11/08/2026: The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. The food is fine, but not particularly special. We had the various ravioli, grilled chicken breast, and the ricotta chocolate cake for dessert. The value for money is good. I didn't find the staff very friendly. Rather curt.

10/08/2026: We made a reservation for three people on Sunday evening. They gave us a table usually used for two, but it was too small to sit comfortably. When I said we'd prefer a table suitable for three, they replied that they work with smaller tables on weekends. It's a shame the price is the same as a table suitable for three. Lack of willingness to fix the problem.

09/05/2026: We had lunch at Trattoria della Pieve in the village of Moragnano; one of those small but charming villages, lost in the Parma hills, where time seems to have stood still and never passes... And it's precisely in small and unexpected places like this that you can find the simple, tasty, authentic, and sincere cuisine typical of this area! Spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful! The menu isn't extensive, but it features classic traditional Parma dishes; but do you really need a long list of dishes to demonstrate your passion for cooking? There's also a pizzeria option, which we didn't try. But now the real "stars" of the cuisine arrive: exquisite cured meats, accompanied by one of the best fried tortelli I've ever tasted in my life!!!! And then the tortelli (potatoes, herbs, and tomato sauce) are SPECTACULAR!!! Not to mention the tagliolini with white ragù: A TASTY ASSORTED PICTURE!!! The main courses were also good (tip steak, Parma rosé, and tagliata). A wide selection of wines (both local and international). In short, a FABULOUS lunch and absolutely satisfying!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

13/06/2026: The food made me tear up. This is what I think of when I think of Italy. Simple, rustic ingredients, perfected. It was very easily the highlight of me and my girlfriends trip. It is far from any main station, so be prepared to take a taxi or eat a 30 minute walk both ways to the nearest bus station. The food was too well priced for how amazing it was. I called maybe 20 minutes before opening time and I somehow got a reservation even though reviews say they got reservations weeks or months in advance. We got a mixed antipasti with local meats, two pasta dishes, rabbit ravioli, cherry tomato/swiss chard ricotta Tortellini, homemade vanilla ice cream (it doesn't need toppings it is so good) and a pear and apple cake with passionfruit sorbet. Free sampler of bread and some sort of meat, and some free confections at the end. I will be thinking about this place for a lifetime.

It's one of those places that leave a lasting impression and make you want to return as soon as possible. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion and commitment they convey in every detail. 06/06/2026: We came for lunch. The place is very welcoming, with excellent background music (finally, no lounge covers of famous songs), very polite and knowledgeable staff, a well-designed menu, and top-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: A rather average Italian food experience. The polenta sticks were bland and unseasoned; the tortellli with asparagus were nice and buttery; the burger was ok; the chicche were overcooked and too soft. Nice venue but the food was just ok, nothing special.

15/05/2026: I'd been to this bakery before for breakfast, but I recently bought a cake for my birthday. What can I say? It was truly delicious and beautiful! It was exactly what I dreamed it would be. The staff was very kind in advising me on how to make it, and even though I gave them short notice, they were very helpful and took my order. Highly recommended!

08/08/2026: No carbonara, only Emilian dishes! At the restaurant, focus on traditional Emilian dishes; avoid carbonara (alas, with cream!) and other dishes; they're not their strong point! Excellent products at the shop, especially the Parmesan cheese, of course! Average prices. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

06/04/2026: We spent a truly special day at Ristorante Elli. The welcome was warm and sincere, the kind that makes you feel immediately at home. Lunch was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a quality evident in every detail. There's a genuine atmosphere, where tradition and passion meet. But what made this experience truly unique was the after-lunch experience: amidst smiles and conviviality, we had the pleasure of playing accordion and cello with dear Elio. A spontaneous moment, full of emotion, that transformed a simple lunch into a precious memory. A wonderful day, filled with good food, music, and wonderful people. A place truly worth returning to.
