08/07/2026: We went here to celebrate my brother's birthday and it was a truly wonderful experience! The restaurant offers Sicilian cuisine and offers two tasting menus of three courses (meat or fish), or you can order à la carte. We ordered the fish menu, which I highly recommend, and a couple of à la carte dishes. The kitchen and dining room staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive in explaining the dishes, which I really appreciated.
Among the dishes I'd recommend are the cuttlefish with pea and mint cream and the squid ink tagliolini with swordfish ragù.
05/07/2026: Congratulations! The dishes are truly simple and delicious, and the staff are friendly. We tried the fish tasting menu, which, for a truly reasonable price, took us back to my Sicily with its authentic flavors. Plus, they're gluten-free. To be truly exceptional, the only thing missing is some fried fish for celiacs, in my opinion, because my companion's anchovies, which contain gluten, were truly tempting.

21/02/2026: Plan a morning or afternoon to visit Superga and then Colle della Maddalena, finishing with lunch or dinner at this restaurant in Revigliasco, which has a beautiful view of the spectacular valley. Everything else is the usual: very clean, the staff is friendly and well-trained. The food is excellent, and every dish is carefully prepared.

Truly excellent pizza! The dough is one of its strengths: light, fragrant, and easily digestible, with ingredients that taste like quality. A carefully crafted and tasty pizza, you'll be happy to eat it right down to the last bite.
The food is also excellent, with well-prepared, flavorful, and carefully presented dishes. You can see the passion and care they put into what they do.
I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza and quality cuisine in Vinovo. I'll definitely be back!

21/06/2026: Ristorante Giovanni is a must-try for those seeking quality cuisine in an elegant and refined setting. The dishes exude attention to the finest ingredients, with fresh, authentic flavors that showcase tradition.
The risotto alla certosina deserves a special mention, truly excellent and prepared with great balance. The wine list is also excellent, made even more enjoyable by Maria's recommendations, who always puts guests at ease and suggests the most suitable pairing with expertise and passion.
The atmosphere is refined but never formal, perfect for both a special dinner and a quiet evening. A place I'd happily recommend and always return to.
