08/12/2025: The owners are very kind and willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. I've been coming for years and highly recommend it. The portions are generous and tasty. I can't eat pizza, but the first and second courses are excellent. Try it.

04/12/2025: Drawn by the reviews, we came to try this restaurant for dinner. It was a wonderful experience; we really appreciated the natural and welcoming decor, the variety of the menu, the fast service, and the delicious dishes. We were especially pleased with the risotto portions, which were finally neither excessive, which would otherwise be overwhelming, nor paltry. They also offered us a delicious focaccia as an entrée. The dishes were truly tasty and original; I loved the yogurt mousse and the mushroom and blueberry risotto. We can't wait to return to try the rest of the offerings!

08/12/2025: While vacationing in Ivrea, I stumbled upon this restaurant; I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The waiters were friendly and always attentive to our requests. Tagliolini with truffles were truly delicious!!! The quality/price ratio was incredibly good! If you're passing through Ivrea, a visit here is a must, especially if you appreciate good traditional cuisine. We'll be back as soon as possible!

10/11/2025: I'm very annoyed by this place's behavior. First of all, the waiters shouldn't be allowed to force us to leave a 5-star review if we don't want to. 5 stars for what? For a chain that overcharges for its drinks and forces you to order soft drinks instead? Or one that treats its customers as if they were doing us a favor by serving us? But that's not the serious thing. It's the fact that they came to our table twice to ask, "Who left a 1-star review?" Assuming it was ours at random and making up excuses. But even if that were the case, exactly how dare they? If I want to leave a 5-star review, I'll do it; if I want to leave a 1-star review, I'll be free to do so. I don't blame the waiters because it's clearly not their fault. But management should wake up. Don't come to me and force me to leave a 5-star review and complain, especially randomly because you had no clue that we were the group, that someone left a 1-star review. I won't be back.

09/12/2025: If it were possible, I'd give it less than one star: 1. Disgusting bathrooms, dirty everywhere, including the tiles. The bathroom door had a hook that only partially closed, only cold water, and the electric hand dryer was ineffective; 2. The only food options for dessert were tea/herbal tea with sachets written only in German, and cornmeal biscuits (chewy!) or Baci di Dama biscuits for €1 each; no hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffee with cream, or obviously any cakes or sweets to accompany them. As for savory, it was impossible to order toast/tasting boards or anything else unless accompanied by a Spritz; the restriction on the alcoholic option is highly questionable! 3. The waitress returned after ten minutes, attempting to clear the table even though we hadn't finished our herbal teas. In conclusion, 3 herbal teas, 2 melina biscuits, and 1 Baci di Dama biscuit for €21!!! Not recommended!

23/11/2025: We stopped at this place by chance, looking for shelter from the cold. We ordered two hot chocolates with cream, generous portions, and fair prices. Plus, we were able to take advantage of the souvenir section to bring back some gifts for our relatives. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

27/11/2025: A quick but tasty work break! Informal, quiet atmosphere and a warm welcome. The staff carefully explained the menu, recommending a few delicacies and chatting with friends. I tried the potato with meat and zucchini tartare. The quality and cooking of the potato were impeccable, and the meat was very fresh and tender, which is always a guarantee in Piedmont. I will definitely return for my next work appointments, but in the meantime, I recommend this place for a relaxing experience and good food, alone or in company. Thank you

28/09/2025: We dined, favoring dishes from the mushroom menu. The small complimentary aperitif on the house was very welcome, a rare treat. The Fassone tartare was delicious, both the light seasoning and the presentation were much appreciated. The squares of blue Lanzo pumpkin and walnuts were noteworthy. The aged Angus entrecote was tasty and well-cooked (it was claimed to have been aged for 60 days, but there were some reservations). To finish, a hot zabaglione with biscuits, delicious as always. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. The wine list was well-stocked with interesting labels. Prices were reasonable and suited to all budgets (set menus and buffet appetizers are also available).

06/12/2025: Benito is a historic seafood restaurant that truly takes you back in time, both for its atmosphere and its service. The seafood salad and their paper-thin fries are highly recommended, simply irresistible. The baked fish is also excellent, always fresh and well-prepared. We always enjoy our stay here, and the staff, with their professionalism and kindness, truly makes the difference.

30/08/2025: Wanting to try the entire menu, I'll definitely be back! The cakes, polenta, and grilled meats especially. A historic place, with a touch of innovation, deliciousness, and friendliness, all immersed in nature! The kitchen and dining room staff do an excellent job, coordinated by the manager Francesco, who makes you feel right at home! Even if the weather isn't good, the walk from both Sestriere and Borgata is worth it: the reward at the end is tempting!

12/10/2025: I ate with my family. The service was good. I only got the menus at the beginning because they didn't arrive. Then they were quick to serve us. The food was good but nothing exceptional. The meat was a bit dry and seemed precooked and reheated. The atmosphere is very nice, full of things to see and read, fun and historical. Overall, a good experience.
