The carpets deserve renovation. Elevators a little slow. Competent and smiling staff.
23/08/2024: Compared to our previous Italian hotel experiences, it was a very pleasant disappointment.
Large room and bathroom, cleanliness everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were excellent compared to the offerings of Italian hotels. The gym on the top floor (18th floor) offers a beautiful view of the city. Free parking right next to the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the waiter who helped with dinner and the receptionist who helped with the purchase of batteries.
I can only recommend the hotel and half-board to everyone.

19/03/2024: Good morning, my husband and I have been good visitors to this place, despite the high prices, because it has always sold quality food. Today, however, I feel forced to point out the terrible quality of the chicken cutlets. Very thick, spongy, dry meat with a terrible breading, it even seemed old despite the vacuum packing. I have consumed them many times in the past but from now on I will not buy them again.

26/08/2024: We have been customers for 20 years now, but I prefer takeaway, because the place is really small and we live very close!!! The portions are always generous and the food delicious!!! The prices are honest. We always like to go there (a complete dinner for 3 to take away we spend around €50/60). The free beer: sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not, lately not!
24/08/2024: Place practically in the center of San Lazzaro, good welcome, air-conditioned and simple furnishings with external veranda.
Good food, worth trying..

29/08/2024: I'm going to pay for a coffee! Initially they ask me to pay €1.20 I pay it with Satispay they cancel the transaction saying it costs €1.50 without telling me any reason for the increase... I don't cry for 30 cents but they lost a customer 😌
19/08/2024: This was previously a kiosk that sold ice cream, drinks and wraps because it was located in a small public park adjacent to the houses, a park frequented by the children of the neighborhood. Now it has become a full-fledged restaurant, expanding dramatically, taking up a lot of surrounding space, with the result that in this small neighborhood there is no peace anymore: motorbikes whizzing by constantly, the constant smell of food, noise until late at night. How is it possible that a small neighborhood kiosk could be transformed into a restaurant?? Thanks to those who gave the licenses, truly enlightened!!!

17/08/2024: Very very friendly service: there were five of us and we had a train to catch; they served us at the speed of light so that we could eat very early, really very kind.
12/08/2024: Before writing I thought about it carefully since I do the same job, but after this evening I have to share that: seeing waiters take draft wine in front of customers out of place, not serving customers by answering I'm arriving and they never arrive, especially the waitress with red hair and a very alcoholic who treats everything with incredible arrogance seeing waiters take the ice with their hands and put it in the glass, a terrible experience, I think there is Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse in the kitchen, to prepare roasts and one of frozen prawns it takes about twenty minutes without words, but seeing a table where the pizzas are brought first for the parents and a piece of spaghetti glued to the child after a quarter of an hour after the pizzas have been served without words, I turn to you, the owner, and I take the liberty of I do the same job, do yourself a favor check out this place, change the staff, the only person you have to keep and I think has a lot of professionalism and the girl behind the drink and sweets counter does the rest, trust me, I'm sorry to speak to dogs so badly and not I never do reviews, but what I saw this evening made me vomit

Informal environment and breathtaking view.
You feel at ease and the lady who welcomed and served us was very nice.

04/08/2024: So I'll start by saying that the pizza is good, good dough etc etc. but the service needs to be completely reviewed. Endless wait just to get the menu (waitress herself admits that she had forgotten about us) and further endless waits to order and have the pizza. Another thing, it's better to specify that in the evening there is only pizza and not a restaurant, because not all of us wanted to have pizza and if we knew that we would organize ourselves differently
