29/08/2024: I was in a hurry and they made it for me in less than a minute, the owner was very kind and even offered me some chips. If I come to Venaria Reale again I will definitely come back to eat here!

08/08/2024: Conoscevo questo locale grazie a mio zio, che da mesi me ne parla benissimo, oggi finalmente ho avuto occasione di gustare le prelibatezze di questo posto, salumi e formaggi di qualità eccelsa, stinco di maiale al miele assolutamente bilanciato nei sapori e cotto alla perfezione, ambiente interessantissimo e ben fatto, tornerò sicuramente, 10/10

04/07/2024: The Emporium is a wonderful place! When you enter you immerse yourself in a real medieval tavern, the music and settings are perfect! The owners' welcome is warm and kind, they are wonderful, funny and competent people. The food, gentlemen, even if you are not a fan of fantasy or medieval, at the Emporium the food is so good, thanks to their fantastic chef, that you will want to come back a thousand times to try their entire menu, including drinks because their Ippocras (wine spicy medieval) is unsurpassed!

26/11/2024: Insieme a quattro amici siamo andati a pranzo in questo ristorante di lunedì, prenotando alcuni giorni prima, e ce ne siamo innamorati. Il locale è intimo e molto piccolo, abbiamo contato ad occhio circa una ventina di coperti, ma incredibilmente ricco di dettagli ed accogliente. L'arredo a noi è piaciuto moltissimo, molto particolare e curato dallo stesso ristoratore, a cui avevamo chiesto informazioni a riguardo a fine pasto. La cucina è di livello: eravamo in 5 ed abbiamo preso quattro menù degustazione differenti, senza che ciò inficiasse in alcun modo le tempistiche del pranzo. La materia prima è di qualità eccellente, e le preparazioni erano eseguite a regola d'arte. Perfetto anche il servizio, cortese, cordiale e preciso. Siamo stati coccolati con alcuni entrée, 3 barattolini con diverse preparazioni molto buone, un pre-dessert di torrone morbido ed un fondente dopo il dolce. Non ci hanno mai fatto mancare la focaccia di accompagnamento ai pasti (che ci sarà stata riportata penso almeno 5-6 volte). Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, considerando sia la materia prima che l'esecuzione. Abbiamo speso circa 50-55 euro a testa, prendendo ciascuno un menù degustazione, più sette bottiglie d'acqua e quattro caffè. Siamo usciti sazi e decisamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. Consigliata la prenotazione, essendo un locale piccolo. È una vera chicca, consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista!

24/11/2024: Ingresso: non sembra nemmeno un ristorante. Locale piccolo e non accogliente. Arrivati alle 12,50 ( prenotato per le 13) e dovuto aspettare fuori. Chiesto indicazioni sul menu , risposta: adesso non pensate al menù. Scelta menu’: invitati a scrivere scelta su taccuino e poi la cameriera subito via. Cibo: 5 piccolissimi barattolini ( contenuto 2 cucchiaini) di entree, alcuni primi scotti ( eravamo in quattro), dolci appena passabili. Prezzo alto in relazione sia alla qualità che alla quantità., circa 45 €. a testa. Non ritorneremo sicuramente

15/08/2024: Locale piemontese nel Canavese, poco fuori Torino, che riporta alla tradizione con eleganza. Menu interessante, cucina piemontese semplice e ben fatta. Alcuni piatti a base di pesce, a mio parere meno nelle corde del locale. Abbiamo scelto: plin ripieno di cipolle caramellate con fonduta di parmigiano, non i classici plin piccolini, cipolle un po’ preponderanti (voto 7) vitello tonnato (voto xxx) spaghetto con pescatrice discreto (voto 6.5) tartare di tonno Piatto di bolliti misti buono, consiglio di aggiungere più salsa (voto 7) Zabaione con torcetti, ottimi entrambi (voto 8) Tiramisù, con un bellissimo colore giallo pieno Buona selezione di vini Servizio e cortesia voto 9 Rapporto qualità prezzo (voto 7) : non a buon mercato, ma giustificato da ambiente e materie prime. Porzioni generose Sicuramente una buona soluzione se volete provare la tradizione in un contesto elegante e curato, a 30 min da Torino

14/12/2024: After a dinner we decided to choose this restaurant to do the wedding lunch afterwards I organized the birthday at surprise for my wife and some we come to eat some time. All that's to say this place it's special The owner Mrs SILVANA always knows what to advise you and beautifully organizes every event, the venue is splendid, the staff is always very present and the service is great. The dishes coming out of the kitchen they are always delicious and presented accompanied with great skill with excellent wines. Congratulations for everything and see you soon

02/11/2024: Farmhouse outside Favria, surrounded by nature. Location restored and cared for in every detail demonstrating class and elegance. Professional, attentive, courteous and fast service. Excellent food, top quality raw materials. All presented spectacularly. We really liked the idea of ​​having some dishes "assembled" with the proposed ingredients. 02/12/2024: I brought my wife here to celebrate our anniversary. And what a wonderful evening it was! The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make the restaurant experience truly special. All the dishes on the tasting tour were delicious. We are really happy to have chosen this restaurant for our romantic dinner. My wife was very satisfied, and that's what matters most.

If you're looking for cheap food, don't come here. The tasting menus are highly recommended and are still filling. I would happily stay here again

20/11/2024: What can I say, I took the vegetarian menu and it was Super, very good, each dish decorated with care down to the smallest detail. Everything was accompanied by a background of 30s/40s songs that I love. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, ready to explain each course. I recommend it to you.
