Tears in my eyes. Everything was absolutely delicious.
We ordered the raw fish platter on the menu, and it was amazing. Even though I live by the sea and frequent countless restaurants, I've never eaten fish this fresh and this good.
For starters, we tried the seafood carbonara (also incredible) and the tagliatelle with octopus ragù... out of this world.
Next, we tried the grilled fish, and once again, our expectations were far exceeded.
To finish, we tried the cannoli and cassata (both homemade) and we were all extremely satisfied.
You can see and taste that they put their heart into what they do.
If you're passing through Chivasso, this is a must-see.

We returned to Pesci Vivi for Dan Valentino's dinner, fearing we'd have a long wait. We were wrong, and we were glad we did. We ate deliciously, as always, and the service was excellent, always kind and helpful despite the restaurant being packed.
Sicilian hospitality is beyond question.

This isn't the first time we've dined at live fish, and it certainly won't be the last. The food was excellent, as was the service and hospitality.
I was worried I'd be treated superficially since the place was fully booked, but I was glad I was wrong. The staff was always kind and helpful.

Last night I ordered takeout. The pasta ragù was excellent with a thick and satisfying sauce. The fried food was excellent and delicate, not soaked in oil like others, which is then dry. The caponata was also good. Quick and friendly. The place looks like it's by the sea.

I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant for the first time, and I was enchanted not only by the deliciousness of the dishes...which were also divinely plated, but also by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff.
The wait was practically non-existent, and they even gave excellent advice on choosing the dishes.
I will definitely be back.
