12/09/2025: I stumbled upon this island of flavors by chance, looking for a quick meal to conclude today's stage. I highly recommend it, treat it, and "pamper" it like the most regular customer. Top-quality products, kindness, and availability in large quantities. Highly recommended.

12/09/2025: AMAZING PORCHETTA Having arrived from the Montefiascone-Viterbo stop on the Via Francigena, I was hungry and craving a well-made porchetta sandwich. Wandering around the center, I stumbled upon this grocery store that seemed just the thing. My instincts were right. I ate a sandwich first and then had a second because it was so good. The owner knows how to recommend the best. The combination of porchetta and sautéed chicory is sublime. The owner was also kind enough to hold my backpack for a few hours. I even bought the pork chops to take home as a souvenir! RECOMMENDED! Reasonably priced.

18/01/2026: The first course was very salty, cold, the fish was inedible and there was very little of it. No one liked the pizza. They had the orders mixed up for the tagliata. Those who wanted it well done were served cold because they were eating the first course. The only positive note was that the owner didn't charge for the first course, apologizing for what had happened. However, the price was too high for what we ate. We basically went home to have a spaghetti dinner.

06/01/2026: With the dining room practically empty, it took them an hour and a half to serve three appetizers and three pizzas. The cold cuts for the appetizer weren't good, and the dining room was cold. The bill was reasonable, just under €70 for three, but even the pizza was, at best, unremarkable. I won't be returning.

12/01/2026: I'm a veteran of this place, having known it for 30 years and always having fond memories of it. The owner, Lorella, is very friendly and helpful. She welcomed me as if I were a loved one, remembering that I was her first customer. I'm a seafood enthusiast and I ate excellent dishes that she personally prepared and curated, which I was more than thrilled with. I will return, as I have for many years, and I will continue to be loyal to this place.

31/08/2025: One of the best restaurants we had on this trip. We were the only guests on a Sunday evening! Therefore, we had the undivided attention of the server. Overall, however, a lower rating because the restroom was very old and unclean. Despite the high price for bread and cover charge, the cutlery came in a paper bag and the tablecloth was just a sheet of paper. The prices for dessert, coffee, and drinks are definitely too high.

12/04/2026: Lunch with a tour group. The menu was pre-arranged, but the service was very fast, friendly, and professional. All the dishes were truly excellent, especially the chicken Viterbo style. It was truly delicious, melting in your mouth. Highly recommended!

If you love very fine pizza, this is the place: thin, crispy, and truly delicious, with quality ingredients that don't weigh you down. ​The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly, perfect for a relaxed evening. Excellent value. I always love coming back.

05/10/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Foreword: I can't rate the food because it never arrived at our table. For the rest, I'm forced to give it 1 star, as it's the lowest I can get. While passing through Bomarzo in the first week of September, we decided to have a pizza at this place. A young man greeted us, showed us a seat, and brought us the menu. Another couple sat down with us, and then two more tables filled with 4 and 8 people (adults and children), respectively. We noticed a young woman taking our orders, but after more than half an hour, we were the only table that hadn't ordered yet. After asking to order, the young woman first told us to wait a moment (we saw her ask a man who had already eaten his pizza if everything was okay), and then, once she got to our table, she told us she thought we and her colleague had already ordered. At this point, we expected (for two vegetable pizzas) that they would make up for it somehow. Minutes passed (about an hour and a half since we sat down), the food came out, but everyone had eaten (even a couple who arrived much later than us) except our table. Tired of waiting and hungry, we went to ask for an explanation. The guy shrugged, as if to say I don't know anything, but the girl (hold on tight) said with a little smile, "Oh, the 2 ortolane, right? We have a takeout order of 12 pizzas that just arrived." You find the adjectives, we left quickly.
