08/07/2025: I returned on Sunday after a few years, and as always, the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the portions were generous. Everything was excellent, just like the previous times. I definitely recommend it.

05/06/2025: Dopo una visita alle cantine contratto, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale. Non male devo dire, piatti della tradizione piemontese anche se non completamente soddisfacenti rispetto ad altri ristoranti della zona. Servizio gentile ma estremamente lento. In ogni caso non mi sento di sconsigliarlo, comunque abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.

30/05/2025: Questo locale ampio e moderno in centro a Canelli offre sia piatti molto tradizionali (ravioli del plin ai 3 arrosti) sia piatti più inventivi basati comunque sugli ingredienti del territorio (ottimi i tajarin burro e acciuga con granella di nocciole, e la spuma di zabaione con caramello, sale nero e crumble di nocciole). Molto onesti i prezzi. Nota di merito ai ravioli del plin fritti serviti come amuse bouche: sfiziosissimi!

23/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bove's – Regional Meat Specialties We've been to this fantastic restaurant twice now – and we've been truly impressed each time. Super friendly and attentive service, you immediately feel at home. The filet was tender as butter and beautifully presented – a real highlight. The picanha in the hot pan was also delicious and cooked to perfection. Everything is served with love. A restaurant that we'd happily recommend.🥰

17/07/2025: Best dining experience of my trip! I was a solo diner who spoke no Italian but the server went out of their way to kindly explain every single dish to me in English. Food was amazing. Will definitely come back if back in Torino :)

13/07/2025: A little gem in the center of Turin! A laboratory of culinary expertise and professional service, topped off by the smile and friendliness of the waiter. This little street food spot is absolutely worth seeking out, trying, and I might even add "waiting for"—if the tables are full—because every minute of waiting will be rewarded with the pleasure of taste and the senses!

18/06/2025: Probably one of the 5 best restaurants I have been in my life. The owner and her team take great effort in making the dinner a great experience. They want you to feel welcome. The sommelier is amazing also. Take your time for dinner and relax for this amazing experience. I have been here several time, and now also came here to sit outside. Recommended. You will not regret coming here.

12/07/2025: ... in visita alla Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi ci siamo fermati a pranzo al Ristorante Sabaudia, locale raffinato e personale super gentile - abbiamo ordinato due menu del territorio assieme a due calici di nebbiolo tutto, ma veramente tutto, molto buono in particolare i Plin ripieni erano eccezionali - se passate da queste parti fermatevi ... ne vale veramente la pena !!!!
