09/11/2025: Homemade food, carefully prepared and made with excellent ingredients! It's been a while since I've eaten crescentine like this, and the quality of the cured meats and cheeses is top-notch. The handmade first courses are very special: there were eight of us, and three chose tortelloni filled with porcini mushrooms made with chestnut flour (sublime), three tagliatelle made with pumpkin dough and sausage ragù, and two ravioli filled with the most delicate gorgonzola. Three desserts, and the price was very reasonable. The menu is explained verbally; there's no à la carte, so those who care about prices should ask in advance.

26/10/2025: I happened upon this place on a Saturday evening after a day exploring caves, hiking, and the woods. We decided to eat before heading back, and luck brought us here. I've rarely eaten so well, and the restaurant's chef, who was also a regular, was exquisite. She explained and presented each dish with love and passion, and everything turned out to be superb. It's a shame it's so far from home, but I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

08/12/2025: A clean and well-kept space, a pleasantly heated veranda, and welcoming but unobtrusive bartenders. They managed to serve 15 people a completely vegan buffet, with tasty and generous dishes. Apparently, they're among the few who can do it, because elsewhere I've always had to settle for chips and peanuts, whereas here I was able to share everything with the other guests. I definitely recommend it!

08/06/2025: Das lange anstehen an der Eisdiele ist jede Minute Wert. Hier gibt es außergewöhnliche Eissorten mit einem großartigen Geschmack. Die Kreationen sind Außergewöhnlich, aber es gibt auch Klassiker wie Vanilleeis mit Bourbon Vanille. Jedem ist zu empfehlen, Sich auf Experimente einzulassen. Es lohnt sich. Crema Bolognese einfach großartig!!!!

11/05/2025: Ho approfittato di 2 giorni di ferie per farmi 400 km (andata e ritorno) per andare a Bologna per provare il loro gelato e devo dire che sono rimasta più che soddisfatta..... La crema bolognese con l'aceto balsamico è eccellente! Anche la cioccolata che ci siamo riportati a casa!

14/10/2025: Got food in the restaurant that you enter from the hotel, ordered burgers and chips when the food arrived the burgers were raw and stone cold we said we couldn't eat this food ,He started to get mad and waving his hands around and said he could reheat it we said no we didn't want it we will just pay for the drinks and we did not touch the food , when to pay for the drinks he said we had to pay for the food we said we are not paying for the food as we did not touch the food and it was raw he replied he would call the police which he did we were there for over an hour haven't discussion with the police he wanted us arrested the receptions from the hotel came in looking for our room number so he could charge us for the food we said you're not charging it to our room as we did not read the food if this happened anywhere else you would get an apology and not be threatened with the police we have photos and video evidence of all of this which was totally totally disgraceful the waiter started recording us as we set waiting for the police, we do not know what story they told the police outside the said we had to pay for the food which I said I not paying for a service I did not receive and if you want to arrest us you can which he changed these mind as I said this is the graceful for the police to be called over a burger so we paid for our drinks and left, the hotel reception said it I had nothing to do with him but he still got involved in it, Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the hotel and restaurant please stay away you have been warned.Your remarks are absolutely disgraceful and Racist remarks for all Irish people considered there so many Italian people live in Ireland and are held in Great respect. We videoed the hold situation ,saying that we were drunk and an abusive that is very strange considering the police apologized to us and we did not have to pay you and the police were ashamed to come out over a burger. 01/08/2025: Aanrader! Supervriendelijke bediening. Lokale specialiteiten zijn top. Dit voor een zachte prijs in het culinaire hart van Bologna. Echt fantastisch.

04/10/2025: Classic The Fork "I'm quitting my job and opening my own restaurant" spot. Frozen appetizers, poor first courses, and the wrong chocolate cake with pecorino cream on top instead of white chocolate, which wasn't even offered.

25/11/2025: I attended the special DJ evening at the Casa Ruggiada restaurant in Rocca di Roffeno, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. With the €30 fixed menu, our table of 14 only got three pizza appetizers, so the portions were very small. After a long wait, a single dish arrived, consisting of: • a potato pie, • American-style baked potatoes, • a piece of chicken, • a slice of meat. The quality and quantity didn't justify the price, and the dish was rather simple. They often stopped by to ask if we wanted more, which was appreciated, but not enough to improve the overall impression. There was a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, and beer at the table (I think we could have asked for more), but overall the value for money was disappointing. It's not a question of spending €30, but of the fact that for what we ate, it wasn't worth it. A shame, because the evening had potential, but culinary-wise, I wouldn't return. "Answer": (The level of your answer perfectly represents the quality of your restaurant. Just to be clear: the €30 was paid for dinner, to sit at the table and eat, with a DJ for the entire restaurant. I've never denied anything you listed. The second DJ, the downstairs room, and the bartenders have absolutely nothing to do with the paid menu: that is a second room with free access and is not included in or connected in any way to the €30 dinner. Putting the two together is simply misleading. That said, your answer confirms the quality of the experience. I bid you farewell: Cortina awaits me.)

14/09/2025: Good news for the gesture. Everything was perfect, except for the platter of cured meats, the industrial-sized jar of giardiniera, and the lack of food for four tigelle. It's a shame, it could have been better.

30/10/2025: If you find yourself in the Bargellino area during your lunch break, I recommend stopping by. The food is excellent, the place is pleasant, and the staff are extremely friendly.

31/10/2025: I often shop with a calculator in hand, and I can only confirm that prices are regularly rounded in their favor. The staff is also often rude and untrained. For example: once I was having trouble with my bills (precisely because of the rounding) and asked if I could remove some items, I was told no—which I can understand—but immediately afterward I was told that I could add something so I could use a coupon I had with me. So I take another item, go back to the checkout... and hear, from the same person who told me I could add something, that no, it's not possible 😐😐😐 Another incident: someone in the aisle drops a juice and spills it on the floor. Not wanting to leave the floor wet, with the risk of someone slipping and hurting themselves, I look for an employee to call. When I explain this to him, he looks at me annoyed and rudely responds, "What can I do?" I try to clarify that I just wanted to point out the risk, but he stares at me annoyed and walks away. These are just a few examples; it's not uncommon to find clerks who respond passive-aggressively, and that's fine with high prices (unfortunately, these depend on the neighborhood, etc.), and the filthiness is fine, but being looked down upon almost every time you ask for something is truly exasperating. I don't want to generalize; not everyone is like that, but I can't deny that incidents like this happen a bit too often.

30/10/2025: My experience was positive, but I definitely wouldn't go back to this firm after about 18 years. I have a lot of trust in Paolo and Sabrina; I've always known them, because I consider them to be serious people who have worked hard and deserve the best.

23/10/2025: Only had coffees but kept going back each day once discovered. Bright buzzy atmosphere, attentive, fast and excellent espresso, deep caramel flavours, no bitterness, perfect crema and as I was having macchiato, the dense foam also notable (as was art!)

22/11/2025: The food was mediocre at most. The lasagna is WAY too flat and the fried pork is basically cheese with parma. Staff was nice atleast
