08/08/2024: I went this evening with my partner, because we wanted to eat out in Udine. My eye immediately went to the cover price. 4 euros. The service is undoubtedly excellent, but nothing in the world can justify a 4 euro cover charge per person. I rather prefer to pay for the bread separately. For the food, the starter of mixed meats was exceptional; but then the frico I reluctantly took was too greasy and heavy; The spaghetti my partner took instead was, according to her, too salty. It's a shame because the restaurant is beautiful and the waiters are excellent. On the question of cover charge, I would add that I am the owner of a restaurant in Piazza Navona in Rome and we don't charge cover... so 4 euros seems decidedly excessive to me.

06/08/2024: In the evenings (at night) in Udine there is a small selection of places... That is why I RECOMMEND it 100% for those who want to eat a great dinner/supper. The price is high, yes! but the taste of the dishes and the atmosphere are the explanation. One small minus is the size of the meals. For 85€ (2 persons) they could be a bit bigger.

08/08/2024: Restaurant Review: Rueda Gaucha I had the pleasure of dining at Rueda Gaucha last night, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was beautiful. We started with a mixed platter of meats, featuring prosciutto and lardo from Mangalica. This appetizer was fantastic, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Fiorentina steak. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and truly impressive. A single baked potato wrapped in foil was the perfect side dish, providing just the right amount of accompaniment. Additionally, the offering of various pestos and salts in small dishes alongside the steak was a winning touch, allowing us to enhance each bite to our liking. Overall, Rueda Gaucha exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere make this a restaurant we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!

04/08/2024: Nice place, soft lights, not noisy, professional staff who offer advice on the choice of dishes. Nice dishes. The rib is cured in front of the customer before being served. You can find both beer and wine, bottled or house-made. Very well presented and tasty dishes. The only small complaint was that the house red wine, admittedly on a hot August evening, was slightly too room temperature.

01/09/2024: The spaghetti with clams is excellent, the grilled calamari is delicious and the mussels are delicious... But the best thing is Orietta's service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

24/08/2024: Orietta was so nice!! Food was excellent - we had the Grigliata du Pesce and the Spagetti Scolgio! Perfect!

08/08/2024: Very pleasant as always.... Attentive and willing boys even when they find themselves having to host clients who let their children play "rugby" in the rooms, or at least this was the noise that could be heard.... Excellent food and generous portions. Varied and delicious breakfast, I will attach photos of how I found the table set every morning, but at the beginning, not when the guests had already enjoyed the delights! ☺️☺️😋😋😋 I stayed there for 10 days and I have so much admiration and affection for these guys who go out of their way for everything and everyone.....

07/08/2024: Beautiful location for a refuge, for those who want to take a break for two or three days it is the ideal place, there is also a small park for children, excellent dinner, right size thanks to the few rooms. Very nice trip to Forni di Sotto. We have been fine. A constructive criticism: a slightly more varied and high-quality breakfast, and staff who were not always attentive and pleasant

27/08/2024: Good morning I only had dinner and I was sorry I hadn't found it sooner because I would have happily stayed there. It is a beautiful place, completely renovated with a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Dream place. Excellent food, compliments to the chef. I recommend it

26/08/2024: Wir bekamen sehr schnell einen Tisch. Auch ohne Reservierung kein Problem. Das Restaurant war voll aber das Service war tadellos. Schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl. Für jeden etwas dabei. Die Speisen waren schnell am Tisch. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und frisch zubereitet. Hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

25/08/2024: This restaurant was our favorite place to eat while we stayed in Sabbiadoro, been there 4 times. The staff is super kind, always smiling, kind with kids, almost running around the place just to serve the guests as fast as possible. As a bigger group we have tried several dishes from the menu and everything was delicious, especially sea food. We definitely recommend this place and don’t understand only 3* here on TA, worth at least 4*.

17/07/2024: Siamo entrati per caso, ma a volte il caso porta bene: la pizza di mio figlio era eccellente, così come l'hamburger di mia moglie. Ma posso dire che il mio piatto di scialatielli ai frutti di mare era semplicemente eccezionale. Inoltre la porzione era molto ampia e il prezzo più che ragionevole. Se abitassi in zona ci tornerei certamente, purtroppo da Torino sarà un po' difficile, ma lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

16/07/2024: Passing through for work, I stop in Portogruaro and notice the sign of this place, my colleague and I enter. They make us sit in a nice, well-kept environment and we order sardines with stracchino cheese and fried must as a starter, all washed down with a nice glass of Prosecco. Delicious sardines and fried food that melts in your mouth. Kind and affable waitresses to chat with. Fair account for the quality of the food, compliments

31/07/2024: Excellent dinner. We came to this restaurant for dinner and had a great time. We had dinner outside in the expanse since it was nice and it was very nice. The dishes were all really good, both the cjarsons and the veal shank with potatoes and also the very, very good desserts. Their house merlot is very good. Fast and kind service.
