10/05/2025: Recientemente visitamos Balin con un grupo de amigos, y fue absolutamente excepcional. Cocina tradicional, gran carta de vinos, servicio amable y más preparado. Voy a recomendar este lugar tl tantos amigos como sea posible. Risotto era el mejor y el bunet.

05/05/2025: Satisfied after a Sunday lunch with friends, I decided to give a family member a voucher for lunch at this restaurant. I learned that the owner was "smart" without even making the gesture of giving away a box of rice to the guests. A little more honesty wouldn't hurt! Sin...!

24/04/2025: I went with my boyfriend to eat the first day we arrived in Turin. We both had carbonara, he with guanciale and I with artichoke. They were both spectacular. We were also talking to the owner of the place, who gave us advice and we were able to eat delicious food. We hope you can come to Valencia as soon as possible, we are waiting for you here with open arms ❤️

31/05/2025: The four-cheese and Neapolitan pizzas are amazing, but unfortunately their pizza variety is very limited. They used to have half-meter pizzas, which were very economical, but now they've removed them from the menu.

25/05/2025: Excellent pizza, perfect dough and good quality ingredients. Small and informal environment, perhaps more suitable for takeaway and pizza a portafoglio, but also for a stop. Fair prices. Good welcome. What more could you want? A great treasure hidden in a small street

19/05/2025: Yesterday, on the occasion of my daughter's Holy Confirmation, we had the pleasure of having lunch at Paolo's restaurant. The location is wonderful, from the beautiful outdoor garden to the dining room, cozy and cared for in every detail. Paolo's cuisine is truly superb, with dishes that were a spectacle not only for the palate but also for the eyes! Small details in each course that really made the difference. In the dining room Alice, who with her extreme kindness and competence served us and presented each dish impeccably, always with that cordiality that makes you feel at home. I recommend everyone to try this place, a little gem that really deserves it!

08/06/2025: When I entered the Accademia restaurant in the heart of Casale Monferrato, I felt as if I hadn't just landed in a historic palace, but in a mysterious chapter of a novel that Dumas never finished. The Palazzo Gozzani Treville not only preserves frescoes and stucco, but perhaps also an ancient legend… For how can this strange coincidence be explained? Here, the estate of the Italian Gozzani di Treville family, there, the honorable de Tréville, Captain of the Musketeers? I took a seat by the window and watched the ancient streets of Casale Monferrato sink into twilight. I ordered risotto to accompany it—a dish as elegant as the manners of a French nobleman. The cuisine? Precise as a sword stroke: refined, regional, with a touch of French finesse. Who knows, perhaps one of the descendants of the great de Tréville has actually found his second home here? In any case, Accademia is not just a restaurant, but a gastronomic duel between history and taste – and the guest is the winner.

12/04/2025: Tuvimos una comida maravillosa llena de sabor y una gran botella de vino local. El entrante caliente de terrina de espárragos en una crema parmesana fue un punto culminante. Personal amable y un entorno relajado.

09/05/2025: I returned to this place after a few years and the disappointment was truly powerful. Mediocre pizzas, very good raw materials but dry and burnt dough underneath, the calzone instead raw in the folds. Beyond this, ONE STAR, for having charged 2 euros for the change from white to red pizza... a spoonful of sauce for 2 euros extra seems to me to be an ungentlemanly gesture, to say the least. Never seen it in any pizzeria in Cuneo!! Never again!

10/05/2025: The atmosphere is rather anonymous and the food is good but, compared to many other places where I ate in the Langhe, it is of a lower standard. I admit that I expected a little more but I can't say that I ate badly, only that I had a better time elsewhere.
