28/04/2026: Excellent service; we had the pleasure of meeting the legendary Federico, the maître d'. Extremely kind and respectful of his kitchen colleagues, he speaks in a friendly and professional manner. As for the food, everything was impeccable: the tigelle were the best I've ever tasted. The rosemary lard was truly exceptional. What more can I say? Compliments from the three Sicilian men.
