10/03/2025: Enchanting place in a small village where the managers of Cantina Alpina also organize and set up super nice exhibitions and vernissages. It is highly recommended to stay and eat at this small hotel where my partner and I spent a relaxing weekend. You can easily reach ski destinations as well as walks immersed in nature. 23/07/2025: I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because I expected more from it. I discovered it thanks to a video reel. The pizza I ordered is Neapolitan, and the dough is Neapolitan. The only flaw is the ingredients: there aren't enough toppings on the pizza for the price (average €12). My boyfriend ordered the addition of French fries (not available, only baked potatoes available) for €2, and there were 10 fries on the pizza. We immediately pointed this out to the waiter, who wanted to know if everything was okay, but the bill remained the same with the addition. It was good for a quick try, but I wouldn't go back.

24/07/2025: Passing by chance, we stopped for lunch. Wide selection of pizza, cuisine, and daily menu. We opted for the daily menu with a very good gricia and a slice of meat, which was also very tasty. The pistachio cheesecake was the perfect accompaniment. I'm back to work satisfied.

02/07/2025: Nowadays there are people who improvise as restaurateurs, they think that it is enough to rely on a good architect in order to offer a "trendy" location. But catering is another thing and Delfino Blu does catering with a capital R. We had a really good time! I took my wife to dinner to celebrate her birthday and she was speechless. Elegant location, light and pleasant background music, impeccable service, all the staff was kind and polite. Here you can eat top quality fish! If you want to go to a classy place and eat FISH, come here and you will make a good impression!

03/07/2025: Very beautiful location reachable with a walk of a couple of hours or so, altitude difference for trained walkers. I have a note on the management of the refuge: if you do not consume their food, you are not allowed to sit down (not even if the tables are empty, I find it an inhospitable gesture) ... apart from their tables with umbrellas, there is no other place to sit down to eat a sandwich. Unfortunately not everyone can afford to spend 30 euros for a meal Advice? It would be nice to have a couple of tables outside the enclosure to allow everyone to stop to eat even with a symbolic cost of occupying the table or obligation to consume at the bar. The staff is kind but very strict in enforcing the spaces

29/06/2025: The refuge can be reached after a 2-hour walk from the Pian Neiretto ski lifts. The first part of the trail is in the shade, then it all remains in the sun. Once you reach the refuge, there is a large place to lie down and admire the view or eat something directly at the refuge.

25/06/2025: Piedmontese cuisine well executed, normal portions tending to less Specialty asparagus...well cooked, the right color and accompanied by varied sauces. I don't like the 80's dessert trolley, moreover not refrigerated. Tasting menu balanced price quality. Friendly and fast service Convenient parking for customers

20/07/2025: Well-crafted food and top-quality ingredients. The service is a bit rushed but efficient, in a historic venue in the heart of Turin. Perhaps for this reason, the prices are a bit off (for two, with a main course each, a dessert, and a glass of wine, we spent €96). The desserts are exceptional, but I wouldn't have expected anything less here.

16/07/2025: Ottimo pranzo con servizio veloce e simpatico, le mie trofie al pesto oltre che ben cotte e saporite erano una porzione da camionista, apprezzata la focaccia al posto del pane e abbiamo chiesto il bis, non si paga il coperto, con una mezza minerale e un caffè si spende 9,50 euro

09/07/2025: I'm giving it 2 stars only because I averaged the food, service, and ambiance. The appetizers were really good, nothing to complain about. The first course was a disappointment: the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese tasted only of cooking cream, and the ingredient that was supposed to be the star was barely there... a shame. The service was sparse at the table.

27/07/2025: I've been frequenting this bar for years, but after the recent change of management, the experience has drastically deteriorated. They use the Spes brand, but there's little Spes in it. They no longer offer table service, which makes the atmosphere less welcoming and encourages rushed consumption. The coffee, which was once creamy and impeccable, is now completely bland: it lacks the quality that made it special.
