14/12/2025: Great experience! Letizia was very kind and guided us through the menu. The staff was friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The dishes were truly excellent, carefully crafted, and of the highest quality. I celebrated my graduation here and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Highly recommended!

19/11/2025: Upon arriving at 9pm, we were left waiting at reception while the staff member finished a personal conversation. This immediately set the wrong tone. When we finally asked about an evening meal, we were told there was “no availability” because other guests had chosen to dine in. No effort was made to offer an alternative, no solutions were suggested, and we were simply directed to a local pizzeria. This level of indifference is unacceptable. A 4-star hotel should never leave guests without any dining options or basic consideration. Even a simple gesture—such as offering something light at the bar—would have demonstrated care and professionalism. We escalated the issue the following morning, yet the response from another colleague only reinforced the same dismissive attitude. Overall, the service we received was not only disappointing but far below what any guest should expect from a hotel of this rating, this simply ruined our short weekend break. "Date stayed Friday 14th for two nights"

01/02/2026: My wife and I booked through The Fork. It's a historic restaurant near the Fossano Cathedral. Inside, it's a classy space with sofas, wooden furnishings, mirrors, and coat hangers (all near the table). The bathrooms are clean and equipped with high-quality sanitary facilities. The portions are generous and well-made, and the prices are commensurate with the location. A wide selection of wines is available. The service and wait times are in line with the restaurant. I didn't give the fifth star to suggest possible improvements, especially for a restaurant of your caliber. Having booked through The Fork, we had a discount that wasn't taken into account; after my observation and apology, it was applied. Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: A lunch for 5 ⭐️! I received a free smart box for lunch at Tiglio. The menu included a 12-course menu... I've never tasted such delicacies! The staff was very kind and attentive, even letting us know that the tasting menu included several offal-based dishes. The restaurant, nestled in the Sibillini Mountains, is a little gem. It's an experience I highly recommend and would repeat without hesitation.

20/11/2025: Eating at this restaurant is a truly unique experience. The place itself is unusual, and the owner even more so. The concept: - No menu; the menu is presented verbally, and you choose between three primis and secondis. For the antipasti, you'll have several dishes laid out on the table in a relaxed, informal style. * A nice touch is the middle course with a spoonful of gorgonzola! - Prices range from 50 to 60 euros per person, including wine. Please note: cash only! Everything was delicious, and Luciano's wonderful atmosphere was a real highlight! A must-visit, but book well in advance.

27/12/2025: 5 stars are not enough to rate this super pastry shop. Excellent for breakfast, super for pastries and cakes, even vegan 😋 Very kind staff, small but very welcoming environment. What more can I say? Go try it and you will never leave.

09/11/2025: The place is truly beautiful, with a quaint exterior. In the warmer months, you can even eat outside, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking! The interior is decorated in a vintage style, as are the tableware, all unique! Excellent food and excellent service! Highly recommended!

06/12/2025: A real surprise! Fixed menu, vegetarian option, excellent food. All at a super fair price. The service staff are kind and friendly, and make you feel at home! Dogs are also welcome. Highly recommended.

Service was friendly and efficient, the sommelier recommended an excellent yet reasonably priced bottle of Nebbiolo. We had a lovely family lunch in an authentic osteria! We did not stay there overnight, so cannot judge the rooms or accommodation service.
