The restaurant is simple and in a charming spot overlooking the mountains. The food is excellent, but take your time; the full menu takes 3-4 hours. The service is informal, friendly, and attentive. We had lunch at this restaurant today almost by chance after a visit to the nearby mines (discoverMiniera). We were incredibly surprised by the friendliness, kindness, and attentiveness of the young man who served us! We're vegetarians, so we asked if it was possible to have dishes without meat, fish, or certain cheeses (many cheeses contain animal rennet). The waiter was incredibly kind, offering us a wide variety of dishes that turned out to be perhaps the best we've ever eaten. I can't express the quality of the products used; everything was perfect and delicious! Unfortunately, we're not from the area, but we hope to have the opportunity to return soon!

Excellent family-run restaurant located in a hamlet about ten minutes from Prali with a spectacular view of the valley. The typical Piedmontese food is truly delicious. The waiters come by the table several times to ask if you'd like more. Usually, there's nothing left from the tray. Wine and water are plentiful. Whenever you go to Prali, eating at this wonderful restaurant has become a must.
