If you want Michelin quality without the Michelin price, you have come to the right place. Davide does an excellent job in the kitchen and Giulia is the perfect (Sicilian) hostess. The atmosphere in the restaurant feels like a wellness spa, even the background music. Top notch 10/10 ❤️

Fabulous experience. We went to De Gustibus for dinner, completely trusting the chef with the tasting menu. One surprise after another, the food was top-notch quality and the dishes were refined, well-written, and above all, delicious! We're still thinking about it days later; more than just a dinner, it was a true experience. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!

An exquisite and unique tasting menu, worthy of a Michelin star! The service was extremely friendly, and even our two-year-old daughter was welcomed and treated in the best possible way: instead of the traditional children's menu pasta (which was still available), the chef prepared mascarpone-filled buttons for her, which she absolutely loved!

A very positive experience, the woman was very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and kind. We enjoyed a welcome entrée of bagna cauda panna cotta on an amazing wafer... and last but not least, a truly delicious poached egg. We had a Smart Box package, all inclusive except for the wine, which, to our great surprise, was complimentary when we received the bill. A very elegant and refined place, with virtually no noise. Highly recommended!

Traditional dishes that live up to expectations, simple and authentic flavors, in a timeless setting. Fast and friendly service, highly recommended!

27/07/2026: Beautiful and charming location, especially the outdoor area; mostly classic Piedmontese menu, to be more specific: The veal with tuna sauce was truly exquisite. We only half liked the first courses, the risotto was so-so. The second courses were also average, some more than others. I didn't really like the desserts. The service was decent. I also think it's a bit high for what we ate. We had a nice table, and everyone shared the same thoughts.
