03/04/2026: The food here is excellent! If you want to enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza, this place is a must. The mozzarella and tomato were excellent, but what really captivated me was the montanare dough we had as an appetizer. It was a cloud: even though it was fried, it was super light. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

It's becoming our favorite pizzeria in Mirandola.
Let's start with the people who truly make the place better.
The owners are kind and helpful, and if they recommend a dish, listen to them. I did, and I was very satisfied!
Today I tried the pan pizza, a real treat, it opens the palate and the heart.
The food is plentiful and very tasty; you can tell it's made with love.
Very clean and welcoming place.
Go there!!

01/04/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience.
The menu is well-presented, beautiful, and entices you to order everything. But then, when it comes time to order, the surprise... Some dishes aren't always available. Basically, some meat dishes are available every other week. So, you go on a wonderful mental journey, your mouth watering, and then, when it's time to order... what a blow! You have to order something else. No big deal, come on, the menu is so tempting... if I remember correctly, I asked for another meat option, which was accompanied by polenta and porcini mushrooms... but the polenta and porcini mushrooms weren't available. The only other side options were roast potatoes, spinach, and chicory...
I don't understand, the photos in the reviews seem enticing, but overall, the other dishes that arrived at our table weren't all that exceptional.
In general, while ordering the dishes, there were several complaints about the lack of one thing or another, and considering there were only three tables, they could have paid more attention.
I don't know, I'm losing the desire to try going back to places like this.

Prices probably had some problems.
Covers at 4 euros.
Tortellini at 20 euros.
The prices make it feel like you're in the center of a big city, but outside at the same old truck stop.
The quality is: fried gnocchi cut into squares, cured meats okay.
Correctness points:
Two dishes ordered and not present, and they weren't even offered to give us the menu again so we could choose.
The receipt mentions one-liter bottles, but they're 0.75.
For the quality and price of the product,
you could have spent about half that. Unfortunately, I was at the table with other people and couldn't leave.

Cover charge only: 4 euros, typical of a "high-end" restaurant, but it includes bread and a cloth napkin.
One plate of tortellini is 20 euros.
Staff are disinterested but kind.

I'm writing this review to document the objectively negative experience I had with this business for my daughter's graduation. For such an important milestone, I commissioned a gluten-free cake, trusting in the technical expertise and professionalism that a supplier in the industry should guarantee.
The following are the critical points I encountered:
👤 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: The lack of professionalism was evident right from the ordering stage. The owner immediately proved arrogant, rude, and lacking customer focus—an unacceptable attitude for someone who handles personalized and delicate orders.
🖼️ AESTHETIC RESULTS: The final product had a rough finish, completely unsuitable for the importance and decorum of a graduation ceremony.
🎂 PRODUCT COMPLIANCE: When cut, the edible portion was minimal compared to the total volume. The structure was composed almost entirely of Styrofoam supports, making the cake essentially inconsistent.
⚠️ QUALITY AND COST: Even from an organoleptic standpoint, the flavor was mediocre. The quality-price ratio is absolutely unjustified, especially considering the surcharge for gluten-free options.
In conclusion: The combination of rude service from the first contact and a final product that didn't meet expectations leads me to strongly advise against this business. Anyone looking for professionalism and quality to celebrate a graduation would be better off looking elsewhere.

It's strange that a professional, rather than explaining why a graduation cake was mostly made of Styrofoam and had a shoddy finish, prefers to spend his time 'investigating' customer profiles to mock their dissatisfaction.
The facts remain: A reputable supplier defends the quality of their work; an amateur attacks the person to divert attention from their own technical failures. I paid for an excellent product and received inconsistency and rudeness.
02/01/2026: I'm sorry, but we're really not there yet... It's not even as good as the ones from the supermarket. I hope it's just me, otherwise I suggest you revise the recipe. What a shame!
