02/08/2025: I don't understand this place: on the one hand, they act super-upscale, but on the other, they're mediocre in quality and not so great in reliability. A glass of wine is a maximum of 1/8 liter and costs €7.50. There's no drinks or wine list. The shrimp meat was dry and smelled of old fish. The meal came with 1.5 crabs, sliced in half. The meat weighed about 5 grams. We had ordered water, among other things, but didn't get it. The pasta came with overcooked and pureed spinach as a side dish. No spices, no herbs, nothing to add flavor (except for the old micro-crabs). On the other hand, my colleague's meal was too salty. The pictures of old stars on the walls are beautiful, but most of them are long dead. The distinguished guests arrived in shorts, which is a no-go for Italians. Strangely, there were some who treated themselves to four courses and several drinks, but then left without paying. We were among the paying customers and had to wait 20 minutes at the checkout. Conclusion: putting little on the plates, serving large glasses with little in them, and charging high prices don't make for Michelin-starred dining. The service and, above all, the craftsmanship also have to be top-notch. I've eaten in Italy many times. This restaurant was by far the worst. It makes you wish you were in the kitchen with an Italian mother, who conjures up world-famous Italian dishes with love and expertise, with those incredible flavors. I find the owner's statement "clothing freedom in Italy" very funny: I've seen fine restaurants in Italy that turned away guests because of their clothing. Then comes the blabber about all the things the restaurant isn't doing and how no one contacted us. Well, no one had time to take care of us, otherwise we could have talked. The wine was entered incorrectly at the cash register, water was billed but not served: it's a good thing that, in principle, the guests are always at fault. I think it's great that there were also satisfied guests: they are welcome to come back.

29/07/2025: What a joy, the courteous and attentive welcome, the music, piano sweet to the ears ✨, the mahogany wood decor and pretty painting, taste, style 😊On the plate, it's the same song: quality ingredients in my Nicoise salad and the Penne pomodori, everything is perfect. The prices very reasonable considering the quality. Congratulations to you, thank you to the server who speaks French 🥇.

30/07/2025: Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, yet unconventional, where you can find a variety of traditional dishes or revisited dishes, always made with excellent ingredients. The welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff will discreetly guide you throughout the meal. Highly recommended.

27/06/2025: Splendid pearl among the hills. Let's start by saying that this tavern, in addition to being very refined and well-kept in its furnishings, has a garden with a jasmine pergola and a balcony overlooking the view. I was able to dine at the end of the latter enjoying the view as well as pleasant background music. Both my wife and I had an appetizer and a first course. One based on seafood and the other on land. Very good, attention to ingredients, splendid plating and excellent flavor. The desserts were also superlative. Lastly, an honorable mention to the dining room staff, very prepared, courteous and very friendly. They made us feel at home and special guests at the same time. A truly beautiful experience.

16/06/2025: I would like to share a very unpleasant experience that happened in front of this restaurant. I will start by saying that I did not eat here, so my comment is not about the food, but about the attitude of the staff. Simply because I parked in a way that they said was incorrect, I was verbally attacked by three people from the restaurant, in front of other people present who watched without intervening. Even if I were to admit that it was my mistake, there is no justification for such aggressive and rude behavior, especially from someone who works in the hospitality industry, where respect for people should be a priority. An experience that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth and certainly does not encourage you to return, or to try the place as a customer. Today, kindness is a rare commodity - and when it is missing, it is even more noticeable.

11/07/2025: An absolutely fantastic osteria! Daniele and his entire team are so welcoming, you immediately feel very welcome and at home! All of the dishes (the ones we tried, and we were there four times this week) are absolutely delicious. The tagliata is divine, the pizzas are amazing, and the service is genuinely friendly and humorous! Daniel himself is so welcoming that you don't really want to leave. We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2025: Authentic Piedmontese trattoria in a farmhouse in the Canavese area, featuring excellent ingredients cooked in a traditional way. We went with friends who live in the area. The set menu was excellent value.

09/07/2025: Arrived for a graduation party. They offered three menus, and I chose the Piedmontese one with veal with tuna sauce, Monferrato-style tajarin, and braised cheek with mashed potatoes. Everything was excellent!!! Generous portions. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: THE KINGDOM OF THE STUFFED POTATO IN TURIN: The Pomme De Terre Bistro is located in Turin's historic center, under the charming arcades of Via Paolo Sacchi 16. A SIMPLE, YET INVENTIVE IDEA: This concept of placing the stuffed potato at the center of the menu is carried forward with a focus on quality, through the cultivation of red potatoes with a yellow flesh, which are grown in the mountains and carefully selected, even by weight. They are served with three types of toppings and stuffed with dozens of ingredients to suit all palates. The whole thing is enriched with focaccias, piadinas, and various desserts, among which I enjoyed the delicious chocolate salami and the hazelnut semifreddo. Among the stuffed potatoes, I particularly enjoyed the one with salmon and bufata; the EX beer (a spelt and rye blonde ale) was excellent. AN INVITATION TO DISCOVER TURIN: Visiting Bistrot Pomme De Terre was an interesting experience in a rustic and welcoming place, which transformed a simple ingredient like potatoes into a surprising culinary experience. 19/07/2025: We were greeted by the smiles of Eleonora, Francesca, and their entire staff. The property, framed by the Graian Alps and just steps from the Francia, offers the perfect temperature to stay cool in the summer. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large balcony that our dog also loved. A generous sweet and savory breakfast was provided, providing a great start to the day. We booked half-board, and dinner was something for everyone, with excellent dishes and generous portions. We felt like we were part of the family from the beginning of our stay until our departure. The property is highly recommended for couples and families.

17/07/2025: Arrivati dopo un escursione sul Rocciamelone, personale gentilissimo e disponibile proprio come la simpatica proprietaria. Il posto è tranquillo, semplice ma elegante e soprattutto molto pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato con cena e colazione molto buone e abbondanti ! È stata davvero una bella esperienza, torneremo presto.
