06/08/2024: Locale spettacolare: sulle pareti carrellate di testi musicali, nel bagno libri di Gabriel Garcia Márquez e Irwin Welsh, personale cordialissimo, titolare spettacolare che si è seduto insieme a noi e abbiamo discusso di tante cose, il cibo molto buono, non si può chiedere di più per una bella serata.

13/08/2024: Ambiente confusionario, servizio poco curato, cibo pesante. Location all’aperto molto carina, taglieri con formaggi praticamente assenti, li sconsiglio. Molta gente prendeva la pizza quindi immagino sia buona, la cucina è pesante e piena di aglio, quindi indigeribile.

13/08/2024: Ordinare 9 pizze ne arrivano 8 in 45 minuti, all'ultima abbiamo dovuto rinunciare. Dopo averlo fatto notare siamo anche stati trattati in modo maleducato,non torneremo mai piu.

05/08/2024: Presenting yourself as a pilgrim on the Via Francigena and being treated like a regular customer is the height of professionalism, courtesy and kindness. They served us great dishes. A place that if you pass by Vetralla Roma, it's worth stopping by.

02/07/2024: A lunch not to be forgotten: genuine flavors and a family atmosphere at the Da Benedetta Restaurant An unforgettable lunch based on authentic and genuine flavours? Here is my experience at the Da Benedetta restaurant in Vetralla. Together with my grandmother, we started with the Antipasto della Nonna Benedetta, a generous platter that allowed us to taste a variety of cured meats, cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area. Each bite was a discovery of authentic and genuine flavours, perfect for whetting the appetite. As a first course, I chose the Ravioli with Ciauscolo. The fresh, homemade pasta contained a tasty ciauscolo filling that melted in your mouth. My grandmother opted for the hand-rolled fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, a simple but exceptional dish, where the freshness of the mushrooms was enhanced by a perfect seasoning. To end on a high note, I enjoyed a berry cheesecake: a real delight! The cake was soft and creamy, with a crunchy base that perfectly balanced the freshness of the berries. The impeccable service, with friendly and attentive staff, made lunch even more pleasant. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere of the Da Benedetta Restaurant made us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to savor exquisite dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients in a welcoming and familiar environment. I can't wait to return to explore more of their excellent menu!
