Food: 9. Fantastic...the main courses were fabulous...it's a shame I didn't try the first courses. I'll try them next time. The house wine was good. Service: 9. Very kind and friendly. Always with a smile. Price: 7. Nothing to complain about. Location: 5. Needs some updating. The place is a bit hidden...you have to know it.

It's a rustic kitchen with slightly dated decor. I gave everything 5 stars because I usually eat at restaurants and the food there is divine!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and had a great time. Good food, welcoming place, and good service. I highly recommend it, even for young, undemanding people.

A friend took us to lunch without a reservation. For four of us, we ordered two Piedmontese fried dishes, gnocchi made with ravioli dough for four, and house desserts, along with Barbera wine and Dolcetto by the glass. It's a classic, historic mountain restaurant with fantastic staff, I think a husband, wife, and daughter. Everything was very welcoming, the food was fantastic, highly recommended, a good selection of first and second courses, worth going three times in a row. The price was very fair, and it was a fantastic experience.

Today's lunch: we want to mention the welcome we received. The service and friendliness were impeccable, despite our late arrival. They were very kind and accommodating our every need (gluten-free and lactose-free), from appetizer to dessert. The dishes were typical and tasty, but the Val Varaita gnocchi were a real treat, as was the gluten-free hazelnut cake dessert, which was delicious. The price was reasonable; I highly recommend it. We'll definitely return, but this time we'll take our time, without making the wait staff run around. Thank you for everything.

17/05/2026: Drago Nero restaurant never disappoints. We've been there several times and always come back. Simple, original, and well-cooked dishes. Excellent service.
15/05/2026: A very welcoming little mountain restaurant with a beautiful central fireplace, attentive service, and well-prepared homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. We ordered the braised pork cheek with zucchini, gnocchi with raw cream (with carrots as an extra), a panna cotta, a hazelnut cake with sabayon, and a half-liter of very good house wine, and the total came to less than 50 euros.

11/09/2025: Great location, friendly people and excellent accommodation, it couldn't be better!
05/09/2025: Stopped for a quick lunch. Nice, characteristic little place. Good food, but a bit pricey and the portions are decidedly small. The quality is fine, but if the location matches the setting, the food should too. Perhaps a little less gourmet and a little more substantial wouldn't have been a bad idea.
