I went for lunch yesterday for the first time and was really impressed with both the place and the menu, which is truly excellent Piedmontese cuisine. I recommend the amazing agnolotti to everyone! Young and talented guys. Congratulations again.

Unfortunately, it wasn't great, nothing serious, but I have two things to say. First, how can you bring a €40 bottle of Barbaresco cold!!! Where do you keep the bottles? Second, we had the Fassona tripe, and it was very salty, as we pointed out. So, I'm sorry, but we weren't entirely satisfied. Sorry.

Very friendly and professional service, excellent dishes with modern presentation, and excellent wine. The restaurant is spacious and bright, perhaps a little cold. Well done. We'll be back. The Piedmontese mixed fried food is delicious.

16/04/2026: I was in Bardonecchia for a relaxing family vacation, and every day (after trying it the first time, it couldn't have been otherwise) we went to eat at Bardosteria. We tried almost the entire menu, and every dish was exceptional, even the pizza. Excellent value. The service was friendly and always attentive, and the food was quick and delicious. It was ideal for us, especially given the children. The restaurant's location is very central. Overall, it was perfect for us. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
