10/05/2026: Piedmontese restaurant with a distinctive personality! A well-kept and welcoming place, with excellent service and unobtrusive staff. A welcome glass of prosecco and a salad to start were much appreciated. We ordered a mixed Piedmontese appetizer (all good, I especially liked the tongue), tajarin with bagna cauda and peppers (delicious), and a slow-cooked ham. I thought the zabaglione was a bit too foamy, but that's a matter of taste. Prices are a bit high. Update: We organized a lovely family dinner. We ordered three tasting menus, the rest à la carte. The caramelized onion appetizer was delicious. I also really enjoyed the bagna cauda and the tajarin with artichokes.

05/07/2026: A fantastic place. We celebrated Matteo's first communion there and it went like a fairytale. Everything was perfect. They are professional and very precise. The lunch itself was one of the best in Turin. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared down to the smallest detail. I recommend it to everyone.

16/07/2026: Very good food, friendly staff, and very helpful in meeting our every need. The place is a bit small and doesn't have air conditioning. We struggled a bit with the heat on Monday, but everything else made up for it. We'll definitely be back.

02/07/2026: A fantastic little family run spot with a warm, homey atmosphere. I had the spaghetti carbonara with guanciale and it was one of the best I've had in a while. The sauce was perfectly creamy without being heavy, and the guanciale was fresh, crispy, and had just the right amount of saltiness. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything felt freshly made. I'll definitely be back one more time before I leave and if I ever return to Torino!

Nice music and air conditioning, which is essential on these scorching days. The products are EXQUISITE, visually stunning, and ethically priced. 12/06/2026: I go here quite often. Excellent burgers (choice of three meats) with warm, crispy sesame seed buns. Good selection of quality beers. Delicious fries. Unfortunately, the small outdoor seating area, which used to reduce the number of people at the place, has been removed. Still, the food is very good. Service is always polite.

12/07/2026: The experience was very interesting. The guys showed passion and phenomenal technique. What was very interesting about the "Confine" tasting menu is its interplay of sweet and savory dishes, where the dessert and main course blend in such a way that they create synergies you'd be hard-pressed to believe. Let's say the only criticisms, though not unkind ones, were the slight inconsistency between the tagliolini and the duck and lamb with lobster. Perhaps it was meant to give the meal more substance, making it more filling and protein-rich, but in the case of the tagliolini, perhaps it served to evoke a memory of Mandura's Legacy, while the latter two's "sweet" role more than offset the wine. But that said, all the dishes are completely valid in their own right. There. Another note and a huge plus. For those who choose the tasting menu with a non-alcoholic option. Don't expect them to pull back. They also go heavy-handed with wines where, through processing, they manage to extract the alcohol while still retaining the personality of their original counterparts. Experience of July 11, 2026 Where the price more than justifies their research into ingredients and processing.
