13/07/2025: My husband and I dined at this restaurant, drawn by other reviews, and I must say our expectations were not disappointed. The service was friendly and cheerful, the portions were generous, the quality was truly high, and the plating was meticulous. My husband had a risotto with porcini mushrooms, saffron, and quail, which was decidedly satisfying. Its flavor was intense, but unfortunately it was a little overcooked. It should have been kept a little more to the Agente, but I imagine that given the success of the other dishes, it was a casual mistake. I instead had squares of pasta filled with nettles with a carbonara sauce, whose flavor filled the palate without being too heavy. We concluded the dinner with a cheesecake. The price was adequate for the quality and quantity of the dishes offered, €50 per person, and it's a place we'll definitely return to. Bravo!

Abbiamo ordinato come dei dinosauri e ovviamente non abbiamo finito quasi niente, la cameriera ci ha impacchettato tutto x la nostra felicità del giorno dopo. 04/07/2025: English: Bad is a compliment. Beyond the mediocre quality food (greasy fried food with one rotten shrimp, ciupin that wasn't a ciupin but a mussel soup with a fish fillet, 2 shrimp and 2 cicadas, one of which was rotten) the terrible thing was the conditions of the kitchen and the chef. My table was right in front of the kitchen whose door remained open allowing me to see the dirt that reigned in that environment: super messy and dirty worktops, greasy cabinets and the floor was indescribable. The excess flour from the fried food was "shaken" onto the floor which was already reduced to a mess. From my table I was also able to observe how the chef worked and I must say it was a very sad sight since more than cooking he drank wine endlessly perfectly reflecting the conditions of what should have been his kingdom. The only positive note was the service. The waitress, clearly embarrassed for the chef, did everything she could to make up for his “shortcomings” by working with kindness and courtesy (even though she then put the bread I had left over at the end of the dinner among what could still be served to other unfortunate customers). She ruined a family evening that was supposed to be special, absolutely not recommended!!!

14/07/2025: I can only give it 5 stars across the board! It was a truly magical experience, starting with the intimate, refined location. And then the dishes: perfectly balanced, a traditional flavor revisited with a modern twist using top-quality ingredients... spectacular! As is the convivial "Cit ma Bun" appetizer, a selection of five unmistakable classics, including a fantastic vitello tonnato (different from what you're used to) and a sensational pappa al pomodoro! Excellent cuisine and excellent staff, with the kindness and courtesy of those who love their work and put passion into it. Of course, a huge round of applause goes to Chef Kevin, a very young chef born in 1996 who brings these wonders to life! Thank you!

06/07/2025: I highly recommend this place for those who enjoy a Piedmontese gastronomic experience with gourmet reinterpretations, we had the pleasure of finding this trattoria that offers really interesting dishes. Everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert. I will definitely return.

08/08/2025: Posto molto carino, musica di sottofondo super, cibo ottimo e prezzi nella norma…una bellissima scoperta! La ragazza che ci ha serviti ( purtroppo non so il nome) è stata molto gentile, ci ha spiegato cosa stavamo per gustare sempre con il sorriso ( che non è scontato!!!) Ci torneremo per assaggiare CAPONATA e PARMIGIANA

19/07/2025: Esperienza consigliatissima. Il locale è in pieno centro di Torino. La proposta è una cosiddetta "bol": una forma di pane con dentro un piatto di cucina. L'idea è molto carina e nuova ma sopryla bol è buonissima e, devo dire, non pesante. Il prezzo è super onesto considerando anche la qualità degli ingredienti. L'ambiente è informale e la persona che ci ha serviti è stata gentile e simpatica. Insomma: da provare!

30/06/2025: Let's start by saying that it's a nice place, that the staff is kind and very helpful (I even managed to change the composition of a dish 😀), that the service is fast enough, that the food is really good and well-prepared and that, finally, the cost is very honest. For an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, a quarter of wine and two bottles of water: €45. What more could you ask for? Well done.

18/05/2025: a Saturday in May for lunch, few people, sober but very kind welcome, simple and essential environment, perhaps a little too much... excellent veal with tuna sauce, tajarin with ragu too, too few, we would have eaten double... very good rabbit... fair prices...

04/07/2025: A must-see when I'm in the area. True, quality Piedmontese cuisine, unfortunately little known and the Piedmontese do very little to promote it, but here it's all a feast of flavors. The fresh pasta is also excellent and I say this as a DOC Emilian but it must be recognized that they are good. Very kind and friendly staff

07/07/2025: We went with a group of friends and we had a great time! The menu leaves a lot of indecision about the choice of dish due to the options it offers. In the end we opted for the Chianina hamburger, delicious! Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
