23/02/2026: The gelato is decent; I could only taste a little of many flavors, and personally, I prefer other gelato shops. There's a strong smell of fresh milk inside, likely due to the lab or poor management of the space. I understand the artisanal nature of the place, but personally, it's an unpleasant smell. The price isn't in line with the area either: €4.50 for three flavors seems a bit high.

02/02/2026: Divine traditional restaurant. We were passing through Traversetolo and stopped for lunch. The black truffle risotto was excellent, but I highly recommend the tagliatelle with truffle. They make their own pasta, and in my opinion, it's a must. The beef tartare is excellent, their parmesan is excellent, and the zuppa inglese is also perfectly made. I'll definitely be back, it's a threat to my diet. Review republished because it was censored by Google Maps for some reason.
18/01/2026: First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, the music pleasant and soft, and the service was kind, attentive, and professional. The dishes surprised us. You can choose from traditional dishes, but also—for us, an added bonus—variations that follow seasonality. The poached egg on parmesan fondue and asparagus was very good and perfectly balanced...I'd almost suggest serving it with a spoon to capture all the creaminess of the yolk and fondue in one bite. Amazing. The casonsei with pumpkin and amaretti biscuits was very good. The tagliatelle with hare ragù was, to our taste, a little salty due to too much salty ricotta. A special mention for the freshly made pasta. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back; we've been told the Thursday menu features fish, and the quality of the cuisine is tempting.

Service is attentive with savoir faire by Luca and Lorenzo, father and son, while the holy spirit, Cristina, is in the kitchen preparing delicious delicacies. Excellent cured meats, raw materials second to none, food cooked with expertise. Good value for money.

06/01/2026: It's a gray, cold day, so what could be better than lunch with friends in a historic trattoria? Everything was superb, and we devoured the appetizer without feeling heavy. For the first course, we had the anolini in brodo, which, in my humble opinion, I would have preferred with a more robust broth, not to say capon, but with a more decisive flavor, but excellent nonetheless. We had the tagliolini with truffle and the gnocchi with ragù, all excellent. For the second course? Nothing, we were full. The bill was good. The service was exceptional. Thanks everyone.

18/02/2026: An excellent experience in Fidenza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We dined at La Valle restaurant and the experience was impeccable in every way. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a special evening where every detail makes the difference. The staff looked after us with extreme professionalism, explaining each course with passion and expertise. The culinary journey was a crescendo of flavors: We began with creative and tantalizing welcome amuse-bouche. The egg cooked at 63°C (145°F) is a masterpiece of technique and texture. The trout tartare was surprising, a fresh and balanced dish. Honorable mention goes to the tajarin with lobster and kimchi air. Tortelloni with Wagyu beef stew: an explosion of enveloping flavor. We finished in style with a Marsala zabaglione and their original take on a revisited tiramisu. A must-try for those who love haute cuisine that doesn't forget substance. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire staff!

20/02/2026: It's an old house in the floodplain, renovated but retaining its original appearance. You eat excellent cured meats with your hands, drink wine from a bowl, and sit on wicker chairs. It offers three traditional first courses, carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients, and two pork second courses. Local wines are served. I only have one photo with my friends, so I can't add it.

The owners and staff are incredibly kind, people who are hard to find in 2026! The food is always mouth-watering, and the prices are truly fair! Never change! You're our favorite restaurant by far!
27/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, a good wine list, and a superb selection of food. Naturally, the charcuterie board is followed by anolini in brodo (a type of pasta) and ravioli filled with braised beef, sheep's milk fondue, and black truffle. Finally, braised pork cheek with toasted polenta.
