26/03/2026: This restaurant has undoubtedly been one of the most talked-about in Parma in recent years (in a good way, of course), and a few weeks ago I understood why. The key words I found, from the location to the menu, were: simplicity and authenticity. The location is very intimate (there are only a few seats inside, so reservations are required well in advance), with an intimate, elegant atmosphere and soft lighting. It's ideal for a quiet dinner. The wait staff was truly kind, ready to offer advice and pamper you from the moment you sit down until the end of the meal. The menu is truly refined and focused on the pure exaltation of the finest ingredients. What struck me most is that there are no rules, no classifications or labels such as appetizer, first course, or second course; you choose the order in which you prefer to dine (in my case, I started with the second course and then continued with the first). I also really appreciated the simplicity of their approach, as if to convey that not many words are needed to describe their dishes; you have to try them. I had the quail (cooked perfectly, it's impossible not to mop up the sauce) and the spaghetti alla chitarra with game sauce (also excellent, the pasta was sublime, and the game was delicious). To finish, a banana dessert with guarana, if I'm not mistaken. Another thing I appreciated, and one I'd personally never seen, was that for some dishes there is a "standard" version and a "small" version (smaller in both portion and price). Personally, I really appreciated this because the portions are generally generous, allowing you to try multiple dishes without feeling too heavy. What I appreciated most was being surprised from start to finish; nothing is taken for granted, and it makes you realize how much thought goes into every single dish. Prices are absolutely in line with many other restaurants in Parma, but still completely justified given the work behind this wonderful project. We'll be back!

Excellent products, from the cured meats (especially Culatello and Parma ham) to the Parmigiano Reggiano. Fair prices, super friendly service, and a cheerful atmosphere reign among the staff. Absolutely not to be missed.

Some dishes are truly delicious and well-executed, while others leave much to be desired, with rather bland flavors. Overall, the experience is positive, although it lacks that distinctive element that would make it truly memorable. The prices are high, in line with the refined atmosphere of a restaurant rather than an osteria.

14/04/2026: You can eat here and feel really good! Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Young and fast staff. Truly excellent food, and then when you call at the last minute and they still find two seats for you at 9 on a Saturday night...well done! Excellent value: 1 appetizer for 2, 2 first courses, 2 desserts, half a liter of house wine and 1 water for just over 60 euros! Very honest! The cured meats melted in your mouth! Would I go back? Absolutely!

13/04/2026: I went on 12/04/2026 for the first time. The food is good, the service too, but be careful with the bill because they can cheat you. They add an extra meal and extra cover charge. This is exactly what happened to me. I'm very disappointed, it was the first and last time...

02/04/2026: We went there last night, on a Friday. The place is on the road going towards Corchia. I've always passed by on my way up there but never stopped. It's informal but well-kept. The diners are very helpful and the service is very quick. We ordered two fried mushrooms, a stuffed mushroom, and venison ossobuco with caramelized onion (off the menu). The portions are just right and everything was delicious. We also had a nice bottle of wine, two desserts, and water. Totalling around €40 per person, let's say the price is fair for everything. I highly recommend this place for porcini mushrooms and other dishes.

02/04/2026: If you're traveling along the highway and want to take a wonderful break surrounded by nature, in a restaurant with a family atmosphere and delicious, plentiful dishes, it's worth taking the exit to Berceto... following a small road in the middle of the woods you arrive.... WONDERFUL
