A simple, clean location, surrounded by vineyards. Friendly and knowledgeable owners.
Traditional Piedmontese dishes, cooked to perfection, are offered in a set menu.
They also produce their own wine.
Highly recommended.

05/05/2026: The absolute culinary experience!!! Sabina and her team are the best!! Different ingredients create sublime dishes... food that evokes EMOTIONS, with every course... I've never been disappointed by their cuisine, in fact, I went there on Thursday evening with my husband and we agree that they managed to raise the bar even further... which for me was already sky-high!!! Sabina, like Ratatouille, manages to create explosions of flavor!!! Excellent quality, kindness and an intimate atmosphere make this place my favorite!!!

03/05/2026: Repetition helps. After last year's experience, my wife and I decided to repeat our visit to this splendid restaurant nestled in the Sibillini Mountains. Once again, Chef Enrico pampered us with his dishes and his attention to detail. Dishes with character and balance, a rich à la mousse of variety and flavor, excellent and elegant service without falling into the excessive aloofness typical of Michelin-starred restaurants. An experience we definitely recommend, and in our case, one we'll definitely repeat.
24/04/2026: We had lunch with Chef Mazzaroni at his restaurant "Il Tiglio" in Montemonaço and were captivated by the wonders of the place and his rich, unique, special menu... delicate yet bold flavors and combinations, all meticulously crafted, from the welcome to the service, the dishes, and the expertise and friendliness of the chef, who stopped to chat with every table, exchanging a few words not only about the food... a unique experience, even in the explanation of the dishes paired with the wines... no problem for my wife's allergies to shellfish, even contact with them; in fact, she was pampered with every dish!
An experience you absolutely must try.

05/04/2026: I chose this restaurant, where I regularly return for Christmas and Easter lunch with my family, and I'm delighted with my choice. The stellar menu—my favorites include a delicate creamed cod dish at Christmas; tuna and chicory with a fragrant basil sauce at Easter; flavorful traditional agnolotti; gnocchi with white truffles and shrimp; taragna polenta with a lightly spiced stew; and fried lamb with a very light breading and a must-try lime mayonnaise at Easter. The service is attentive and courteous. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
