I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Viterbo

08/07/2025: I dined at Pigno at least four years ago, but every year I promise myself I'll return, if only to try the famous Viterbo-style acqua pazza soup and the tiramisu, one of the best I've ever eaten. I don't remember exactly what the other diners had, but I do remember that everyone was satisfied at the end of the meal, and that years later we still remember it with nostalgia. The atmosphere is rustic, a bit retro, and the space is spacious. The service is discreet and fast. The prices are fair and clearly displayed on the blackboard at the entrance. Definitely worth a try.

02/06/2025: Ci siamo trovati per caso in questo ristorante per caso, dopo una giornata alle terme di saturnia abbiamo trovato un cibo buonissimo sia primi che secondi che contorni . complimenti ai camerieri christian e franco che hanno svolto un lavoro eccellente molto accoglienti e disponibili la crema catalana era strepitosa la consigliamo prezzo ottimo

10/08/2025: I stayed at this agriturismo and was very satisfied. The welcome was warm and welcoming, and the owners are wonderful people. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The pool, beautiful and clean, is perfect for relaxing on hot days. We'll definitely be back.

19/06/2025: Stumbled upon this place and it was a lovely surprise. Nice quiet cobbled street. We felt very welcomed. Amazing classic carbonara (whilst not on the menu, but they readily agreed to make it when we asked for it). So simple and so good! Lovely pasta Viterbese. Amazing classic Tiramisu - rich and creamy.

24/09/2024: Cena veloce in questo pub che ci fa sentire sempre a casa! Abbiamo mangiato in 3, ognuno una cosa diversa: hot dog, hamburger (buonissimo il Jack Sparrow) e una tagliata (a me non andavano i panini)! Tutto "condito" da fritti molto gustosi! E se non vi vanno i panini potete mangiare anche una pinsa niente male! La bambina ha potuto divertirsi ...ed anche noi.... con il flipper posto nella stanza in basso, e godere dei sorrisi della cameriera che ha una gran pazienza! Ah...e la birra naturalmente....non può mancare al pub, buona ! Consigliato!

15/06/2025: The dishes are good and there is a wide choice for both meat and fish eaters. As a vegetarian option there are gnocchi with sauce and fettuccine with mushrooms and various side dishes. I give a “low” rating for the service, the waiters were not exactly kind, several times they responded rudely and annoyed. The location is rustic and quiet with a view of the lake. Prices overall a little above average.

31/05/2025: Cosa desiderare di più di un pranzo a bordo piscina?! Risotto allo champagne squisito e tonno scottato che si scioglieva in bocca con la compagnia del sign Roberto che ci servito con attenzione e scrupolosità. Un ristorante all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax.
