25/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato oggi in questo ristorante io mio marito e la mia bambina di 8 anni , parto dal locale semplice ma ben tenuto sulle rive del lago , finalmente un ristorante di un certo livello in questa zona ! Partendo dal presupposto che in questo ristorante non vai per abbuffarti ma vai per assaporare volevo fare anche qui i complimenti allo chef ! Piatti belli da vedere e squisiti da mangiare , materie prime freschissime e selezionate ! Qualcuno che valorizza i prodotti tipici del posto! I due camerieri due ragazzi giovani educati , bravissimi spiegano con cura tutti i piatti ! Mi è piaciuto tantissimo tutto ciò che ho assaggiato dall’antipasto al dolce! La brioche squisita! Torneremo presto per assaggiare gli altri piatti del menù ! Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni ma quando qualcuno sa lavorare con impegno e professionalità va detto! Alessia

13/04/2025: Locale accogliente, con una bellissima vista sul lago. Tavoli adeguatamente distanziati. Servizio curato; personale attento e preparato. Ogni portata rappresenta una coccola, per la vista e per il palato, a partire dall'omaggio iniziale di olio del territorio, accompagnato da pani particolari. Cucina ricercata ma senza strafare, il che rende l'esperienza estremamente piacevole. In coppia, abbiamo optato per il menu alla carta; torneremo per provare uno tra i menù degustazione. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato, considerando la qualità delle materie prime, la presentazione e la cura nella preparazione dei piatti. Comodo parcheggio di fronte al locale

24/09/2024: Cena veloce in questo pub che ci fa sentire sempre a casa! Abbiamo mangiato in 3, ognuno una cosa diversa: hot dog, hamburger (buonissimo il Jack Sparrow) e una tagliata (a me non andavano i panini)! Tutto "condito" da fritti molto gustosi! E se non vi vanno i panini potete mangiare anche una pinsa niente male! La bambina ha potuto divertirsi ...ed anche noi.... con il flipper posto nella stanza in basso, e godere dei sorrisi della cameriera che ha una gran pazienza! Ah...e la birra naturalmente....non può mancare al pub, buona ! Consigliato!

16/05/2025: We ate really abundantly and well: the confirmation that the places frequented by truck drivers are a guarantee. Simple atmosphere, like a trattoria, really kind and welcoming managers.

10/05/2025: I love this restaurant, right off the highway (nomen es homen). We eat homemade, homemade restaurant, homemade service. What's better? Note of merit: absolutely pet friendly place, our dog is always welcome! Super recommended!

04/06/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti negli appartamenti Naiadi, la proprieta' ha anche un hotel a Bolsena. Appartamento 2 livelli, le 2 camere da letto e il bagno sono al piano di sopra. Al piano terra c'e' una stanza grande con angolo cottura e soggiorno. L'appartamento e' dotato di tutti in confort, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, cucina, frigo con freezer, tv , forno a microonde e lavatrice. Possibilita' di pranzare e cenare all'aperto in spazio riservato. Presente una piscina attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Costo non alto , ma siamo stati in bassa stagione in quanto siamo arrivati il 2 giugno. Nessun problema di parcheggio auto in quanto parcheggio privato . Luogo tranquillo.

04/06/2025: I was here with a group; the hotel is beautifully situated, right on the lake. The food is typically Italian, and breakfast has everything you could need. The town of Bolsena is beautiful and not yet overcrowded.

08/05/2025: I give one star because you can't give zero, let's start from the fact that there were only two tables and the wait was immense and not to mention the quality of the food!!!!! Bruschettas with very hard bread were inedible, never again

22/02/2025: Locale rumorosissimo (ma questo sarebbe il minimo) e disordinato (negli spazi adiacenti alla sala si intravedeva un'accatastamento di cose), personale assolutamente non qualificato e disorganizzato (linguaggio inappropriato, chi prendeva gli ordini metteva anche qualche ingrediente sulla pizza, nessuno indossava guanti e cuffia). La pizza a vederla sembrava anche bella ma la base, e quindi l'impasto, non ha nulla a che vedere con una pizza; gli ingredienti erano di scarsa qualità, tanto che in bocca non distinguevi i vari sapori.

31/03/2025: This was the only place open on a Monday afternoon for lunch past 2:30pm. It's not a popular time, and I was the only customer, but WOW, it was outstanding! I had to translate the posting board, and got a soup with beans, chickpeas, and other vegetables, and it was great - but the real star was the tomato based cod dish. Wow! I thought I'd had this elsewhere in Italy - and lived it - but this was by far the best. It was perfectly cooked, and the sauce, fabulous.

26/04/2025: I was there at Easter, we had a great time, as always, I've known this business and the owners for 30 years and I've always had a good time, a guarantee, simple home cooking basically and that's what I'm looking for, feeling good, doesn't that seem like much to you?
