09/12/2024: A beautiful discovery. Great food; pleasant welcome and service. Top dish: onion stuffed with sausage on a bed of melted mountain cheese. The shank with potatoes is also super.

04/12/2024: We had booked for some time, reading the very positive reviews of this small but precious restaurant, and we did well! Dinner with friends, the limited capacity requires shifts (which we normally don't like...) but never mind, in this case we accepted it, a small sacrifice well repaid by the excellent culinary experience. We started with the vitello tonnato, in the classic way, without excess sauces and mayonnaise, continued with agnolotti del Plin and gnocchi, everything, everything delicious! Sweets, bonet and eggnog cream. Kind and friendly welcome, we left extremely satisfied. Well done!

29/07/2024: We recently had the pleasure of dining at Taberna Libraria restaurant and I must say we were delighted. This charming establishment with traditional Piedmont cuisine excels in the art of gastronomy, but it was their truffle pasta and octopus salad that particularly enchanted me.

05/08/2024: It was a very successful evening! The food was excellent, the ingredients come from the region and each dish is explained by the chef (di Stefano). Stefano's spirit can be found not only in the selection of ingredients but also in the language of the plate. It is a delight for the eye and the taste buds. I would like to give it 6 stars! The restaurant is an absolute insider tip as usually only guests from the surrounding towns come by. The value of the food is significantly higher than that stated in the invoice.

25/07/2024: Passing through Pavarolo, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant, welcomed impeccably and immersed in silence. Excellent dishes, we had courtesan style eggs and fried porcini mushrooms, accompanied by a basket of bread and really good breadsticks! There is clearly a great passion and preparation both in the service and in the kitchen. Absolutely recommended, we will be back

17/11/2024: The place is not very large, in the cold season you cannot use the outdoor area and you use the tables inside which are not many so booking is highly recommended. The lady serving is very kind and super helpful. The kitchen is open to view and this is not something for everyone. There were four of us and we were all very satisfied. The dishes are not abundant but they are really good, you can feel the quality of the food and notice the care with which they are made. From appetizer to dessert you will be satisfied. We woke up very happy and sure that we will return to try the outdoor area. The tripe everyone took was superb. The maltagliati with leeks and sausage as well. The raw meat with robiola is a delight. The pumpkin flan with fondue is a delicacy. In short, everything was delicious. Prices are average. We spent 212 euros for four but we took 4 starters, 3 first courses, 4 second courses, 4 desserts, 3 coffees and 3 bitters, 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of wine. Absolutely can't complain!!! Congratulations indeed. A place that if you come to Turin you can't miss going to eat

01/12/2024: Come sempre tantissima qualità. Impasto eccezionale, leggero e alveolato. Gli ingredienti per il condimento eccellenti e abbondanti. I dolci anche loro ottimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale come sempre gentile e disponibile. Molta attenzione ad allergie e intolleranze ( possibilità per celiaci e intolleranti al lattosio). Sempre una garanzia.

The place is nice and located in the center, super convenient It offers both meat and fish menus with innovative variations as well as typical Piedmontese dishes. Panelle e patate cacio e pepe disponibili senza glutine, davvero buonissime!! Camerieri molto gentili e disponibili. Atmosfera molto piacevole. Se torneremo a Torino, ritorneremo qui sicuramente!

30/08/2024: Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 1 notte in questa struttura per andare allo zoom, cosa dire personale molto disponibile e gentile, la struttura bellissima e immersa nella natura grazie al grande parco e alla presenza del bosco sul quale affacciava la nostra camera e nel quale abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata dopo colazione. La camera accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario, la colazione con una buona scelta. Le parti comuni curatissime e con una bellissima atmosfera confortevole e calda, ottimo rqpporto qualità prezzo
