with tempura zucchini flowers, and the turmeric gnocchi with mint and sopek. We also had no qualms about the price: stuffed peaches (good), a portion of zabaglione (really well presented and a lot of it), apple puff pastry with cream and galato (very good and similar to tarte tatin), and even the nougat and raspberry semifreddo. It was a very pleasant evening. The food lived up to expectations. The portions were also adequate; the only thing that could perhaps be improved was the speed, as we waited a bit long (also because we ordered a thousand different things). Good value for money. We'll be back. PS: There are no mosquitoes, and above all, it's wonderful to be inside, even in the summer.

27/10/2025: The food and wine are certainly excellent. I also appreciated their zero-waste philosophy (at least that's how I interpreted it): they cook just the right amount based on the number of people, so it's best not to ask for "a little extra," and they don't leave bottles of wine at the table, but rather take care of refilling glasses when needed. The only thing to consider: I don't think it's a restaurant suitable for families with small children (2-4 years old), who may struggle to sit still for too long or need to be entertained with toys. It's a place better suited to those seeking a quiet, relaxed dining experience.

05/10/2025: Having never tried the cuisine, I decided to organize a dinner with friends at this historic restaurant in the Roletto shopping district, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I will definitely be back.

10/11/2025: Great meal with chef Guido, we left him to choose the dishes and were not disappointed. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the start, it felt more like visiting family than an impersonal restaurant. My only small reservation was that I would have liked larger portions, as I have a very good appetite, but quantities were in line with most upscale eateries. Pork belly in vermouth, tortelloni and brasato were the highlights for me. Well worth a visit.

27/09/2025: The best place to go. It's now become our favorite place, with a super extensive menu and every dish excellent. Excellent and super light pizza. Wonderful gnocchi; there's not a single little thing to complain about. Extremely kind staff, available to answer any questions. Fast service, even during peak times. Very fair prices. I could go on with the compliments. In short, it doesn't get any better than this! See you soon.

19/08/2025: Excellent food, the waiter is very kind, as is the chef. The atmosphere is typical mountain, yet refined and clean. The food is authentic and sincere, with true mountain flavors. Highly recommended, especially the ravioli del plin di magro with tomato sauce.
