28/06/2025: A very pleasant discovery, high level service. Excellent and decidedly refined food with high level raw materials and extraordinary flavours. All in an exclusive environment and with great attention to detail. Parking nearby is also very easy. Two important details: the mini vegetable garden from which the chefs pick aromatic herbs and early produce and the open kitchen with the staff working and having fun while preparing the dishes. Practically endless wine list...

20/07/2025: Typical Italian trattoria, dinner with appetizers, first and second courses with side dishes. They pass the appetizers to you, then the first and second courses, so you can choose what to eat. I gave it four stars because the food didn't deserve five stars for me. Overall, it was pleasant. If you eat outside, bring mosquito spray... despite the owner's thoughtfulness with mosquito coils... the mosquitoes are fierce.

16/06/2025: Pizzeria di fiducia da anni. Perfetta per cene di coppia, con amici o in famiglia. L’ambiente è informale ma molto curato e il personale molto gentile. La pizza ovviamente è super buona.

15/06/2025: eri sera sono stato da Pummarò e ho provato la “Fuoco di Satana” con cornicione ripieno di ’nduja, salsiccia e melanzane: una bomba di sapore, ma sorprendentemente leggera. Impasto ben lievitato (si può scegliere fra classico, integrale o “nuvola”) e cottura perfetta, nessuna sensazione di pesantezza dopo. Cosa mi è piaciuto: Velocità e cortesia: ordine preso e servito in pochi minuti, staff attento senza essere invadente. Varietà del menù: oltre alle pizze, antipasti, dolci e diversi tipi di bevande. Qualità degli ingredienti: si sente la freschezza oltre al fatto che sio trovano ingredienti e pizze difficili da trovare altrove.

22/07/2025: Very good place. Welcoming staff. The food is high-quality, the grilled dishes are particularly tasty. I tried the octopus with eggplant and the fillet, which had a wonderful aroma and were cooked to perfection.

25/07/2025: It's a shame, because the pizza was really good. The problem is that the prices are high for all the other dishes served. You can't pay 14 euros for a small plate of penne with tomato sauce (a child's dish), 20 euros for a Milanese, and then add an extra cover charge. Who knows why? Maybe instead of starting from zero, they start at one... not to mention the prices for the basic focaccias served and the French fries with two mini-samples of sauce. They'll never see us again.

14/07/2025: Cena del 01/07/2025la La posizione è centrale, a ridosso di piazza Solferino, e l’ambiente moderno, forse un po’ impersonale, con numerosi tavoli sufficientemente distanziati da garantire un buon comfort acustico. Il menù è piuttosto ampio, con proposte sia di terra sia di mare della tradizione italiana. Preparazioni, a mio giudizio, un po’ disomogenee: molto apprezzati l’insalata di polpo con patate, pomodorini e olive ed il vitello tonnato, troppo unta la “orecchio di elefante”, in origine proposta con pomodorini e rucola a cascata sulla carne, con il rischio di inumidire l’impanatura e cuocere le verdure fresche. Carta dei vini abbastanza ampia, comprendente anche qualche “mezza” bottiglia. Servizio cortese ma, nonostante il ridotto numero di avventori, un po’ lento. Voto: 7
