24/05/2025: I'm celebrating my 60th birthday with my sweetheart with a tour of Piedmont. Unfortunately, this restaurant was the most disappointing among the "high-quality" ones. The entrance is rather gritty and spooky. The ambiance is bland and unremarkable in any way. The welcome was not really that great. The waiter was disinterested, rude, and seemed overwhelmed. For the food: we had the "Water" menu, which is fish. The first course was a bitter lemonade foam on peanut butter. The first course was octopus strips on pomegranate ice cream with mint and onion. Quite interesting and creative. The second course was tagliatelle with octopus slices in a verjus sauce, garnished with two bites of raw and very delicious fish. Unfortunately, the pasta tasted very much like Barilla. They also seemed to have been waiting somewhere for a long time for the sauce. Unfortunately, not a particularly successful pasta dish for Italy. ``` The main course was a slice of fish fried on a hot stone and served on the same stone. A good idea in itself, but then the fish was served on a small 10 x 10 cm plate, which kept slipping off while eating. This was accompanied by a second small plate with a bit of mashed potato that was already cold and a 2 cm long piece of fried spring onion. And unfortunately, the fish was dry. Then there was an item on the bill that we hadn't ordered and, of course, hadn't eaten. The bill was then corrected without a word of apology. The champagne was delicious, but it wasn't their fault.

Lucia and Christian, with their staff, are excellent hosts HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

19/05/2025: A small culinary gem in the heart of Turin! Tasty, delicious and carefully prepared dishes at decidedly accessible prices. Modern venue, friendly and professional staff and good choice of wines. I went for dinner during the week with friends and it was a fabulous experience. Do you want advice? Stop searching, it's time to book your dinner by the cubic meter!

02/06/2025: My mom and I stopped for a coffee, a clean, welcoming place and above all with a nice positive energy, the blonde waitress was kind, smiling and full of joy... which is never a given and is always nice!!

19/05/2025: A festive lunch a couple of weeks ago, a place discovered by chance, they immediately welcomed us very well and the lunch was well above expectations. Everything was delicious, genuine, flavors well matched, the agnolotti with roast and blueberry sauce were amazing. I won't even tell you about the digestives... If you happen to be in the Lanzo valleys it's well worth a stop!

13/05/2025: What a wonderful encounter with Piedmontese cuisine! A wide selection of specialties with distinctive flavors. The agnolotti are famous, the swordfish, ricotta, and lime ravioli are particularly delicious. The tripe is revisited with a slightly fruity recipe... And so on, because I finally went back the next day. That's saying something!

13/05/2025: I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with my boyfriend. What can I say? The food is excellent, everything was delicious and perfectly plated. The girl who served us was very knowledgeable and kind and managed to make this experience unique! It will be a pleasure to return!

06/06/2025: Oh, this is greatness! The museum is gorgeous. Entrance is 15 euros. On the day I was there, some rooms were closed, but it did not spoil the impression. I give it 4 because there are no audio guides or guides. Each room has a description. However, this is not the same effect. You enter the museum as if you were swimming freely. 06/05/2025: Very suggestive location but to be reached with a short, slightly steep walk. Local created from a skilful modern renovation of an ancient castle. Beautiful. Cuisine that tends towards the refined but with traditional Piedmontese origins. Excellent wine selection.

27/04/2025: Posto davvero bello, nei resti di un antica rovina del castello, con una bellissima ricostruzuione conservativa. La cucina è molto particolare e ottima. 1 opzione vegetarisna per ogni pietanza. (Nulla di vegano). 2 primi, due secondi e acqua 70 euro. Ci tornerò volentieri.
