We had very high expectations. The place was very retro and spacious. The food quality was excellent, but the service wasn't excellent. We asked for three vegetarian menus and felt embarrassed by the response we received: "You could have told us beforehand." That response changed our entire perspective on lunch! My advice is to book and go eat because it's worth it!

Excellent food. From appetizers to desserts, everything was perfect. They could work on the service. One of the waitresses was visibly annoyed, rushed, and always quite rude. The other, however, was smiling.

As soon as we set foot in this old club, far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, we knew we'd discovered a place we loved. A few authentic and sublime dishes. Excellent wine. Prices may be a touch above average, but it's definitely an experience worth repeating.

This was our second dinner at this historic trattoria. The tagliolini with wild boar ragù was delicious, as was the braised beef. My wife enjoyed the pumpkin flan and the rabbit roll. The staff were very friendly.

I had dinner at this historic restaurant. The place is clean and tidy. The service was quick and friendly. I had the veal with tuna sauce, a nice portion and particularly flavorful, and the tagliolini with ragù, which were very good. The agnolotti were also good, and the Bra sausage, on the other hand, was dominated by honey, which is something you might or might not appreciate. It cost about €30 per person, including coffee but no wine. Enjoy your dinner, recommended!

The staff is kind and attentive without being intrusive, and the owner is a special presence—friendly, affable, and capable of creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere around his guests. The food is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and a cuisine that is simple yet surprising. It's one of those places where you can truly feel the passion for what they do. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Especially for the paccheri!
13/02/2026: I've been to Mulino twice, and both times I had a great time. The staff was friendly and smiling, the wait times were reasonable, the food was excellent and well-prepared, and you could see the passion. I'll definitely be back again and again. 27/03/2026: My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one night in February. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the food was very good, but a bit pricey. Highly recommended.
10/03/2026: We went yesterday for lunch. The village is stunning: well-kept, full of paintings and wonderful, narrow alleys. As soon as you enter the dining room, you immediately feel at home: the glowing fireplace and the low vaulted ceiling immediately transport you to another, timeless dimension; it's impossible not to relax. The woman in the dining room was kind and knowledgeable; we had a great time with her. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, who was extremely helpful and friendly. The food is very good and the quality is undoubtedly very high, thanks to authentic, locally sourced ingredients. The appetizers are very tasty and plentiful. I really appreciated the mixed appetizer, which included a selection of hot and cold dishes, because the hot appetizers arrive later, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the cold ones without worrying about the hot ones getting cold. The pinnacle of enjoyment was the guanciotto (my taste buds really went wild at that point). The meat literally melted in my mouth, and the flavor was so good I was almost sorry when it was finished. The dessert was delicious, too. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!
