01/12/2025: Table for two, a really nice place with ample parking. A historic and traditional farmhouse with a good seating arrangement and not too noisy. The service (upstairs) was really good, with a friendly waitress always available when needed. The grilled pork and side dishes were well-cooked, with normal wait times. All in all, a definitely positive experience and one to definitely repeat. 👍👍

01/12/2025: The place has changed management, the dishes are generally good, good prices, average quality, the tortellini in broth need to be reviewed, they don't serve you the classic small tortellini but they give you ravioli in broth which are good but they are not tortellini, the desserts are good, the owner is not very patient and gets annoyed quickly

17/12/2025: I wasn't impressed. It's a tourist trap. Nothing exceptional. I think there are better places around! A platter costing €32, which I found to be poor. The waiter who served us even said it could feed 4 people. I don't think that's true! A large salad that I can make better if I try. The tomatoes need to be cut into smaller pieces. They almost put them whole! A cold piadina was nothing special. The tortellini with meat sauce was perhaps the only decent dish. No, I don't recommend it because it's expensive, in fact, very expensive in some respects. Go elsewhere.

14/12/2025: Let me preface this: I'm from Bologna and I'm a huge fan of restaurants, trattorias/osterie, and inns in the city center, because despite the tourism, I've always eaten very well, almost everywhere. So, I expect at least the traditional dishes to be good and made according to tradition, no ifs, ands, or buts. I ate the saddest tagliatelle with ragù I've ever eaten, bland and definitely not hand-rolled, with a flavorless ragù. Honestly, for €14 a plate, I expect much more! The table next to me asked for tortellini with ragù, and they gave them to them (UNACCEPTABLE). To be completely honest: the choice to show off the "kitchen" is wonderful because it's so characteristic, but I think it's appropriate to tell the chef that preparing a plate of tortellini in broth and, at the same time, sticking my hand into the broth to pick up a tortellino and eat it before serving the dish to a customer is truly disgusting. If I had seen the scene before sitting down to eat, I would definitely have left. I think you want to make too much money without thinking about quality. Never again.

21/12/2025: For the price, this is the best trattoria in the valley, in my opinion. I also recommend the snack on holiday afternoons from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

08/10/2025: A historic venue. I've witnessed various transformations over the years (since the '90s), but it's always top-notch. The food is always excellent. The staff is friendly and approachable. Always ready to innovate and they never fail. I'd say, without a doubt, that in terms of food, it has no competitors.

28/09/2025: On September 27, 2025, I had a pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe, a beer, and to finish, I had profiteroles. Everything was delicious. I recommend the place, and the waiters are friendly and you can joke around. PS: I'm Enzo, a friend of Carolina.

12/08/2025: The only positive note was the price. Tagliatelle with ragù was left completely on the plate because it had no flavor. The venison steak was passable but badly cut. The cheese "with fresh truffle" was actually truffle preserved in oil and quite acidic. Lastly, when we came in to ask for a table, it felt like we'd done them a disservice. Not recommended.

10/08/2025: “An hour and a half of our lives that will never come back.” We arrive at noon and ask if there's room for two. The answer: “No, come back at 1:30.” We trust them. An hour and a half of waiting, empty bellies and full confidence. At 1:30, right on time, we return. The waitress comes out and tells us we can't, it's full. The end. No apologies, no explanations, just the pleasure of having wasted our time and appetite. If you like playing Russian roulette with your lunch, this is the place. If you really want to eat… better look elsewhere, right away.

25/02/2025: Exceptional dishes, delicious, expertly prepared, using quality ingredients and very fair prices. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2025: Excellent Menu: This evening 01/31/2025, Traditional First Courses; Gramigna with Sausage Ragù and Ricotta Tortelloni with Butter and Sage, Abundant courses. Second Courses; Crescentine (Tigelle) Very Good, with Mixed Cold Cuts, Lard, and Ribs with Spectacular Sauce, Highly Recommended!! The Managers are very friendly and very nice. See you soon! 21/10/2025: A very cute and truly homey little place. The staff were very welcoming and extremely kind. The dishes were well-cooked. I felt right at home. A truly excellent lunch break!

09/09/2025: Nothing special, but overpriced! Paccheri with shrimp (shrimp cut into tiny pieces, 3 or 4 Argentine shrimp inside, tomato and ricotta sauce). Not even a bit of parsley on top. The flavor is okay, but not worth it for the price. Fried calamari with chicory on the side (a contrast between fried and boiled vegetables) doesn't sound very good to me. Sponge cake with lemon cream: okay. Will I be back??? No!

08/11/2025: If you want to spend a few hours in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, Trattoria Naldi is definitely the best place. The food is home-cooked and reminiscent of typical 1980s dishes. You're served in order, and you wait patiently for your turn after the previous one has been served. But the atmosphere is worth the wait to enjoy the authentic food. Stop by this trattoria if you love slow food.

24/08/2025: From a grocery store to a bear-friendly trattoria, it's halfway complete. The lady at the tables is very nice and genuine. The place is very simple, like the food, but I wasn't expecting anything different. Both the tagliatelle and the ravioli are so-so, the house wine is good, and the artichokes and spinach are delicious.
