Le Ramin-e is a small, high-quality restaurant offering traditional, local cuisine with a strong focus on quality, local ingredients, and seasonality. Its remote location and small size make it quiet and welcoming. It's also excellent for a weekly lunch break at a set price. The service is courteous and professional. Steven, in addition to being an excellent chef, is a delightful host. Worth a visit, especially for their seasonal menus. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old tavern; it's a shame the wine cartons piled up at the entrance under a beautiful wooden table are quite messy. Service is prompt and attentive. The staff is appropriately friendly.
The tables are very close together, but space is limited, so it's understandable.
The food is good, carefully cooked and made with quality ingredients, but the menu, despite offering dishes not found everywhere, is quite limited.
Good wine list.
Honestly, the only downside is the portions, which are more like a gourmet restaurant than an osteria, and this makes the final bill seem expensive.
Did I eat well? YES
Would I go back? NO
Why wouldn't I go back?
Mainly because if I choose to dine at a trattoria on the outskirts of town, I'd like to avoid the feeling of contamination between the trattoria and a restaurant with greater ambitions. The trattoria was a popular place that in Piedmont was often called Piola...and it should remain so, even in terms of portions and ambitions.
Anyway, I repeat that I ate well.

Very interesting lunch menu (€15). A la carte dinner starts around 30-40. Dishes are pleasantly rooted in local tradition, with occasional small modern touches.

We discovered this restaurant by chance. Our usual place was closed, so we tried it here. It was a great experience, and two customers signed up. Very good food, excellent quality, and decent portions. Very friendly staff. The seasonal menu is perfect because it shows attention to the finest ingredients. The prices are fair for what you get. I recommend it and we'll be back.
