01/05/2026: My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights, also enjoying the restaurant and spa...what can I say? A top-notch experience. The service was impeccable, attentive, and knowledgeable. During dinner at the restaurant, we were looked after by Luca, a young and very professional man! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. 10 extra points for Francesco!! The first thing that strikes you is the location: the place is truly wonderful and offers a pleasant atmosphere that makes for a very relaxing stop. The fixed menu option proves to be a winning choice: it's an excellent way to eat well, with carefully prepared dishes, without having to go crazy with a myriad of options, guaranteeing excellent value. Everything we ate was well-prepared and respectful of local flavors. Special mention goes to the staff: they were all excellent, kind, and very helpful, making us feel at ease from the first moment. A seamless and pleasant experience that I highly recommend.

02/05/2026: At Da Balin, just steps from the rice fields, Francesca's welcome is a gesture of care: discreet, precise, authentic. The dishes speak of the land with full, honest flavors, deeply rooted in the landscape. The vegetarian menu is limited, but the place possesses a rare grace. Gianni Rodari comes to mind: "Rice grows in water and dreams of the sky." Here, that dream is palpable, amidst the silence and flavor. An experience to be savoured firsthand.

01/07/2026: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Juan Carlos's service was outstanding! We had a delicious meal: 3 pasta dishes, 3 glasses of wine, 1 bottle of water, and 1 tiramisu. Approximately 70 euros. Juan Carlos gave excellent recommendations.
