07/08/2025: We spent an extremely pleasant evening on the pretty terrace, by a small stream... The food was excellent and the service attentive. Everything was perfect!

31/07/2025: Fantastic restaurant along the Erno River. The mosquito control system is excellent; not a single mosquito or fly comes near. Delicious food with super relaxed service. A nice wine list. A great atmosphere both inside and outside the restaurant.

06/08/2025: A family restaurant with homemade dishes, and it shows. The welcome is more than warm and the food is very good. I recommend trying the pesto and shrimp pasta and the escalope Milanese 😋

06/08/2025: We were captivated by the authenticity, kindness, and cuisine of this restaurateur family. The dishes are generous. The restaurant has remained in its original state, a million miles from the tourist restaurants upon arrival on the island. We were able to chat with the restaurateurs, who are incredibly kind. We are happy to have been able to comfort them that day because a French couple had behaved like louts to them the day before. Their behavior was the complete opposite of what they exude and what they give to the people they serve. This restaurant is one of the most authentic on the island, without a doubt.

08/08/2025: Very pretty and very good. Typical Piedmontese dishes, home-cooked, refined, and served with the warmth worthy of a trattoria. The terrace is quiet, at the foot of a church, but crowded places. I put 4 in service for the plastic table and the cutlery in paper bags that clash a little with all the other quality.

08/08/2025: Centrally located trattoria with a welcoming, informal atmosphere. The food is decent, and the service is prompt and friendly. Vegetarian options are almost nonexistent.

28/07/2025: Simply everything exceptional, including the extremely kind and friendly staff. I returned to my beloved Turin from Austria for a short vacation and discovered Krimikal, and I must say it is exceptional in every way. They create everything from scratch based on your tastes, and the food is unique too. We tried their chips with cacio e pepe and they were fantastic. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

07/08/2025: A restaurant not to be missed, for its location, its high-quality service, and its dishes that are undoubtedly excellent, well-prepared, well-balanced, and with just the right amount of measured originality. The wines are fabulous, and all this at a budget that remains affordable for an exceptional experience (€120 for 2). Thank you to the entire team.

05/08/2025: Very very good and excellent service, shame about the lack of care in cleaning the boat, unfortunately there were cobwebs "in the railings" next to the table with lots of spiders, thank goodness we are not fearful 😂

30/07/2025: Piedmontese and Southern Italian cuisine. The appetizers are excellent, and the tongue with bagnetti is truly delicious. The atmosphere is unique and very romantic.

30/07/2025: If you want to try a truly authentic Italian experience, this is the place 100%. What a great and authentic experience, everything is truly Italian, from the tablecloths, the service, the tempo of serving... the food is a real 10 without question, they have plenty of wines and more... what we enjoyed the most, besides the food of course, was the calamari. Everything in this restaurant takes its time and is respected, which for us made this a spectacular and unforgettable experience.

01/08/2025: Exceptional hotel surrounded by greenery, beautiful rooms, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, spotlessly clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. The restaurant is top-notch. From the chef to the waiters, everyone is extremely kind and professional. A place I would recommend to everyone.

13/08/2025: Excellent food and more than friendly service. It was recommended to us for the carne alla losa (EXCEPTIONAL), but from what we saw, the starters weren't bad either. We'll have to organize ourselves to return. 😂

14/07/2025: Consigliato da un amico mi sono recato in questo bel ristorante dove sono stato accolto in modo cordiale. Abbiamo preso 2 menu della casa con 1 litro di vino sfuso buono , 5 antipasti di pesce molto buoni , due primi scialatielli e linguine alle vongole il primo molto più buono, dolci discreti , 2 caffè ,amaro offerto dalla casa 96 euro.

21/08/2025: My partner and I had dinner and were very pleased. We sat outside in the garden in a beautiful location (no mosquitoes!). The food was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini, and the wine selection was excellent. The waiter was very professional, friendly, and kind. We really enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

31/07/2025: My wife and I had dinner there last week. The restaurant has a beautiful panoramic view, and the service from all the staff was impeccable. They also host themed evenings when available. 27/07/2025: I went to Topia after reading (if I'm not mistaken) an article by Paolo Massobrio, whom I consider one of the finest food and restaurant reviewers. We were greeted with great kindness and a smile, which is no small feat these days. They seated us in one of the simple but clean rooms, and shortly thereafter, an equally smiling and knowledgeable young woman showed up and listed the menu with extreme professionalism. We opted for a sampling of cold and hot appetizers (the veal with tuna sauce was sublime) and two agnolotti stuffed with blueberries and a delicious melted butter (which, in my opinion, could have been better plated with a little more decoration and color). Two desserts, two Cellio beers, and a coffee—all at a more than reasonable price for what we were served. The restaurant is located a bit isolated in a beautiful building that was once a convent, so it's a shame we couldn't dine in the lovely outdoor garden! Well done everyone, and see you soon!

31/08/2025: A little gem nestled in the Alps overlooking a lovely lake. The chalet is family-run, and you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Romina and Monica work tirelessly to ensure their guests are always happy. I've never seen so much attention and affection. Our room was small but had a truly beautiful terrace. There's no air conditioning, but despite the early August heat, it was incredibly cool. There are no mosquitoes, so sleeping with the balcony open and the curtains closed was enough. The cool breeze does the rest. The small lake is lovely, and the walk is truly pleasant. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and we were right. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked by Monica! Romina is truly a force of nature, exuding joy and enthusiasm. Breakfast was also excellent, with several of Monica's homemade cakes and biscuits. We stayed here for two nights, albeit separately. It was the first stop on our trip to Great Britain and the last. We had a wonderful time and would be delighted to return again. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: We're delighted to return to the Chalet. The staff is exceptional, like being part of the family. Everything is perfect: the rooms are welcoming and spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and caters to any dietary needs, and the surrounding area is fabulous! We'll be back as soon as we can. 03/09/2025: Step through the front door and find yourself in a charming 18th-century building, frescoed throughout. After climbing the wide staircase, you arrive at the restaurant: several small rooms create a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. The service is informal and attentive, ready to provide information about the menu and the history of the building. The menu isn't extensive but is very interesting, ranging from traditional Monferrato dishes to more contemporary flavors and combinations. The entrées are delightful and tasty, including the amazing Accademia cream. Among the dishes we ordered, the veal with tuna sauce was excellent, with a savory and flavorful tuna sauce and the meat perfectly pink. The tempura egg was surprising, with a successful balance of sweetness, savory, umami, and a smoky note. The spaghetti and pigeon, with scallops and truffle pearls, were also wonderful. The David was playful and satisfying, as was their sorbet. Extensive wine list, with a strong focus on local produce, and an excellent selection of champagnes from lesser-known but highly regarded winemakers. Great attention to dietary requirements: gluten-free dishes are already on the menu, and alternatives (in our case, pasta) are available.
