15/12/2024: My first time at the restaurant for a dinner already organized by friends. Beautiful place in the heart of Castiglione Falletto. Placed in a separate room, the experience was more intimate and immersive. From vitello tonnato, moving on to the agnolotti del plin, to braised meat with Barolo and concluding with the famous round and gentle dessert. Simple but tasty food. A very extensive wine list with prices definitely in line with the quality. Matteo the owner, like all his staff, are very professional. A unique place to definitely try again. Highly recommended

22/08/2024: We stayed through a gift box and what struck us most was the family and convivial reality that we were able to experience. Staff helpful, kind and always ready to give advice on how to make the most of the places. Included in the experience were also tasting and dinner, both excellent for both the service and the quality of the products offered. Also worth highlighting is the excellent location for visiting the Langhe and surrounding areas.

20/08/2024: Very nice place, I went by booking a package which included a visit to the cellar with tasting and dinner. The story of the wines with the tasting made this experience a sensorial journey into the culture of Langhe wines, which was truly appreciated. The room furnished with its retro style feels very much like a "grandparents' house in the countryside", after all the place boasts a history of generations handed down from father to son. Pleasant dinner with local wine. Helpful and friendly staff. Very satisfactory value for money

16/10/2024: After celebrating our wedding anniversary we returned to celebrate my wife's birthday and as then we found the usual perfect environment in all its facets starting with the pleasant welcome from the staff not to mention the seafood and truly sublime land with fresh products cooked with skill by the excellent Chef. Thanks to them we had two magnificent events and therefore an important point of reference for the future. Well done

18/11/2024: Ottimo pranzo domenicale prima della visita alle cattedrali sotterranee ( si trova proprio di fronte alla cantine Bosca) noi abbiamo optato per un menù che il ristorante offre come proposta per pranzo, un tris di antipasti, un primo e il dolce, 25€ , aggiungendo vino, acqua e caffè abbiamo speso 35€ a testa. Antipasti tipici piemontesi ( vitello tonnato, insalata russa e battuta) molto buoni, plin ottimi, bunet come da tradizione. Personale cortese e non invadente, ambiente gradevole.

In una giornata dove molti ristoranti della zona erano chiusi, ho prenotato in questo ristorantino, già consapevole che si sbaglia poco, ma è andato oltre le mie aspettative! Mangiato benissimo, prodotti di qualità, grande passione da parte dei proprietari e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio anche per il tartufo.

Prodotti tipici del posto e di alta qualità, anche le portate abbondanti se si considera che passano per chiedere se si gradisce il bis di ogni portata. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù fisso e sono sempre passati a riempire nuovamente il cestino di pane e grissini e anche a chiedere se gradissimo altro vino, tutto compreso nel prezzo. 09/11/2024: I am vegan, which I specified before sitting at the table, and I was welcomed and reassured about the vegan choice. I was served an egg as a starter (perhaps a quail's... I don't know much about it), and as a main course a vacuum-packed carrot with no seasoning alongside the udon absolutely seasoned with a sauce that wasn't relevant. Taking this into account, two clearly mocked vegans were presented with a bill of 85 euros. The only positive thing about the entire evening was the choice of wine. Bad and incorrect. He could have simply admitted that he wasn't capable of serving a VEGAN meal. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

16/11/2024: We went to this restaurant for a simple dinner and had a great time. The menu includes few dishes but very well executed and well presented. The staff were welcoming and kind. The restaurant is nice and the price is correct. Promoted!

27/07/2024: My boyfriend and I have tried this pizzeria several times and we have always been pleasantly impressed. The pizzas are generously seasoned with quality ingredients. The farinata is also very good! Excellent service and very quick too. The environment is very welcoming and the prices are low. The kind and helpful staff always tries to give the customer a positive experience, in every respect.

20/07/2024: I took a takeaway pizza, it was good both in the ingredients and in the dough which was soft but also crunchy. It's not Neapolitan, it's a normal pizza that isn't very deep. Unfortunately I was very thirsty during the night, perhaps it was the raw ham.

26/08/2024: Excellent experience with quality raw materials, we took the mixed starter of the house and a Florentine accompanied by an excellent bottle of Mondianese ruché. The desserts were also very good, we were offered passito. Friendly and thoughtful owner. Welcoming and clean place, price appropriate to the service and quality.... super recommended

06/12/2024: Questa sera , con la mia famiglia , siamo andati a mangiare all'Osteria primi Dolci di Cervere .Tutto ottimo . Prodotti locali lavorati con sapienza e passione . Gli antipasti : quello del giorno involtino di prosciutto con porro e formaggio e insalata russa con porro si Cervere. Vitello tonnato con una salsa deliziosa , battuta al coltello davvero gustosa ! Accostamenti di gusto davvero unici , il loro budino alle castagne e crema di cachi ...qualcosa di fantastico 😍😍😍 che poi si dovrebbe chiamare Cremino di Marrone glacé con crema di cachi . Massimo e la sua famiglia sanno come coccolarti e farti sentire a casa . Piatti della tradizione davvero superbi. Plin al porro e fonduta di gorgonzola , tajarin 40 uova al ragù di Nonna , gnocchi al Castelmagno . Materie prime eccellenti !! Castelmagno, salsiccia di Bra , sua maestà il Porro di Cervere !, la tagliata cotta perfettamente, patate al forno sublimi , i loro digestivi artigianali , quello alla prugna ...delizioso ma il mio preferito sicuramente è quello all'arancio Torneremo sicuramente!!! 14/12/2024: Oramai è così raro trovare un ristorante che apparecchi con tovaglie che, alla sua vista, quasi mi commuovo!! Per non parlare delle salviette in bagno. Ed è subito amore. La passione, la competenza, la professionalità di questi ristoratori trapela da ogni dettaglio, nulla è lasciato al caso, senza strafare, né nei modi né in tutto il resto. Dalla cucina a vista promana tutta l’energia, la professionalità e la cura dei piatti della brigata, che, nella giusta armonia, legge comande, spadella, impiatta capolavori e “spedisce” ai tavoli. Il servizio in sala è attento e competente. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato alla perfezione! Prezzi ottimi e, altro dettaglio non scontato come le tovaglie, esci che non puzzi di cibo!! Da tornarci assolutamente!

20/08/2024: Excellent Piedmont cuisine and a good regional and national wine selection. Very rich breakfast by Italian standards. Functional hotel rooms, everything very clean and well maintained. Very nice location on the mountain with the namesake chapel.

24/07/2024: Group lunch with excellent dishes, I particularly liked the starters, the agnolotti with plin on the napkin and the nettle gnocchi. I advise.

19/11/2024: I went on November 16, 2024 for my birthday.....my son surprised me and took me there for lunch. Lovely place...cozy and warm...with very efficient antique stoves....but what excites you is everything you eat...very tasty and cooked very well with lots of explanations from the lady who served us .....A special birthday...

29/10/2024: We go there every now and then, highly recommended, excellent value for money in a familiar and at the same time elegant environment. Well done guys!
