03/11/2025: If you want to eat well, with quality fish, in a quiet place, with impeccable service and very fair prices, I recommend coming here. Those who love raw fish will find paradise, while those who, like me, don't will find an incredible selection. An incredible all-you-can-eat.

03/11/2025: The service was excellent, and the products were excellent. My friend celebrated her birthday last night, and I wanted to surprise her. They decorated the sushi with candles, creating a wonderful work of art. First of all, I congratulate the chefs, waiters, and management. Thank you for everything.

21/10/2025: We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle weekend. What can I say? Even though it was Sunday, and the restaurant was very crowded, with some "large" tables, they not only found us a table, but were also very courteous, attentive, and quick with their service. The balsamic vinegar tortelloni (homemade, they rightly emphasized) were truly delicious. And the desserts, too: my meringue dipped in blueberries was even more delicious. The prices were fair. A highly recommended restaurant, then. Well done ;-)

12/11/2025: We recently had dinner at EXÉ Restaurant in Maranello, which is located inside the Executive Spa Hotel just a few minutes from the Ferrari Museum. It’s a stylish, modern space with sleek lines, soft lighting, and an atmosphere that clearly reflects the local Ferrari prestige — elegant, polished, and designed for a high-end dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt refined yet calm, with enough space between tables to feel comfortable and private, even with a stroller next to us. The service was excellent. We were welcomed by a Spanish waiter who spoke perfect Italian and was both kind and professional throughout the evening. He immediately noticed that we were dining with a baby and helped us rearrange the seating to make space for the stroller, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout the meal he checked discreetly that everything was fine, making sure we felt relaxed. It’s rare to find such a genuine and attentive attitude in fine-dining restaurants, and it made a big difference. We started with pasta, which was good — well-cooked, nicely seasoned, and attractively presented. However, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. For the main course, we ordered the Bistecca Fiorentina, which we had really been looking forward to. Unfortunately, this was the low point of the evening. The portion was generous, but the flavor just didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the price of over €100. We’ve had better, more flavorful versions in simpler trattorias in the region. The wine was very good — smooth, elegant, and clearly well-selected — but with a substantial markup that reminded us of the luxury positioning of the restaurant. Dining here with a baby was perfectly manageable. The space is airy and quiet enough that we never felt in the way, and the staff handled the situation with complete naturalness — no awkward looks, no rush, just calm professionalism. For parents traveling through the area, that sense of ease is priceless. Overall, we’d give EXÉ Restaurant four stars. It’s one of the most luxurious dining options in the Maranello area, and the service truly stands out. However, you do need to be prepared to pay what I’d call the “Ferrari premium” — you’re paying as much for the setting and reputation as for the food itself. Worth visiting for the experience, especially if you value great service and elegant surroundings, but the dishes don’t quite justify the high prices. Would we return? Possibly, for a special occasion — the atmosphere and staff make it a pleasant choice, even with a baby — but next time we’d skip the Fiorentina and explore other options on the menu.

Especially sommelier Andrea, who, with a few simple tips, managed to surprise us with a wonderful bottle of wine that exceeded our wildest expectations. 27/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, tempted by the positive reviews we'd read online. What can I say? Excellent service, all the waiters were very kind and smiling, the food was excellent, plentiful, and reasonably priced. We were delighted with our choice, but it was a shame we didn't have a bigger stomach to try more dishes, because we saw some really interesting things pass by!

14/10/2025: A regular stop since I was 15 on my motorcycle tours. It's now become the go-to place for the opening and closing of the motorcycle season. We had lunch here last Sunday; the food was excellent and the service was excellent. I recommend anyone visiting this bar to come by motorcycle, because from March to September, it's hard to find parking.

05/11/2025: We were in Gallipoli on a tour of Sardinia and had dinner at this typical restaurant. Everything was delicious, and we had excellent service. I recommend everyone visit Gallipoli and stop at this truly interesting restaurant.

20/10/2025: We visited Rubino restaurant in Gallipoli while trekking in Salento; it's an excellent place for a seafood dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, suitable for both couples and friends. The seafood is fresh, well-cooked, and carefully presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd say it's a solid choice for quality seafood in the city.

04/10/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Mirandola, quiet location. The decor is modern and elegant, with seafood accents, given the predominance of seafood dishes. The menu changes regularly to offer something new. Very discreet and efficient service, with reasonable wait times, especially since it's a pleasant place to relax, allowing you to chat without being disturbed or disturbing others. The dishes are beautifully presented and the ingredients are excellent, clearly demonstrating the passion and care they put into their creations. Well done. The prices are affordable, nothing over the top.

19/10/2025: Had dinner during a weekend in Modena. It's actually a bit outside of Modena, but it was definitely worth it. To start, fried gnocco with DOP prosciutto and vegetable flan in a cream of parmesan and balsamic vinegar were truly delicious. Tortellini in chicken broth were delicious, but the handmade strichetti and Grandma Irma's ragù were also delicious. The slow-cooked pork ribs with a balsamic vinegar reduction and the baked ribs with potatoes were delicious, but off-menu we were offered pork cheeks with mashed potatoes... what can I say... they melted in your mouth, a masterpiece. The desserts were delicious, especially the chocolate cake with mascarpone mousse and the hazelnut parfait. Pedroni house liqueurs were brought to the table. I'm thrilled, I'll definitely be back.

16/10/2025: A PLEASANT LOCATION IN THE VAST MODENA COUNTRYSIDE; TRADITIONAL DISHES MADE WITH CARE AND EXCELLENT RAW INGREDIENTS; BALSAMIC VINEGAR REPRESENTS MOST OF THE DISHES. FINISHING: EXCELLENT CREAM AND NOCINO ICE CREAM. ATTENTIVE AND COURTEOUS SERVICE.

02/11/2025: We stopped in the morning for a coffee while walking around the lake. Intrigued by the kindness and beautiful place, we decided to return for lunch. And what can I say? What a great idea! We ordered the pork roll and the macaroni with char and trout, plus a strudel for a sweet finish. Everything was very good, and the portions were generous, which is never a bad thing. I must say that, judging by the look, I would have been very inspired to try the pizza as well. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. The prices are fair. Perhaps my only piece of advice would be to focus less on the touristy side of things and more on the traditional restaurant. Otherwise, I recommend it.
