The first courses were good, the mutton was inedible, tough and overcooked, and the white tiramisu was good. There's no menu, and even when you choose the wine, you don't know how much you're spending, because it's all verbal. In the end, the bill was 48 euros per person!!! Malacappa!! If I spend practically 50 euros, I could even eat in the center of Bologna, where I can walk.

A traditional, family-run restaurant in a quiet hamlet, just a short distance from Argelato and the splendid La Rizza nature reserve. The rabbit and guinea fowl were fantastic, and the desserts were excellent. A truly memorable experience, highly recommended and worth repeating. There's no menu; we estimate we spent around €12 for the first course and €16 for the second course—not exactly cheap, but reasonable for the excellent quality.

I've only been going to this place for 25 years, whenever I can. It's so "expensive," but only in the sense of always being welcoming. I'm a nobody, and I've had the opportunity to dine with friends and acquaintances (notice the difference), and everyone has returned. Those who haven't had the chance to appreciate the overall experience were probably having a bad day, and that unfortunately happens to many.
