15/04/2026: 🌿 Our little getaway in the Apennines During a short trip with my husband through the Apennine hills, we stumbled upon a place we hadn't seen before: Osteria La Collina. We didn't have high expectations; it was an impromptu stop... and perhaps that's why it amazed us even more. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a rare kindness, the kind that makes you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere was warm, refined, authentic—the kind that makes you know you're eating well, truly. And indeed, the dishes won us over, one after the other. The crostini with porcini mushrooms and those with Colonnata lard were simply wonderful: fragrant, rich, perfect. The tartare was delicate and flavorful, prepared with a care that was evident in every bite. The mixed grill also surprised us: tender meat, always hot, tasty, served with attention. And then the dessert... a marvel. Fresh, homemade, with that refined touch that lets you know the person preparing it truly puts passion into it. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and pampered at every moment. It's one of those places where it's not just the food that makes the difference, but above all the people: kind, professional, and welcoming. We left with full bellies and light hearts, happy to have discovered such a special corner. Thank you ❤️

10/03/2026: I had lunch at this osteria by chance while passing by, and after reading the reviews, I went in with very high expectations. I was craving tig... crescentine, and even though they weren't on the daily menu, I was satisfied. I immediately recognized and appreciated the friendly service and the simple, tasteful decor. The... crescentine weren't my favorite, but they were still very good. The cold cuts platter was generous and plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

17/05/2026: We'll be back in May 2026. Everything was exceptional! Cuttlefish appetizer (fried with a base of frigitelli peppers), tuna paccheri (super tasty), Catalana (top vegetables), and tuna with torna sauce. June 2024 (3 stars) A spacious restaurant with porthole windows and well-spaced, round tables. The welcome was refined yet familiar. The lobster passatelli was excellent, while the fregola pasta dish had a bit too many flavors at once. Finally, the catch of the day (snapper) was truly too generous (doggi bag). I couldn't leave room for dessert. In my opinion, a restaurant like this lacks a suggested and complimentary entree and dessert.

23/11/2025: Always a good choice... tonight, double-cooked octopus and tuna tataki, accompanied by a Franciacorta Saten. Highly recommended. Returned today, November 21, and some small flaws arose in the service (the Chateaubriand plate wasn't brought, the bottle of Ripasso wasn't opened to let it breathe, and the dessert knife and fork were requested twice). Tortellini weren't exceptional (a bit lacking in filling and overcooked by a minute). Desserts need revisiting. The rest was good, as usual.

08/06/2026: Absolutely brilliant place to have pizza and gnocco fritto. The pizza was great: thin but fully cooked pizza with a tasty crunchy crust and ample ingredients. The gnocco fritto were lovely and served with excellent tasting charcuterie. The place is very unassuming but the staff is very nice and hard working. They also sell large bottles of pop for 4 euro each.

31/05/2026: We entered attracted by the artisanal gelato (made with locally sourced milk, pasteurized on site, which I highly recommend) and left with a reservation for the next day. We enjoyed a sweet and savory tasting that exceeded all expectations! It wasn't just excellent food, it was a true treat. Signora Franca guided us through each dish, explaining each of their specialties and letting us taste everything. The menu was a whirlwind: from lasagna with hand-rolled pastry to savory croissants, through tender braised pork cheek, to crostini with savory gelato and a refreshing Campari sorbet. We left full, happy, and amazed by the excellent value. Impeccable service and extraordinary ingredients. We'll definitely be back! P.S.: Before leaving, we reserved 1.5kg of tortellini to take home.

04/06/2026: A very delicious restaurant at reasonable prices. Appetizers and pizzas were all perfect. For us, it was the best pizza we've ever had. Plus, a great atmosphere and a view of Lago di Pedro. The price for four adults and one child, including appetizers, main courses, drinks, and two tiramisu, was €125. 03/06/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about. I actually wanted to have dessert (apple strudel) after the pizza, but after that, I was completely stuffed. So I made up for it the next day after a walk around the lake. The price for the food and apple strudel was great. I wish there was something like this near me! 😂

03/06/2026: Delicious. We were there for lunch and were lucky. It is the time of the courgette flowers. Generous portion and perfectly cooked. My steak with a fresh salad was also excellent. And extremely important for us: our little dog was welcome too. Worth a detour.

30/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, with a shared appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, fried gnocco, and tigelle. This was followed by passatelli with parmesan cream and a splendid selection of boiled meats and roasts. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent.

17/05/2026: We dined with a couple of friends last weekend at this restaurant. The atmosphere is refined and elegant, but at the same time, thanks to the extremely friendly staff and impeccable service, you feel right at home. The food is good and plentiful, and is mostly local (the black cherry tart is excellent). My only complaint is that, having ordered the boiled meat and roast trolley, I unfortunately didn't find a match between the roasts listed on the menu (turkey breast, pork loin and shoulder, and guinea fowl) and those actually on the trolley (there were only 2 of the 4, the turkey breast and the roast ham). At the till, we also had a chat with the owner, who was also friendly and very kind. Overall, highly recommended.

11/11/2025: A truly excellent meat safe. A family-friendly place. The only flaw is the music being way too loud, forcing diners to shout at each other to be heard, resulting in even more "noise." Really too "noisy."
