A few days ago, I had lunch at this restaurant again and I confirm my excellent review from last year. ------- Despite its rustic appearance and mountain location, this restaurant's cuisine—purely Piedmontese—is original and refined. The assortment of local appetizers is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, and the first courses are all exquisite (the tagliolini and agretti with anchovy butter dish was a real hit, as was the asparagus carbonara), as are the second courses. The desserts were predictable, but unfortunately always the same—bunet, panna cotta, etc. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was attentive and well-coordinated, despite the fact that it was a wedding reception. Prices were a bit high, but justified. In short, a wonderful discovery, and finally, congratulations to the Chef, a modest yet talented lady.

The food is very good, with vegetarian options despite the name :) I've been going there for years, the best in the Valley in my opinion.

I ate at this restaurant today for lunch. We had a great time. There's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. I tried the plin with toma and barbera, which were simply wow. Excellent value. We'll definitely return. Make sure to book because it's always busy.

The restaurant offers typical Piedmontese dishes, but not only, very good and carefully prepared. The service is attentive, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is welcoming, well-kept, and rustic. The quality/price ratio is more than fair. We really enjoyed our stay.
