14/12/2025: A great experience at Gastarea Bistrot! We had excellent wild boar tataki, a very delicate creamed cod, spaghetti with baby octopus in a truly original burnt bread and black olive sauce, and an impeccable Bolognese cutlet. All the dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The lady at the tables was kind and attentive. Chatting with the chef was also very pleasant, he was friendly and helpful. A welcoming bistro with quality cuisine. Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

25/10/2025: excellent location to discover the Bolognese Apennines I stayed in this hotel from 17/10 until Wednesday 22/10/2025 but also last year this year the room was clean old yes but as I rightly heard it is not modernized because it hosts sports teams and maybe some damage would happen, then I had everything included for eighty euros what more could you ask for? overnight stay breakfast (fresh croissants juice and what you want) abundant restaurant dinner and good service we were very kind Baba very nice with me my sister and another couple stayed overnight listening to them I recommend you put a lighter bedspread in the wardrobe wifi working from the hotel ok in the village I hope to find it less neglected (closed shops an abandoned newsstand a grocery store and bakery abandoned with scaffolding for years) I sincerely hope to find it a little more lively

19/10/2025: We managed to spend €84 each on mushrooms and house wine! It was crazy. The place is low-key and didn't give any indication of such surprises. The food was decent, but obviously, we won't be returning.

14/12/2025: A place with neither merit nor merit. The burger was average, nothing special. Disappointing value: €32 for a burger with fries, two small beers, and a water, both included in the bill. A €5 "service charge" written on the receipt was decidedly excessive, especially since the table service was inattentive and quite slow. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience; I wouldn't return on purpose.

09/12/2025: Yesterday at lunch, I placed an order through Deliveroo. I received a notification that the order had been accepted by the restaurant and then, later, that it was being prepared. After over an hour, the order was cancelled by the restaurant without a reason. I even tried calling, but there was no answer. By then, it was already well past 2:00 PM.

Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

01/10/2025: A nice, well-decorated place to spend a pleasant evening with friends. A wide selection of beers and other spirits, including cocktails, and various dishes such as pasta dishes, pizzas, crostoni, and burgers. We returned to this pub to try the mutton swiss sandwich and arrosticini again. There are also outdoor tables and a television. The staff were very helpful and even billed us separately. It was also a good opportunity to take a nice stroll around town.

29/09/2025: A Scottish pub transplanted to Bologna 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Amazing burgers, top-notch staff, and nothing special. I felt like I was in Glasgow. Top marks, highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.
