30/11/2025: A wonderful culinary experience! A touch of sophistication in a welcoming setting, in a great location (away from the city traffic). A 10 for the service, a pleasant surprise! 🎉

23/11/2025: Always a good choice... tonight, double-cooked octopus and tuna tataki, accompanied by a Franciacorta Saten. Highly recommended. Returned today, November 21, and some small flaws arose in the service (the Chateaubriand plate wasn't brought, the bottle of Ripasso wasn't opened to let it breathe, and the dessert knife and fork were requested twice). Tortellini weren't exceptional (a bit lacking in filling and overcooked by a minute). Desserts need revisiting. The rest was good, as usual.

16/03/2026: Just a business dinner, prices okay, everything very good. It took a long time for a solo dinner. Otherwise, it was perfect.

13/03/2026: I returned to Baggiovara for work, and given my more than positive first experience, I returned to this restaurant for lunch. It was just as I remembered: delicious food and friendly staff. I spent €14.50 for two excellent fried gnocchi with Parma ham, a generous plate of gramigna sausage and peas, half a glass of water, and a coffee. The table setting was cloth-lined and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommended for a business lunch, but also for evenings with friends.

06/04/2026: Very crowded place!! Definitely go in if you are here! We had a delicious pizza and dessert. There are a lot of people here, the restaurant was full in no time.

28/03/2026: It's worth stopping by, seriously. I was only able to photograph a portion of the windows because on a Saturday morning at 8:00 the place was starting to attract customers, but aside from a few moments of waiting, I have to say that there's truly an embarrassment of choice. If I may offer one piece of advice, I think the window display needs rethinking. With the increasing crowds, you often can't see the selection until you reach the lady who's about to serve you. I find it impractical, and it's a shame that every gem doesn't have a chance to be seen. Whether we're talking about tarts, savory options, or classic brioches. My sister and I had a pan au chocolat and a saccottino (both truly enormous!), with a soy cappuccino and a latte (oat) macchiato. I can't say it was my cheapest breakfast, but the quality ingredients and the effort put in make it feel like an undeniable value for money. I think it was truly a delicious treat.

27/11/2025: Given the reviews, expectations were high, so we decided to give it a try. My subjective opinion is more positive than negative, but not entirely positive. Let me explain, starting with the service: the owner's raucous laughter is disturbing and bursts out suddenly in the middle of a conversation (though it's still appreciated that he frequently stops by the tables); the recommended wine, a Ripasso, isn't up to par, alcoholic and dull, although the wine list is extensive and well-stocked, even though the prices are quite expensive. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the shelf of quality spirits bodes well for the end of the meal. Let's move on to the menu: I chose tortellini in broth, which were truly delicious, though it's a shame the portion was so small (!). I then went on to a slice of supposed venison (I thought it was beef!!!), also a tiny portion. The dessert (pear with zabaglione) was excellent. For the other diners, risotto, dry passatelli, guinea fowl, and a selection of cheeses were all excellent. When it came to the bill, unfortunately, we weren't offered the hoped-for after-dinner drink, and this, in my opinion, is a flaw in such a renowned restaurant. November 27, addendum: seriously, you make me laugh, not even being able to express a technical reply using Italian, just smileys, like children 😂

07/04/2026: Slow, people who arrived later eat first, I wanted to order bread and water.... I asked excuse me, bring me bread, reply later when the bread arrives because if they do everything like this..... I didn't even order a drink. I couldn't wait to leave.

01/04/2026: A welcoming, well-maintained restaurant with well-spaced and tastefully set tables. The dinner was good but lacking in verve, lacking that certain something that makes you salivate: the Caravaggio rice tasted bland, the cheek with taragna polenta that deserved more flavor and less butter, and the Angus steak that wasn't exactly excellent. The service was truly excellent, and the bill could have been lower to reflect the amount of food.

29/03/2026: Nice restaurant, friendly staff, but the food isn't great. The portions are small; I had the baked potatoes, which were inedible; they seemed half raw, and very expensive. Terrible value for money for a restaurant with those prices.

08/03/2026: Good pizza, thin, crispy, and well-topped. Unhygienic cutting boards; better to have pizza by the plate... Unreasonable wait times, an hour on the dot!!!! Takeout orders take priority...that's not fair.

25/02/2026: I had lunch a few days ago and everything was good, the tagliatelle but especially the fillet... And the dessert was also good. Friendly service.

22/02/2026: Nothing to say, from the courtesy of the owners and reception staff (they have night service) to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as a very convenient internal parking. Excellent continental breakfast consumed under the outdoor patio, deserves 5 stars.

10/02/2026: A very nice, rather modern hotel with comfortable beds and very pleasant rooms. A very quiet place and super friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent.
