17/12/2025: I found the food management disorganized. We ordered four first courses (three of the same and one different) and three portions of baked potatoes. Everything was excellent, except for the fact that the fourth first course and the potatoes arrived 15 minutes after the other three first courses... Everything went well anyway, the bill and the quality of the food were good, except for the fact that I found a hair on my plate of noodles, but it didn't touch the food, so I ignored it and informed the restaurant owner, who was very kind. Friendly and kind, I recommend them more for a drink than for dinner.

11/06/2026: I must have been unlucky! I walked in and it already felt bad, the place was poorly maintained, sweet and savory food mixed together. I asked for an ice cream, since it says "I make their own ice cream" outside. They only had two cups. I took one and found a hair in it. 😩

02/05/2026: Located on a well-maintained road, making it easily accessible, this splendid villa is elegantly finished. The well-maintained garden is perfect for al fresco dining. The restaurant is excellent, and there's plenty of parking. Perfect for business dinners or private events with many guests.

25/04/2026: A terrible experience! Okay, let's start with the positives: the hotel grounds are lovely. End of the positives! Located in a not-so-great neighborhood, the room was small, dark, and stiflingly hot when we arrived. Luckily, there was air conditioning! Oh no, we couldn't get it to work yet. No big deal, we'll have some cold water! Oh no, the mini-bar wasn't plugged in, and to plug it in, we had to crawl under the desk. Oh well, we'll lie down and watch some TV! Oh no, the TV was on the corner of the desk, not visible from the beds, and the cord was too short to even consider moving it. We hesitated to open the shutters (ground-floor room) after seeing a rodent trap in front of them. Frankly, we didn't want to end up with a rat in the room on top of everything else. In the bathroom, there was nothing to put anything on except a plastic garden stool already occupied by towels. The room was supposedly adapted for disabled guests, but the hooks on the wall were very high, and the mirror was only at able-bodied height. The shower cubicle wasn't watertight, so even being careful, we flooded the bathroom. To forget all that, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant: a very dark room that tried to be artificially chic, but the food and especially the service didn't live up to expectations. The waiter sprinkled the dish with Parmesan and walked off with it; it wasn't bad, but it was bland. I struggled for quite a while to finally get the attention of the waiters, who were busy chatting amongst themselves, and ask them for salt. The salt shaker (mill) didn't work. But then the highlight was breakfast. We've never seen a breakfast with such a limited selection, not even in a second-rate dive. When we arrived in the dining room (at 8:00 a.m., at the end of service), there was only one croissant left for two people. More were brought later, but they were completely stale. Inedible sliced ​​bread, the cheapest chocolate cereal, nothing else, and no milk or yogurt to eat with it. A few measly yogurts (plain or strawberry, no choice), a tiny bit of orange juice in a pitcher (not even enough to fill two glasses). The waiter brought more, but we had already finished our gargantuan meal. I found a slice of mortadella and some ham lying forgotten in the display case. Strange taste. Was that what made me sick two hours later? We thought it was a supply issue, but no, the next day it was even worse. A couple arrived after us, bewildered by the limited selection, and the waiter gestured broadly to the almost empty table, saying, "You have a choice." We hesitated between laughing and crying. It was the end of our tour of the region, where we had been very well received in the other hotels, so it was a huge disappointment to end on such a negative note. For the first time, I'm considering writing to the tourist office. A few photos of breakfast because we're still recovering from it.

11/08/2026: We went to the bar and a gentleman sitting at one of the tables served us. We asked if he could make us an Aperol Spritz, but he said it was too hot to drink alcohol. He asked us where we were from and, once again, reiterated that it was too hot for an Aperol. So we just ordered water and left. 😂

24/03/2026: The staff on the phone were helpful. We had our pizza delivered, and I hope it was a slip-up (I imagine so, because otherwise it's hard to explain these reviews). Our pizzas were rubbery and very heavy; there was something strange about the dough. Maybe we'll try again.

23/01/2026: Unfortunately, I've never been there in person. But this is the third time I've used their home delivery service. SUPER!!! THREE TIMES OUT OF THREE. Super order management; polite, customer-focused, and ready to listen to all the various requests. Super delivery; always on time, clean, and polite. Super pizza; even though it's meant to be eaten at home, the pizza is delicious and the ingredients are top-quality.

03/05/2026: A pleasant evening with friends. The guys welcomed us warmly and let us choose where to sit. Good food, excellent beer.

25/02/2026: Compared to years ago, the quality and quantity of dishes has definitely dropped and the prices have risen considerably! What a shame!

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the service. The children had ordered pasta, and the waiter didn't ask if we wanted it served with our appetizers, which is a fairly standard courtesy in a family restaurant (children generally don't like to wait too long). As a result, after we finished our appetizers, we waited about 30 more minutes before the children's main courses arrived. This was far too long and hardly acceptable. The food is decent, and the place is very pleasant, but you get the feeling that the new management still needs to find its footing to reach the expected level of a true Italian restaurant. The problem seems to stem primarily from a lack of experience in the dining room: a professional waiter would normally have anticipated the children's order and coordinated the timing with the kitchen. With additional staff in the kitchen and better-organized service, the establishment has potential, as the setting is lovely. We'll keep an eye on it and hope for improvement.

23/06/2026: 5 stars for the owner, but he needs to think about what I'm saying. We waited an hour for three platters. For three cuts, an hour and a half, and I missed one. The place had maybe 20 seats, the service was too slow. You have a lot of determination, surrounded by just as many staff, the girl is top-notch, but the other one doesn't even smile, too serious and he's lost his way. The meat was cold and the quantities a bit small. Invest in these points and you'll give your nearby competitors a run for their money.

16/08/2026: Very nice, well-kept, and clean restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they even welcome pets. The appetizers and pizzas we ate were very good and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Excellent service.

10/08/2026: The place is really cute, and the quality of the food is good: we ate well and the dishes were tasty. Unfortunately, however, we weren't able to fully enjoy the experience due to the intense heat. ​The place doesn't have air conditioning and relies solely on open windows, relying on its proximity to the river. Installing some fans would certainly have made a difference in making the atmosphere more comfortable. ​The prices are a bit above average, which makes the lack of ideal weather a bit more of a burden. It's still a place I'd recommend, but definitely for the evening, when the temperatures drop and you can better appreciate the atmosphere.

02/08/2026: Good, but home delivery is always late

18/07/2026: I ordered a takeout pizza over the phone, got there, and was told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. At that point, I asked for delivery and they said 10:00 PM. However, I asked if it was a late hour to have it delivered by that time. They reassured me that the pizza would be ready by that time. At 11:00 PM, after several calls, I decided to return to the restaurant and get my money back. It's simply shameful and unacceptable for someone with children to order a pizza and have it arrive on time. My advice: if you can't manage a larger workload, avoid taking reservations or orders. At least people won't build expectations and you won't lose customers, because those who decide to wait, wait.

05/07/2026: The road is a bit awkward. When you arrive, you are greeted by a very kind lady who lists the weekly menu for you. Excellent appetizer with fried polenta, cheese and ham, then tagliatelle with ragù and pork fillet, all really good with a good bottle of Lambrusco. Prices range from 25 to 40 euros. The service is perfect and very kind. Then the daughter/cook comes from the kitchen and leaves you speechless with her enthusiasm and her beauty. Really good, definitely coming back.

09/07/2026: An old-fashioned yet welcoming restaurant with ample parking. The main courses are very good, with somewhat small portions. My only serious flaw was not having the tagliata cooked (although it was good quality, but I preferred it rare). The wine selection is very comprehensive and high-quality. Excellent value for money.

09/07/2026: A quiet spot in the Imola hills, away from the hustle and bustle, with ample parking, an outdoor veranda, and plenty of space inside. This family-run restaurant has been there several times in recent years; this time we went for dinner with family and friends, and found the same deliciousness and tranquility as always. We ordered only the main course of meat and side dishes, with wine and water, and the bill was more than adequate for what we consumed. Overall, we had a great time, enjoying a good dinner, paying a fair price, and...in excellent company.

03/08/2026: A welcoming place next to the La Pergola Cinema in Vidiciatico. The ice cream is also good. The fridge with homemade ice cream cakes is very attractive (the sfogliate are a must-try).

01/08/2026: On 31/07/26 we had lunch there, hearty pasta dishes, pizza in the evening, and finished with their excellent homemade ice cream. Fast service, reasonable prices. We've been coming here for several years and will definitely be back soon.
