02/06/2025: Ci siamo trovati per caso in questo ristorante per caso, dopo una giornata alle terme di saturnia abbiamo trovato un cibo buonissimo sia primi che secondi che contorni . complimenti ai camerieri christian e franco che hanno svolto un lavoro eccellente molto accoglienti e disponibili la crema catalana era strepitosa la consigliamo prezzo ottimo

03/05/2025: Speso poco, mangiato tanto, secondi buoni, primi deludenti, location carina, spazi molto ristretti. Consigliato per mangiare con budget limitato.

14/12/2025: Pre-Christmas lunch for at least 50 people from my association. I called 10 days in advance to let them know I'm vegan, and no one flinched. For lunch, they gave me: a starter of grilled eggplant and zucchini, and that was it. Then, the only good dish was a first course of cavatelli with fennel. The others had two first courses, so I told the waiter I should also have another, and they made a plate of gnocchi with raw tomato sauce and a drizzle of olive oil, inedible. When the second course of meat arrived, I waited, but nothing arrived. Meanwhile, I ate salad and roast potatoes on the side. Finally, I asked if they'd thought of me for the second course, and they brought me a plate with the same potatoes as the side dish and, again, the two grilled vegetables from the starter. To top it off, I told the waiter who handed me the millefeuille that I'm vegan and would have expected a different dessert, since they'd known I was coming well in advance. So they brought me an embarrassing shortcrust pastry with completely frozen fruit on top. I came home hungry and annoyed by the lack of attention they gave me... never again... beware of the words "we serve vegan dishes"...

04/12/2025: Terrible evening!!! We ate at this pizzeria after a night at the movies. Of the three pizzas we ordered, only one was edible! The Margherita was full of oil and tomato sauce, but it didn't arrive, and instead had two holes in it! Naturally, none of the waitresses in the dining room came to our table to ask why we weren't eating. We asked for the bill, which we paid in full without having eaten, and left immediately! The icing on the cake: there's no bathroom; we had to use the one in the Cinetuscia Village, which was in terrible condition. When we mentioned this to the dining room staff, they told us it wasn't their responsibility! Never again!

26/11/2025: Fantastic pizza with well-leavened and very digestible dough. The ingredients are also very good and refined. I don't recommend just getting a Margherita, but exploring the pizzas with different toppings. They also have a completely vegetarian pizza, which is very good.

12/10/2025: We had lunch today with my family at this very rustic but beautiful restaurant. The first and second courses were both meat-based, each better than the last. It's a shame about the homemade desserts; among the options, only the panna cotta was homemade. The organization and service could use some attention... If you want to eat at this restaurant, be patient; the wait times are very long... Genuine

06/10/2025: The place definitely needs renovation, but the setting is beautiful. There's a lovely fireplace lit even in autumn and a beautiful chestnut grove to work off a good meal. The food is simple and good. Not a lot of choices, but that's fine by me. The porcini mushroom and wild boar ragù are a highlight, an excellent first course. Then there's the grilled meat and side dishes. Plenty of parking inside, so reservations are recommended.

04/11/2025: Strolling through the center of Viterbo, I finally sit down at Sosta del Suffragio. A historic pizzeria a stone's throw from the town square and located in the center of a beautiful avenue. I'll start by saying that the pizzeria is rustic, familiar and welcoming, I found the staff to be truly competent in the whole context. Speaking of food, being with friends we ordered the Fritti which consisted of Supplì potato croquette and that Crocchetta, with Ascoli olives I must say everything was sublime. The cooking, guys, was excellent, arriving at the table to weigh your tongue. Everything was excellent I would say until we got to the pizzas, we ordered two Suffragio and a Marinaio, gigantic on the sides but super crunchy, well-leavened dough and a cooking worthy of being called pizza. All accompanied by excellent beers such as the IPA on tap, I must say I spent a truly carefree evening in a very lovely setting! You can't go to the center of Viterbo and not eat one of the best pizzas in the Viterbo and Tuscany area! Let me try it and judge for myself... It's worth a bite.

16/11/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant nestled in a stunning cave. Stunning location, the addition of the heaters was great because it's cool inside. Quality food. The strozzapreti with chestnuts was delicious. The ribs were super good. The desserts were impeccable. Fair prices for such a unique location. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: A lunch to forget. A terrible embarrassment to my Canadian friends. We were the first to arrive at the restaurant at 1:30 PM, and no one greeted us due to a plumbing problem in the kitchen. We ordered first, but then the place filled up. We each had to eat separately, since one of the starters arrived at 3:20 PM. A starter with anchovies that weren't on the plate. We had chosen two porcini omelets, which arrived at the table across the table before us, and which we never received. After almost an hour, it turns out there was a miscommunication, and the menu didn't offer omelets, but crepes. Too bad it said omelets on the menu. My daughter ordered cacio e pepe fries, and they arrived plain fries. 20 euros for fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, saltless and flavorless. 10 euros for six slices of pizza bianca with two cherry tomatoes on top, after having ordered a focaccia with Taggiasca tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. In short, with five tables to serve, ours being the largest, we managed to get up at 4:00 PM. With three appetizers, three first courses, a second course, a French fry, three glasses of wine, and a beer, it was €30 per person. €175 with the discount... The owner, aside from bringing the wine, disappeared and didn't even bother to come and apologize for the numerous mix-ups and the completely unnecessary wait. Avoid.

05/10/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Foreword: I can't rate the food because it never arrived at our table. For the rest, I'm forced to give it 1 star, as it's the lowest I can get. While passing through Bomarzo in the first week of September, we decided to have a pizza at this place. A young man greeted us, showed us a seat, and brought us the menu. Another couple sat down with us, and then two more tables filled with 4 and 8 people (adults and children), respectively. We noticed a young woman taking our orders, but after more than half an hour, we were the only table that hadn't ordered yet. After asking to order, the young woman first told us to wait a moment (we saw her ask a man who had already eaten his pizza if everything was okay), and then, once she got to our table, she told us she thought we and her colleague had already ordered. At this point, we expected (for two vegetable pizzas) that they would make up for it somehow. Minutes passed (about an hour and a half since we sat down), the food came out, but everyone had eaten (even a couple who arrived much later than us) except our table. Tired of waiting and hungry, we went to ask for an explanation. The guy shrugged, as if to say I don't know anything, but the girl (hold on tight) said with a little smile, "Oh, the 2 ortolane, right? We have a takeout order of 12 pizzas that just arrived." You find the adjectives, we left quickly.

02/11/2025: Terrible. The mixed antipasto of pickles and seafood fettuccine amatriciana tasted only of parmesan cheese. The house wine was poor. €70 for two was definitely a steal.
