29/03/2026: Update – we've been there several times now –: the menu is concise and refined! The cuisine is excellent. Every dish is cooked to perfection! There are no weaknesses. The wines are top-notch. The service, in particular, is perfect. Attentive and courteous! The tables, glasses, and plates are also high-quality and perfectly complement everything. I like that the restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere. It offers both bar and dining service. It's one of the best restaurants in the region. New management! The food is sometimes very good and sometimes experimental... there's still room for improvement in the combination of dishes... the wine list is excellent... the service is attentive but not always available when needed. Prices have increased significantly compared to the previous owner... I think the restaurant has a bright future because it's just a few small things that need improvement!

07/02/2026: I feel at home here! ...even better sometimes!... Politeness, respect, and courtesy are always the pillars of this renowned Tolmezzo establishment. The restaurant is always meticulously prepared, focusing on the quality of the ingredients (the first courses are excellent, especially the saffron gnocchi!) and the variety of the culinary offerings. The pizza is a must-try, featuring a highly digestible dough that I always pair with the ever-present and excellent bottled red beer, Zahre di Sauris! I choose it and frequent it often because it represents a solid point of reference and never disappoints expectations. I may be biased, but my analysis is objective nonetheless, reflecting authenticity and Carnic intellectual honesty. It always favors those who have the vocation of always offering the best of themselves in what they do and how they present it. Cleanliness and order in the dining room complete the package for a full and satisfying assessment of the overall perceived and experienced service. 24/02/2026: I only used the hotel and only for the night between Sunday and Monday. The check-in staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were fully equipped with heating and air conditioning.

21/01/2026: We once again appreciated the restaurant's quality for our Christmas Eve dinner. The à la carte menu was sufficiently varied and featured typical local and regional dishes. Everything was very well prepared and beautifully served, in a traditional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very attentive to customer service, masterfully coordinated by the owner. A true testament to our quality. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms.

29/03/2026: I didn't like the buffalo mozzarella pizza. The mozzarella was added like any other mozzarella and baked along with the pizza. The result was predictable: very runny pizza and rubbery mozzarella, tasting like cooked cheese.

07/04/2026: Again, thanks to word of mouth, which is spot on. The pizza is excellent, as is the tagliata. The babà, unlike other restaurants/pizzerias that claim to serve it traditionally, here is superb! We'll definitely be back. Recommended

15/03/2026: Pizza ordered through Just Eat. It arrived cold, as pictured. I'm reheating it in the oven. And to top it off, it had a burnt edge. I'm sorry, but you can't do something like this! 20 euros for dinner.

10/04/2026: Celebrated Easter with the family. A beautiful place, perfect for families with children. A beautifully maintained ranch, with an incredible atmosphere immersed in a very peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

04/04/2026: Excellent place, very good quality meat and side dishes, fair price for the quantity (mixed grill). Great for convivial dinners. Good beer. I might not recommend it for romantic dinners due to the acoustics, but it's good for groups or other occasions. We strongly recommend booking and going on quieter days if possible!

22/02/2026: Once in a generation, a restaurant opens in Lignano that becomes a meeting place for residents, both for the quality of its offerings and its family atmosphere. Naturally, word spreads, and tourists also slowly come over and enjoy the food. Equally naturally, there are those who are dissatisfied because they didn't get the attention they thought they deserved, or because the portions weren't generous or the prices weren't the lowest. We thank them and invite them to look elsewhere!
