04/01/2026: We had dinner on New Year's Eve and had a great time 2025. Excellent dishes strictly based on fish, good flowing service and very pleasant music adapted to the various moments of the evening. Very good!

Superb hospitality and attention to children! Small details make all the difference for those with small children (paper and pencils at the table, chairs and cutlery in place, bathroom with high chair, booster seat, and changing table....)!!
Friendly yet very professional service!!
16/01/2026: The place is nice and "cuddly", the house is well made, the bathrooms are clean, the food is too much and the starters are too little, everything is tasteless, I don't think I'll go back there again.

05/04/2026: I highly recommend it...a beautiful place with excellent cuisine in the heart of Turin...you can eat until late in the evening...friendliness guaranteed and if you want, you can spend the night at the Petit Hotel above...excellent!!

Good and well-cooked, you can choose between regular or charcoal-fired dough.
Pizza, beer, and coffee for €20, a fair price.

15/03/2026: Found by chance, on a low hill near my house, elegant and friendly. Excellent wine selection and fantastic mixed fried fish. The name alone says it all....CON CALMA (SLOWLY) and you can truly eat calmly 👍👍👍

27/02/2026: As tourists from Switzerland, we highly recommend the Osteria dall' Orso. Lovingly prepared dishes in a family atmosphere. This is exactly how we imagined hospitality in Piedmont.
09/02/2026: Weekend in Prarostino and two dinners here. Everything was excellent, especially the gnocchi dell'orso (bagna cauda). Very kind and hospitable. We'll be back.

High-level service, very professional, friendly, and kind sommelier.
Being a seafood restaurant, the menu is updated daily, so it's not possible to recommend one dish over another.
When I was there, they had stuffed calamari, which was truly delicious, but I'm not sure if they're available today. The wines by the glass are very good.
29/12/2025: Il Bastimento is my safe haven in Turin. Super fresh fish, carefully prepared and never boring dishes, attentive service with a smile. Every time I leave, I'm happy and eager to return. Highly recommended—word from a loyal customer!

14/03/2026: I received a very poor welcome at this establishment; the staff were unpleasant and rude, and the waiter spilled wine on me. They made no effort to speak English.
14/03/2026: The service is absolutely amazing - we are a band of cornemuse players who went to Torino for a concerto and the owner let us play the cornemuse and sing all around his restaurant. People were going crazy throwing pasta around to come sing with us, the cooks took their pans to play with us and the owner’s son said it was the best moment oh his life after his marriage. The pizza is ok.

I had gelato: truly delicious, creamy, and full of flavor. Kudos to you for the quality!
A tip: if you're passing through, stop by... you'll be pleasantly surprised.
