02/05/2026: The appetizer they brought was not appreciated, the bread was old or at least not fresh and definitely not made by them, the hygienic conditions need to be reviewed as soon as you go to pay, I only recommend the octopus and tagliolini, otherwise they are very friendly.

27/04/2026: Dinner with family and friends. Comfortable, small, and therefore unobtrusive atmosphere. Menu with original offerings and sophisticated pairings. Attentive and fast service. They definitely deserve the good reviews they receive online. Reasonable prices.

07/06/2026: We had lunch today at this wonderful restaurant with friends, and what can I say? Everything was perfect, the vintage place was truly beautiful, and the food was delicious.

20/05/2026: I've been going to Cipponet 2.0 for over 15 years, ever since they were in the old location, and for me it's still one of the best pizzas ever. What I love most is that you can really see the research behind what they do: fresh, quality ingredients, and above all, a lot of attention to the dough. There's something for everyone: whole wheat, whole grain, charcoal, turmeric, low-carb, with ancient grains... and they're not "fads," you can taste the research and passion behind them. For me, the pizza is truly special, light but super tasty. Every time I try it elsewhere, I always end up thinking that here it's something else 😄 They also have lots of options for vegans and those with intolerances, which isn't always a given. Another thing I really appreciate is the atmosphere: modern, quiet, and in the summer, the outdoor seating is truly pleasant. But above all, the people make the difference. The owners are always kind and smiling, the waiters are polite and helpful, and they never rush you to finish your dinner. It's a great place, period. Over the years, I've brought friends, relatives, and acquaintances here, and honestly, no one has ever been disappointed. When I want to play it safe, I always go to Cipponet 2.0. 🍕

18/05/2026: Location recommended... service too... only flaw... strawberry cup 6 euros (among other things, 2 were marked, but ordered 1 without sugar-free ice cream and was charged with ice cream).

14/06/2026: Excellent inn, managed in a friendly and courteous manner. The culinary offerings are varied and freshly prepared! Good wine list. They're very willing to accommodate guests' requests for "customizing" the tasting menu. Perhaps the price/quantity/quality ratio is a bit unbalanced!

21/05/2026: Hospitable, affable, discreet, and attentive to timing and detail. We've been to Locanda di Lori a few times, and each time is a pleasant confirmation! The tasting menus, featuring both meat and seafood, feature meticulously crafted and beautifully balanced dishes, both in flavor and quantity. The two options on both menus (appetizer + first course + dessert, with or without second course, at €35 or €30 per person, respectively) intelligently take into account the preferences of many of today's diners. An excellent experience, we'll definitely be back!

09/06/2026: Exceptional pizzeria! Excellent pizzas with quality ingredients and a light dough. The place is welcoming and the staff is truly friendly. Special mention for Wednesdays: they offer a fantastic fixed-price pizza tour (between €10 and €15) that includes farinata, a soft drink or small beer, a cover charge, and non-stop pizza until you say enough is enough. Highly recommended!

07/06/2026: A round of pizza is €14 plus drinks and cover charge. So, it's quicker to say €20.

11/06/2026: I went twice to get a proper assessment of whether my first impression was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the local specialty, fritto misto, is absolutely not up to par with even a mid-range restaurant. Even other meat dishes and first courses, while less disappointing, cannot be considered as high-quality as the restaurant would like. The service and location, however, are absolutely excellent.

11/07/2026: An osteria that's only osteria in name, a fairly well-kept place, probably to offset the prices. The food was nothing special, and the prices weren't in line with other options. Four small crostini for €15—a lunch in Monte Carlo would probably have cost less, and I definitely ate more. Nothing exceptional.

31/07/2026: We had a very pleasant evening at this restaurant. The waiter was very friendly, and given the ratings, we had high expectations for the pizzas and were a little disappointed. However, this restaurant deserves its 4/5 rating.

Unfortunately, the service is at the head of the customer: a very marked interest for some, and a total disinterest for others. However, respect for customers should be the same for all, without distinction. ​On the plate side, it's nothing: an ordinary pizza, without any research or passion. I didn't even look to take it back or order more as the quality left much to be desired. ​At some point, you have to stop taking customers for granted. This type of tourist-trap establishment gives a very sad image of Turin and Piedmontese gastronomy, which nevertheless deserve so much better. To avoid Title: Another tourist trap that damages the image of Turin ​A decidedly disappointing experience that represents exactly what you want to avoid when traveling. ​The owner speaks French and is a big football fan, which at first glance could make the place nice. Unfortunately, however, the service is totally sympathetic: a strong interest towards some customers and a total disinterest towards others. Respect for customers should instead be the same for everyone, without distinction. ​As far as the food is concerned, we are at cosmic zero: a completely mediocre pizza, without any care or passion. I didn't even want to order anything else for fear of being sick. ​At some point you have to stop treating customers like chickens to be plucked. This type of tourist-catching place gives a bad image of Turin and the Piedmontese gastronomy, which deserve much more. To be avoided.

22/01/2026: Everything was perfect, from the softly lit ambiance and the welcoming elegance of the wood, to the exceptional food. Everything was truly delicious, and I really appreciated the unexpected yet well-executed pairings! Special mention for the exquisite fried artichokes with teriyaki sauce, and their first course, the "Orange Mojito." I'm not celiac, but it was truly a dinner I can't wait to repeat.

18/06/2026: The cocktail menu is very varied and original, and the service is excellent. We ordered two cocktails and received appetizers and snacks with them. We also recommend the zucchini blossom fritters, which were delicious.

11/07/2026: Overall, the dinner was pleasant, but unfortunately, a couple of incidents left a decidedly less positive impression. We had organized a birthday dinner and were prevented from serving a cake purchased externally. The initial reason given was a lack of HACCP compliance, but later added that we should have notified the restaurant in advance. However, during the conversation, it was explained to us that, even if we had, the answer would still have been negative because the cake would have had to be delivered directly from the bakery. At that point, it was even suggested that, had we known in advance, we could have chosen another venue. This explanation seemed to change direction several times, leaving the feeling that they were looking for different justifications to always arrive at the same conclusion. The other incident occurred when it came to the bill. Since the birthday boy wanted to offer drinks to everyone, I started separating the amount, since the restaurant owner wasn't doing so. While I was calculating, I was corrected, claiming it was incorrect. In reality, the bills were accurate, and at that point, I simply invited the cashier to take care of it personally, as it was part of their job. Once again, a simple situation was handled in a non-linear manner. I believe the quality of a restaurant isn't measured solely by its cuisine, but also by its ability to handle simple situations with clarity, consistency, and a pinch of flexibility. This is a shame, because more straightforward communication and a more customer-focused approach would be enough to transform an ordinary experience into a truly positive one. Rules are sacrosanct when they are clear and, above all, consistent; when they change during the same conversation, they leave more doubts than certainties.
