03/08/2024: Su consiglio richiesto alla titolare della struttura presso la quale abbiamo soggiornato di passaggio da Civita di Bagnoregio,abbiamo cenato a “La Cantina di Arianna”. Sin da subito l’impatto è stato positivo:personale estremamente preparato,cortese,gentile e accogliente.Il cliente viene sin dall’inizio assistito,seguito e messo a proprio agio.Location con sala interna molto caratteristica,tavoli all’aperto che danno sia sulla via che conduce alla piazza principale e altri dislocati in un interno cortile raccolto e suggestivo con le luci della sera.
Piatti realizzati con cura e attenzione oltre ai sapori veramente super. Nota di merito alla panzanella e al secondo di carne composto dalle puntarelle di maiale e la salsiccia grigliate con contorno di patate cotte nella cenere:cottura della carne eccezionale! La cicoria ripassata un must di queste zone,che non ha deluso le aspettative.
24/07/2024: Posto delizioso che si affaccia sulla piazzetta. Servizio gentile e veloce. Io sono celiaca e ho preso pollo e patate cotte alla cenere, posso dire stradelizioso, mio marito i picci buonissimi. Calice di vino delle cantine locali, davvvero un pranzo ottimo.

23/07/2024: I have already been to this pleasant place other times and every time it is a discovery. A true regenerative farm and a farmhouse in the true sense of the word that uses its own and local products, not like the vast majority that have now become country trattorias with products of unknown origin. Prices are proportionate to the cost of producing and raising animals in a totally natural way and this is clearly evident from their flavour. Marco and Chiara welcome you into their home and have the great advantage of making you feel at ease and transmitting their passion for what they do. Value for money of the various aspects, hospitality and catering, excellent and in line with the quality offered. I will go back without a doubt

29/08/2024: The pizzas are decent. Unfortunately the spicy oil was not, so thinking of an oversight by the waiter I realized that it had expired. Probably not a problem for a freshly opened bottle. If I were to return to the area and had more time I would ask for clarification. Overall recommended.

Comoda anche là box antispreco da 5€ al cui interno ho trovato tantissime cose! Impasti morbidi ben lievitati, speso 48€ in due, pizza calzino birra acqua bibita caffè dolcì pane e box anti spreco consiglio vivamente, ragazze gentilissime

17/08/2024: Excellent food but the service is somewhat too rough around the edges. If you want to eat really well and you don't mind the somewhat gruff (but not unfriendly) service, and want it on a budget, this is the place for you. There is an option (I will leave that for you to find which) nearby with much better service, bigger portions, nicer ambience and almost equally excellent food (I preferred the food here slightly because it is less oily), but you have to pay at least an extra 50% of the asking price here (which sums up to the same value if you take the larger size of the portions in consideration at the other place). All in all I would come back here because I am not finicky on service or if I want a smaller meal, but if you want to impress a lady you should go to the other place.

10/06/2024: Very homely pizzeria restaurant run by a family from Castiglione. It is possible to eat good, light and tasty giant pizzas. I assume that the kitchen offerings are also of excellent quality seeing the dishes at the other tables without leaving out the desserts. The owners are very nice and lively, dining in this place is always a celebration. If you are passing through, I recommend visiting it to really have a good evening.
27/04/2024: Gigantic thin, well-cooked pizzas, amazing desserts but the rest is also not bad enough to come back to try the platters and those wonderful Florentine steaks that we saw passing by and then spectacular desserts with exaggerated portions. We spent very little compared to the average restaurant but the thing we liked most was the welcoming and super brilliant young staff who are carrying on with excellent skills a business which they tell us has been open for about 30 years. Come here you won't be disappointed...we will be back!
