06/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while riding our motorcycle through the mountains of the beautiful Susa Valley. The place is simple but welcoming, and the food is excellent and high-quality, typical Piedmontese cuisine that I love. The staff is helpful, fast, and friendly.
I highly recommend it...the place and bathrooms are clean.
A recommended stop for bikers and those who love trekking.
In addition to their food, they also make sandwiches and mixed platters. The cured meats and cheeses, which you can purchase at the deli counter, are also excellent.

We opted for the tasting menu for €35 (drinks not included). The Piedmontese appetizer was excellent, and the gnocchi alla toma were delicious.
The stuffed peaches for dessert were fantastic.
Recommended for those visiting the nearby village.
03/05/2026: Excellent polenta antipasto with porcini mushrooms. High-quality homemade pasta with carefully prepared sauces. Everything was delicious, and the place felt cozy and homey!

04/05/2026: Perfect location and tons of piadinas. But given the vastness of the place, I would have expected the vegan piadinas to be more than just the ones with vegetables. I had that one anyway, and it was good, with spelt dough. My friends were all satisfied with their piadinas. If I could offer a suggestion, offer a few more vegan options with protein, such as soy strips, sliced vegan cheeses and vegan cold cuts, vegan kebabs... There are so many options (Coop, Garden Gourmet, Unconventional, etc.). If in 2026 a vegan eats only vegetables when others have something like 50 piadinas to choose from, I think we've fallen a bit behind. There was seating, and the girls were quick to clear the tables.

24/05/2026: A trattoria like those of yesteryear. Time seems to have stood still: the atmosphere, the decor, the menu... It's lovely to spend an evening there, enjoying simple but truly delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. The service is incredibly fast, even when the place is full.

The menu is pre-planned with standard fare—nothing spectacular, but overall well-made.
Fast service and friendly staff. Prices are average.
30/04/2026: Discovered by chance, a lovely surprise. Excellent, simple, rustic Piedmontese inn, with good, homely, and authentic food. We'll be back.

The menu features various Piedmontese specialties, each one better than the last. We ordered several dishes to share and were thrilled with everything. The quality of the ingredients was truly superb. The wine list is interesting and varied. I will gladly return and highly recommend it! I recommend booking online.
14/05/2026: A fantastic dinner! From the serene, convivial, and softly lit atmosphere; to the delicious local dishes prepared with care and quality ingredients; to the very attentive, friendly, and pleasant service.
I recommend the tuna, made the old-fashioned way, the delicious cheese mix, and the anchovies with salsa verde as appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the plin, which surprised us with their size and delicious roast filling.
All accompanied by an excellent red wine and finished with an excellent tiramisu.
Must try!

My only complaint: €44 for an appetizer, first course, water, and a glass of wine seemed slightly above my expectations, though probably in line with current prices in the sector. Overall, a good experience.
06/06/2026: I really like this place, even though I've only been there twice. The place is very unique, spread over two levels. The cuisine is typically Piedmontese, excellent, and the service is friendly and fast. I'll gladly return as soon as I get the chance.
