They're beautifully filled, unlike many other places that only put the filling near the edges so the customer can see it. Top-quality ingredients, all at a good price and topped off with friendly service, always with a smile!

02/06/2026: A wonderful experience at this recently renovated restaurant in the center of Nizza Monferrato. The atmosphere is quiet, the staff friendly, and the dishes are traditional Piedmontese, but with a modern twist. Everything was delicious. Prices are moderately high. Definitely worth a try!

03/05/2026: I've been going to this place for years, always satisfied when we return. The products used are very good, perfectly prepared. Everything is to my liking, both the ambiance and the background music used to accompany the meal. We return often, never disappointed.

27/04/2026: Courteous, attentive, and helpful staff. The place is impressive and very characteristic, especially the inside area. I went for lunch and ordered the asparagus parmigiana. It was good, but since it was supposed to be like a parmigiana, I expected tomato to be added in addition to the cheese. The first course was the frog rice. The rice was ok at Dante, but there was a small adjustment: I would have liked it to have been cooked for 1 minute longer, it was a little more than al dente. I found a piece of frog with some bones still in it. Overall, however, I ate well. The desserts were the best I've ever eaten, compliments to the pastry chef. EXCEPTIONAL! 👏

Even their homemade sparkling wine was truly delicious and well-crafted. The atmosphere was relaxing and charming, made even more enjoyable by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A very positive experience, which I recommend to anyone looking for something different and refined.

05/05/2026: The restaurant is elegant and refined, with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view outside. The highlight is definitely the quality of the fish, especially the raw fish, which is truly fantastic, incredibly fresh, and of the highest quality. The service was courteous and professional, with reasonable wait times. The staff was helpful in recommending both dishes and wine pairings. The prices are medium-high, but justified by the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: Beautiful, we ate well, special dishes that you can't find anywhere else and we felt at ease, the managers are the same ones of the former Inferno Cafè which years ago organized excellent concerts, the place is all in a large room with a long horseshoe-shaped table, it is stylishly furnished and the atmosphere is typical of a medieval tavern, recommended!

Excellent staff who always make you feel at ease. Definitely a wonderful discovery, one we'll recommend and return to.

18/04/2026: A little corner of Portugal that captivates you from the first bite. We started with some truly delicious cod meatballs, perfect for the opening, and then moved on to the first courses: a creamy and enveloping reinterpretation of cacio e pepe and excellent cod tortelloni, a prelude to the restaurant's true soul. The house specialty is cod, the undisputed star of the menu, prepared with care and respect for tradition, capable of satisfying both the curious and the aficionados. A great added value is the atmosphere: Fabio, the owner, is exceptionally kind and even offered us a liqueur at the end of the dinner, a gesture that speaks volumes about his hospitality. Marta, always present and attentive, looked after us with professionalism and a smile that made everything more enjoyable. A must-try to close the dinner is the Pastel de Nata... A place where you eat well, feel good, and leave wanting to return. Thank you, see you soon!

29/05/2026: Extreme care in the quality and preparation of culinary offerings

21/05/2026: Visited during a weekday lunch for work. It's a luxury restaurant, not a trattoria. Trattoria should mean a place with simple, informal dishes. Perhaps with a set lunch menu. Here, however, it's a true gourmet restaurant with small portions and still high prices for the area. Obviously, I went over the company budget, even though I ordered only one dish that wasn't satisfying. Not recommended for those who, like me, thought the name trattoria reflected the Italian context of the term itself.
