07/04/2024: Excellent discovery in the Collegno park, simple but well-kept place, menu not infinite but with excellent alternatives, all fresh and seasonal. We particularly enjoyed the starters and first courses, next time we will return for the second courses and we will try to leave a little more space for the desserts which looked really inviting! Truly surprising wine list, and I say this as a sommelier! If I have to find a flaw, we were sold a simple soft grappa for one that is aged for 3 years in wood, which had aroused my curiosity because it was described as "not barricaded" (so the three years of aging Wood?) Service perhaps a little too fast, probably due to the large number of seats present. We will definitely return in good weather to be able to eat in the splendid internal garden
