08/03/2026: Fish dinner for two. ...I expected better. We chose eggplant and fish parmigiana for our appetizer—a great idea, but too salty for me—and a raw fish dish. For our main course, baked turbot with a side of vegetables. It was good, but the bones were poorly boned; I found the bones. To finish, the dessert. Wine by the glass was overpriced for the winery offered (€6.00 a glass). My husband chose a second course, which was also poured into the same glass. We paid €153.00. The waiters were kind and friendly, but the service was a bit slow.
15/02/2026: Yesterday, Valentine's Day, lunch for 9 people.
The place is impressive, with attention to detail. The owners are welcoming and the staff impeccable!
The food is excellent, prepared with love and skill, from the appetizers to the first and second courses of fish, as well as the pizzas: definitely a good value.

19/04/2026: I can't believe they charged me 4 euros more for a frozen pizza base... and they didn't even have 2 chips for the appetizer... the kind waiter made 2 bruschettas but didn't know I couldn't eat them... all in all, the ingredients were good... but you can't charge me 18 euros for a pizza... there are SG pizza bases that are like gluten-free ones... just ask...
If only all restaurateurs learned to keep gluten-free dishes in their pantry... but I know money always comes first... I brought 4 people who wouldn't have come without me... and I was the one who was treated the worst... anyway, thank you... most restaurants are like this because they don't want to train their staff... I hope you never become celiac
04/02/2026: Best pizzeria in Lignano. We've tried a few others but always go back to Arco. All the waiters are super friendly.

28/03/2026: We had lunch, for the second time, at the San Michele restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, this time choosing the seafood tasting menu. Everything was excellent, a harmony of flavors, colors, and aromas that left you wonderfully satisfied! It was all paired with excellent wines, recommended by Adriano, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

21/03/2026: That place you wouldn't expect! Excellent restaurant with hearty local dishes. The decor and interior are a gem, from the linen curtains to the "tuff cave" where they also have vintage bottles. Discovered by chance, we'll be back!!

The trout is cooked to perfection, with simple yet carefully prepared and delicious dishes.
The host is very friendly and welcoming, always available and attentive to making guests feel at home. The atmosphere is pleasant and authentic.
A place definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

10/04/2026: A lovely trattoria with excellent food and very friendly owners. We ate very well, all traditional dishes at reasonable prices, despite being right in the city center, even within a limited traffic zone. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.
