27/02/2025: If you came 15 years ago you ate the exact same pizza... a pizza that doesn't take you to heaven but that you're happy with. The mozzarella is good and the tomato is not excessively salty, you don't get up at night to drink it and it digests well!! It's a pizza that you like to eat every now and then and the price is honest, the owner and the waitress are always kind. My complaint is about the waiting time, an hour and a half for two pizzas, with the place half empty... takeaway is given priority and in my opinion it's not good... whoever is seated is served first also because I pay cover charge and service. If you can't manage all these take-away orders, sometimes just say no! This makes me never want to come back!

22/02/2025: The pizza is normal. The dough was objectively excellent. The environment, however, is cutthroat. Too depressed. Even though the innkeeper knew how to do it.

22/02/2025: Place frequented on three occasions. The first very positive. The other two disappointing to say the least. When two of us arrived, at 9pm on a summer evening, he made us sit down, saying that we could only order pizzas. When the drinks arrive, he takes the order for the pizzas. After 20 minutes he comes to tell us that he has nothing to season them. Not even mozzarella. At most he could make a focaccia. We ask for a cutting board or some alternative and he tells us he has absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Absurd. Last visit, wanting to give another chance, empty place, waiting for maybe 4 people considering two tables set. We order two aperitifs, for the platter he tells us to wait for the other customers (?????). Alternative dish, onion soup. SINGLE DISH ON THE MENU. If you don't have choices or have theme nights, write it out, but above all a place that has limited food and can't even put mozzarella on a pizza, you can't hear it. Never, never again

22/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato ai due buoi in occasione di un compleanno, nonostante la giornata poco fortunata a livello meteorologico il pranzo è stato qualcosa di indimenticabile, Locale accogliente e curatissimo, personale professionale, cortese e attento ai bisogni del cliente, chef innovativo ma con un occhio alla tradizione e sopratutto una scelta della materia prima ineccepibile. Il prezzo assolutamente onesto e. giustificato dalla qualità degli ingredienti, la lavorazione e la passione che si percepisce guatando i piatti Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere in futuro

08/03/2025: Tutto perfetto. Personale professionale ma molto gentile e disponibile. I piatti meritano la loro fama. Il mio preferito il risotto alla zucca, limone marocchino, mandorle e salvia. Un esplosione di sapori. Siamo stati benissimo. Il locale è davvero caratteristico e ti trasmette l'eleganza di altri tempi. Un esperienza da non perdere.

03/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato in coppia in questo ristorante ed è stata per noi una serata molto piacevole. La sala è ampia e curata e i piatti sono decisamente di qualità, con una vasta scelta tra antipasti, primi e secondi piatti e tipologie di pizza 🍽️

03/03/2025: I had lunch yesterday at this beautiful restaurant. Service, kindness, professionalism, EXCELLENT wine list and food. The Piedmontese cutlet with melted Bra cheese on top is amazing! (By reservation only). I didn't use the hotel but from the entrance you can tell that it is very welcoming and cared for in cleanliness.

23/02/2025: I only tried the restaurant part but I have to say that I was really impressed by the huge wine list... very prestigious... the menu is top notch... the cheek is a must try... compliments.

01/12/2024: A top of the range pastry shop!!!!! Everything delicious and fresh... If you pass through Valenza it's a must try.

30/03/2025: We stumbled upon it almost by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, excellent service and generous portions, I highly recommend it. We didn't take pizza but a platter of cured meats and fish, all very good. Despite the fact that they also have to prepare take-away pizzas, the service is not affected. If it happens we will definitely return
